I came here yesterday prior to work to get gas. I usually get gasoline at this Convoy location near Target. I like the Convoy location because there's plenty of parking, the convenience store is large, and I've never experienced a line at the gas pump. The store is always clean and they have fresh coffee. Also, whenever I need an ATM I just look for a 7-eleven. The staff is friendly here and although there can be lines during peak hours, they open more registers and the line moves quickly. read more

Well, here i locked out of a 24 hour 711 while a lady sits behind the counter reading and looking at me like I'm disturbing her. What the hell is the problem here? Do these people want to do business or just spend money with all the lights on? It makes no sense why the front door is locked with a paid employee on the clock. A typical 7 Eleven with a gas station. I stopped in for a few things including gas, Super Lotto, Jalapeno Cheetos, and a 16 oz bottle of water for the road. The items were pretty easy to find and service at the counter was good. Although I did not get any coffee like I usually do when I stop at 7-Eleven, I did check it out and it was looking good. They carry quite a bit of drip coffees. The gas pumps were in good working order but just a little dirty from the elements and over use. The gas prices were decent and about average for the area. Being right on Convoy, a very busy street, this 7-Eleven receives a lot of traffic and every time I have driven by it has been busy. Yes, it's just a 7-Eleven, but it's a nice one. read more

Every time I come here it's hit or miss. Sometimes I get so mad after coming here and sometimes I'm not because the gas is cheaper than anything around here considering the Costco across the street doesn't have gas. Overall the place is pretty clean and it's always easy to get things. One time thought the woman behind the counter tried to charge me for a spicy chicken sandwich when I ordered the regular chicken sandwich. There is a $.20 difference in the price and when I told her she said "oh I thought you said that you wanted the spicy chicken sandwich" when she clearly had the regular chicken sandwich in her hand. Whoops! Today though I was in desperate need of some gas and so I purchased some gas at $3.75 a gallon and a large Diet Coke with not problems so this place gets three stars. read more

How come we don't "Oh Thank Heaven for 7-Eleven" anymore? I guess it wouldn't be politically correct anymore? I like this 7-11. I like it because it's literally down the street from me and I can walk here! haha The guys that work in here have always been really nice. Always greeting me when I walk in and just being friendly when I pay for my stuff. The store is always clean inside. I am addicted to the four mini tacos for a dollar. I also like that they have a sugar free cappuccino. I'm not big on that stuff but I think it tastes quite good. I'm not a Starbucks snob so I wouldn't really know. And awesome for sugar free slurpees as well. I think I like the current flavors they have now. Sometimes they change it to a not so good one. Paid for gas with debt card gas pump was not working. Went in store to be put on a pump that works. The so called owner in store REFUSED to move me to working pump unless I pay again. They took out money I had for gas from debt card I received no gas and was told it would go back on card. That was all the money I had for gas. Thumbs up to this 7eleven location. Ever since I saw the 7 eleven episode of Undercover Boss I've held my 7 elevens up to a higher standard and this one lived up to it! The salesman was courteous and warm, he greeted us with a hearty welcome even though we came past midnight. The store was clean and neat, which is always appreciated. There was a wideeee variety of items to choose from. My fiancé was partial to the nacho bar. For just $2.99 he was able to add different fixins and what not to his favorite treat. Made his night. To top off the awesomeness there's a Red Box right outside! All in all I highly recommend this location and I'll definitely be back. read more

This 7-Eleven is the closest convenience store to home. I find myself stopping in fairly regularly when I need something quick. It's one of the largest locations I've seen in San Diego with lots of gas pumps and more than adequate parking. The staff is above average and are quick to get customers checked out. At night, I've notice there are often seedy characters loitering outside which is the only possible negative but they have never been any issue. read more

Great Clerk! last night around 11, I went there to buy and fill up a gas canister cause my friend was stranded by the freeway. And the teller was an AMAZING help . He helped me pump the gas in the canister when I couldn't get it to work. He also showed me exactly how to use the canister. Amazing help!!! Give that guy a raise . Wow, completely disgusted. I'm between paychecks, not to mention I just paid for my books for school that starts next week, I just paid money for my niece and nephews tanawal (party) for their communion. I came in with a $5 bills, 2 $1 bills, and $4 in quarters. I asked for $11 on the pump I was at, handed the $7 to the cashier, who counted 3 times confused. My co-workers and I made a 9 am run for our free slurpee today and we were greeted by a worker and star (the radio station) was out at this location. We saw the small free slurpee cups and we used that as a test run then got the larger cups to purchase and was pleasantly surprised when we went to pay that the guy took off the price of the small slurpee so we ended up with 3 slurpees for like $1! I ordered $1 chicken biscuit from the counter, i noticed how sneaky the Indian cashier was first she grab this biscuit then she throw it back and grab another one.
