It contains 4 shots of espresso (2 doubles) which is perfect since I like my lattes espresso forward. I found that although it had 4 shots, the milk and espresso were not balanced well. It was still more milky than not. I also decided to try the chilaquiles since I love chilaquiles. I found that it had a strange to it. To me it tasted like the chips were fried in old oil. It could have been that the chips were just a bad batch but it was not the best tasting experience. My party also tried a a caramel latte and a bagel which were a bit better if I'm being quite honest. Overall, in terms of food I am not sure if we just came on an off day or if it is a quality control issue. The service was awesome. We were served very fast, the menu was explained well, and they continuously checked up on us. Lots of seating and parking. We had our boys with us for one of the visits and it took a bit for them to decide what they wanted, but staff was very helpful in explaining the menu and helping everyone decide. 2. The space is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The cushioned seating against the walls makes you feel like you're enjoying your coffee and treats in a someone's living room. The music also adds to the immersive cultural experience. I love the trays that they use to serve the food and coffee, they are a beautiful detail. 3. The coffee and food is exceptional. My favorite has been the Qamaria Latte, my sister loved her pistachio latte (they use real pistachios to create a pistachio paste to use in the latte). I have tried the honeycomb (so good, my boys loved this one), pistachio cheesecake (well balanced and light for a cheesecake it doesn't leave your stomach feeling like you ate something extra rich), pistachio milk cake (perfect!) and others. It can get a bit pricey, but the quality of the ingredients and food makes it worth it, especially if it's just one or two people. She took over the register, charged me, and after I paid, she stayed behind the register staring at me the entire time. When I walked to the side to look at their other items while waiting for my drink, she was literally following me with her head. I could see it with the corner of my eye. I don't know what she thought or was thinking, but that was not cool. I would look at her, and then she would stare back at me, smile, and then go back to staring at me as I moved around.
