Every time I come here it's hit or miss. Sometimes I get so mad after coming here and sometimes I'm not because the gas is cheaper than anything around here considering the Costco across the street doesn't have gas. Overall the place is pretty clean and it's always easy to get things. One time thought the woman behind the counter tried to charge me for a spicy chicken sandwich when I ordered the regular chicken sandwich. There is a $.20 difference in the price and when I told her she said "oh I thought you said that you wanted the spicy chicken sandwich" when she clearly had the regular chicken sandwich in her hand. Whoops! Today though I was in desperate need of some gas and so I purchased some gas at $3.75 a gallon and a large Diet Coke with not problems so this place gets three stars. read more

7-Eleven - Front if the store. - Convenience Stores Near Me - San Diego, California

Stopped in for a quick snack and left disappointed. Half the coffee pots were empty, Slurpee machine was down, and the shelves looked picked over. Floor was sticky and the register line took 10 minutes because only one person was working. Used to be my go-to for late night munchies, but it's gone downhill. read more

Customer service does not get any worse than this. This just happened. The store was empty when I entered it and was empty the whole time I was there. But the guy who was the cashier never stopped his intense conversation with someone on his phone that he was talking to via earbuds the entire time ... he didn't look at me when I gave him the money he barely responded when I put the change on the table ... he never asked if I wanted a bag ... he couldn't have been more indifferent. California has the highest unemployment rate in the nation. I think that should be more of an incentive to give a damn about customers. read more

The cashier that wears a turbine is RUDE!!! He's always on the phone and has the worse customer service. Raised his voice at me and tried to belittle me. I naturally raised my voice back and put him back at his place. There's a 711bon every corner, avoid this one!!!! read more

5 star review for Lorena. I always come here late night because my neighborhood 711 closes earlier. Lorena is always working the night shift by herself and is always extremely pleasant and kind. The store is always clean and she goes above and beyond to get to know her customers and provide exceptional service. She is a very hard worker and a true asset to this location. read more

7-Eleven - the front of a 7 - eleven store - Convenience Stores Near Me - San Diego, California

A typical 7 Eleven with a gas station. I stopped in for a few things including gas, Super Lotto, Jalapeno Cheetos, and a 16 oz bottle of water for the road. The items were pretty easy to find and service at the counter was good. Although I did not get any coffee like I usually do when I stop at 7-Eleven, I did check it out and it was looking good. They carry quite a bit of drip coffees. The gas pumps were in good working order but just a little dirty from the elements and over use. The gas prices were decent and about average for the area. Being right on Convoy, a very busy street, this 7-Eleven receives a lot of traffic and every time I have driven by it has been busy. Yes, it's just a 7-Eleven, but it's a nice one. read more

Well, here i locked out of a 24 hour 711 while a lady sits behind the counter reading and looking at me like I'm disturbing her. What the hell is the problem here? Do these people want to do business or just spend money with all the lights on? It makes no sense why the front door is locked with a paid employee on the clock. This is poor service, a result of bad management and LAZINESS!! If this place can't do its job, maybe it's time to get out of the way for someone else that CAN. read more

I came here yesterday prior to work to get gas. I usually get gasoline at this Convoy location near Target. I like the Convoy location because there's plenty of parking, the convenience store is large, and I've never experienced a line at the gas pump. The store is always clean and they have fresh coffee. Also, whenever I need an ATM I just look for a 7-eleven. The staff is friendly here and although there can be lines during peak hours, they open more registers and the line moves quickly. read more

Always a pleasant experience here. Friendly people working that will usually greet you when you walk in and they have SO MUCH KOOL STUFF!!!!!! Definitely one of my favorite convenience stores around! read more

PREDATOR WORKING HERE!! At about 1:15 AM early Monday morning, 01/17/2022, I stop by after work to get some water. I was chatting with a man upfront who seemed very nice, he asked me where I was from, he knows some of my coworkers, asked me if I had a boyfriend and this is where it went wrong. I told him I have a girlfriend. He said oh no boyfriend? I said no. He said you should let me watch. As I'm walking out shaking my head so uncomfortable, he continues to shout at me as I'm walking out the door that he would pay good money to watch. I will be making a police report and contacting the owner. read more

