We got 2 super breakfast burritos with bacon, avocado and the chipotle sauce. And I must say... this was HANDS DOWN the BEST breakfast burrito I've ever had in my life. The hashbrowns inside was crunchy and gave it texture. The chipotle sauce is just to die for! And to top it all off, the lattes were *chefs kiss! The cookies n cream latte was amazing! So amazing after breakfast, I ordered one to go. And my partners creamy coconut latte was really good too. And she wanted to try a different one when we were done so she also got the Toffee latte which had toffee bits inside it and was her favorite. We will definitely be coming back to them wherever they are moving too which I believe is somewhere in South City. I honestly felt like we weren't waiting for too long and in no time we received our orders. They also had a setup (on the side) for water (infused) where we could help ourselves. I actually thought that the food were good sized portions and prepared well. The empanadas were nice and flavorful, the avocado toast was as advertised and looked even better in person. The matcha latte was pretty tasty, as was the smoothie. The croissant could've used a little more chocolate to croissant ratio, but still pretty tasty. It was all so fresh and tasty and if you ask me, made with love. When we showed up the timing was ideal since we were able to snag a table and a parking spot with no issues. Service was amazing and everyone was so nice and easy to work with. Would definitely return to this spot if I'm ever back in the area.

Parking tip: Grand Ave is generally rough when it comes to parking. Save yourself some time and head straight to Miller Ave parking garage. I've hardly had any trouble finding a spot there and it's just a short walk from Dead Eye.
