It's nice that they offer lactose free milk for no additional charge. Both of our coffees were great! I love that the vanilla latte isn't overly sweet. It's a cute setup with multiple food trucks and tables to sit at outside if weather permits. The service was very friendly and they gave us some complimentary theory coffee stickers since it was our first visit! I'll definitely be back this fall/ winter to try some hot drinks.

We were either hungry or the bagels were that good. It's probably a combination of both. Now, let's talk about the kindness of the staff and the vibe of the place. I forgot to request alternative milk. We were just going to purchase another cup with almond milk. They made me a cup without charge. How sweet is that. Additionally, my husband saw a board where strangers can buy each other coffee. So naturally we repaid their kindness by getting two strangers a cup and left some notes of encouragement. I brought Bucky with me, too, and he was a popular little man. Apparently they have specials whenever the Spurs win a playoff game, hence the extra long lines that day. That's super cool that they support our team and show such local pride that way! Anyhoodle, instead of ordering a cortado and a signature latte, I decided to just order the peanut butter mocha with banana cold foam. What a dream. If you're into decadent coffee drinks that are more like desserts/treats, you need to try this version of a chunky monkey. As always, the staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever come across.