How come we don't "Oh Thank Heaven for 7-Eleven" anymore? I guess it wouldn't be politically correct anymore? Or maybe that was back in the day when Convenince Stores was a new concept to shopping all hours of the day and night? I came to this one to get some toiletry refill items. They don't have a large selection, but beggars can't be choosers, when no other store nearby has what you want. I needed deadorant to get all the KBBQ smell off of me from a Convoy area restaurant, and one of those irrisistable (for 18 year old girls, according to the commercials) men's fragrances from Axe, or Gear, or some manly name like that. read more

Free slurpees on 7/11? Um..yes please! This particular 7/11 has a great slurpee dispenser, full of great flavors to satisfy any palate. Say hello to Ted. He is one awesome photographer /cake distributor ;) read more

I like this 7-11. I like it because it's literally down the street from me and I can walk here! haha The guys that work in here have always been really nice. Always greeting me when I walk in and just being friendly when I pay for my stuff. The store is always clean inside. I am addicted to the four mini tacos for a dollar. I also like that they have a sugar free cappuccino. I'm not big on that stuff but I think it tastes quite good. I'm not a Starbucks snob so I wouldn't really know. And awesome for sugar free slurpees as well. I think I like the current flavors they have now. Sometimes they change it to a not so good one. So yeah, I enjoy this 7-11 quite a bit... ooh and REDBOX outside! read more

Thumbs up to this 7eleven location. Ever since I saw the 7 eleven episode of Undercover Boss I've held my 7 elevens up to a higher standard and this one lived up to it! The salesman was courteous and warm, he greeted us with a hearty welcome even though we came past midnight. The store was clean and neat, which is always appreciated. There was a wideeee variety of items to choose from. My fiancé was partial to the nacho bar. For just $2.99 he was able to add different fixins and what not to his favorite treat. Made his night. To top off the awesomeness there's a Red Box right outside! All in all I highly recommend this location and I'll definitely be back. read more

Paid for gas with debt card gas pump was not working. Went in store to be put on a pump that works. The so called owner in store REFUSED to move me to working pump unless I pay again. NOW I have No Gas because of this sham store. read more

Great Clerk! last night around 11, I went there to buy and fill up a gas canister cause my friend was stranded by the freeway. And the teller was an AMAZING help . He helped me pump the gas in the canister when I couldn't get it to work. He also showed me exactly how to use the canister. Amazing help!!! Give that guy a raise . I don't remember what his name was , he was a tall African American guy. Great service, went above and beyond. read more

This 7-Eleven is the closest convenience store to home. I find myself stopping in fairly regularly when I need something quick. It's one of the largest locations I've seen in San Diego with lots of gas pumps and more than adequate parking. The staff is above average and are quick to get customers checked out. At night, I've notice there are often seedy characters loitering outside which is the only possible negative but they have never been any issue. read more

Wow, completely disgusted. I'm between paychecks, not to mention I just paid for my books for school that starts next week, I just paid money for my niece and nephews tanawal (party) for their communion. I came in with a $5 bills, 2 $1 bills, and $4 in quarters. I asked for $11 on the pump I was at, handed the $7 to the cashier, who counted 3 times confused. I was holding the quarters out waiting for him to take them, he looked up, looked in my hand and laughed and shook his hand. I have NEVER been more humiliated in my life. I will never come here again!!!! read more

My co-workers and I made a 9 am run for our free slurpee today and we were greeted by a worker and star (the radio station) was out at this location. We saw the small free slurpee cups and we used that as a test run then got the larger cups to purchase and was pleasantly surprised when we went to pay that the guy took off the price of the small slurpee so we ended up with 3 slurpees for like $1! It was awesome. read more

I use to go to this 7-11 once a week to make my own herbal green-tea with steamed milk. To my dismay I found out about a week ago that they no longer serve steamed milk. Jolly for java? The coffee station at the 7-11on Convoy (across the street from the Home Depot Expo) earns two-thumbs up, a snap and a well-deserved sip. A hefty variety of syrups, coffee creams and clean enough to lick spilled drops off of, this particular convenience mart garners a second look every time I come in. Always fully stocked and ready-to-serve, the area is kept neat and everything you need is in reach for those of us on the go. Stop in and see for yourself, the smiling faces of the friendly staff and the welcoming brew is a good fit. read more
