All of this started over a simple double-charge mistake on my receipt. Instead of fixing it professionally, the cashier shouted profanity, threatened me, my elderly parents, and my nephew, and even came outside with a stick. Be careful -- the staff here clearly lack proper background checks and basic respect for customers. Escalation will take place if they keep ignoring this. In Japan, you can get amazing gourmet food at a 7-eleven! It's a cornucopia of amazing choices! The owners are so nice and they have everything. I often stop by in the summer to get some ice cream sandwiches or other frozen ice cream desserts. The trust deli is a neighborhood treasure!

The pharmacy at this CVS provides terrible service…read more The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription for cough medicine. She said she needed to clarify with my doctor directly, because the cough medicine was a controlled substance and she didn't know how much the prescription was for -- even though the amount (in mL) was specifically written on the prescription. What's the point of having a pharmacist who refuses to read and follow the written prescription? Of course, my doctor was already gone for the weekend so he wasn't answering phone calls. I later went somewhere else to get my medicine & and the prescription was filled without any problems. Basically, this pharmacist refused to give me my medication even though I had a perfectly good prescription. If you're looking to fill a prescription, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
