My family and I have been loyal CVS customers for many years. When I relocated here over two years ago, I hesitated to transfer my prescriptions because I feared I would not receive the same quality of service. Sadly, that fear became reality as I often felt dismissed, rushed, and met with little empathy or professionalism. I was close to moving my family's prescriptions elsewhere. Today that changed when I was helped by Kallen. She showed me kindness, respect, and genuine care. She listened, took the time to help, and treated me as a valued customer, which means so much when it comes to healthcare and medication. Her professionalism and compassion completely shifted my experience and restored my faith in this location. Because of Kallen, I have decided to keep all of my family's prescriptions here. She reminded me what excellent customer care truly looks like and made me feel seen and valued. Kallen is truly an angel, and I am deeply grateful for her.

I found several action figures clearly placed in the clearance section. Got to the register -- they rang up full price at $35 each. When I asked why, Manager Amber told me: "We put a lot of things in the clearance aisle that aren't actually on clearance because they don't have a home." I'm sorry... what kind of logic is that? A clearance aisle should have clearance items, not random full-price merchandise tossed in because there's "no home" for it. That's misleading and honestly feels like a bait-and-switch. 1 star. Do better, Princeton Walmart.

They are amazing people who are so friendly, so helpful, and so nice. I could give an entire review about how wonderful they are and how much they don't deserve the crap they have to put up with. So you might be wondering if the employees are so great then why is this one star? The answer to that is so very simple: Their horrible manager. This woman (and I use the term lightly ) is apparently the manager of this particular location and she is without a doubt, the most horrible person have ever had the displeasure of being in the company of. This poor excuse of a manger is the sole reason that this gets a one star and boy does she make it a one star. If it wasn't for the aforementioned regular employees I would have stopped coming back so long ago. This 'person' will openly berate her employees on the floor. It is absolutely sickening the way she treats them. This place always ALWAYS has a hiring sign and this is why. DO NOT EVER WORK HERE. If it's between starving to death and working here, starve. Trust me at least you'll die with dignity. I have never worked here and even I can tell you she is the sole reason no one will stay. She'll get on them for the stupidest stuff ever. They even try to be helpful and oh my god she'll get onto them for that. They had a long line at the other register because she was off in the back not watching the store like she should be. She's the manager but she only uses her position to hurt her employees. One woman, who is the best one there in my opinion, called for her to help but she was taking her sweet time so the nice woman politely asked the subway line to wait so she could rush over and try to take care of the five people long line (could have been more I couldn't see) at the register that was supposed to be run the manger. Wouldn't you know it, I hear her yell from the kitchen to get off that register. This woman is doing her job and she has the audacity to tell her to stop? I'm sorry but no, there was a long line, she asked for help, and when the manger decided not to show she took it upon herself to provide good customer service. The guy in front of me even noticed her laziness and I bet the customers in the other line did too but I couldn't over hear them. Then she came walking back to our line and I swear if she had said something to that poor woman I would have spoken up. I've made the mistake of staying silent too long but I was not going to that time. Wisely she wandered back to her own register where she should have been this whole time but you could see it in that poor woman's face she was expecting something bad to happen to her later. All that for helping! What is wrong with this picture? The employees are miserable, you can see it in their faces and by the way nearly all of them leave. I already mentioned how she'll yell and talk down to her employees and make them feel horrible. That's only scratching the surface, I'd put money on it. Oh and let's not forget that if you have a problem she could care less. She won't try to help. How has she managed to hold onto her job much less not run out of business? Trust me the next time she acts like this I'll be saying something and not just to her. To the employees you deserve better and I hope you search and search and search for a new job. There is no reason any of them should have to put up with such atrocious working conditions.
