I shop at the Whole Foods on South St. between 9th and 10th, and every time I walked by the corner of 9th and South, I would be overwhelmed by the fragrance of chocolate! I didn't know why, until last week. The doors on 9th St. were open to the establishment, Popcorn for the People, as I was walking by. I stopped, and asked a woman who appeared to work there, why there was always an aroma of chocolate in the air. She said "Wait here, I'll be right back." She retuned with 3 bags of popcorn - she said they were testing a new brand, that they'll be selling at Wawa, one of which had chocolate in it! She gave me butter, kettle and dark chocolate espresso flavors! I'm a dark chocolate enthusiast, and enjoy a good cup of coffee, so, of course the first bag I opened was the Dark Chocolate Espresso Popcorn. The popcorn is coated with melted expresso infused dark chocolate, joined together to give you a hint of that sweet mocha flavor in every bite. It's addictive. I had to limit how much I had as I didn't want to eat the entire bag at once. It's a good thing I had the other two bags! You probably guessed the next one I opened was the Kettle - it was a perfect blend of sweet and salty popcorn. The last bag was Old School Butter - it was fluffy, with a rich buttery taste! I actually combined them (2 at a time) and enjoyed eating them together. The popcorn in each of the bags was premium and very good. However, one very important piece to this popcorn puzzle I figured out, is that Popcorn for the People was a non profit founded in 2014 to employ individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. They have over 50 employees with disabilities working at their facilities! Great popcorn - great program!

Stopped by quickly after lunch for a snack and even though it was busy, the line moved quickly! Love the self service kiosks too!

Ordered a hot latte, got a hot cup of milk and disappointment. How do you forget to put the espresso in a latte? I want my 4 dollars back. Edit: changing from 1 to 3 stars for Wawa's customer service providing a giftcard compensation for the lack of coffee in my coffee. Ty corporate

Just got a caramel macchiato from here. It's seems as if they updated the interior, self checkout is so much easier.

Located right on 17th and Arch, it's busy inside. Hot food ordering stations, pay for your purchase and head back to pick up the food. Pretzels in two and single packs... delicious. And Wawa iced tea! Wish they did mac and beef every day but it seems to be here and there periodically.

There is mashed potatoes gravy and lot of sweet potatoes I did not order that

I asked for a plain turkey gravey mashed potatoes bowl and ended up with sweet potatoes I was very sad and disappointed when I opened it and took a big bite . thank you.

I have been here quite a few times mainly for the coffee, or lemonade or hash-brown! I really like French vanilla hot coffee and strawberry lemonade. Good for the price! I tried classic Hoagie (Veggie and Grilled Chicken)..It is definitely very filling and decent taste. I prefer make my own sandwiches. Price maybe a little higher than expected. A dollar less would do the trick. I have always had very friendly cashier...always smiling and very polite.

I found this place nearby and I thought I'd give it a try. I actually placed an order online, and it seems like they have many locations so make sure you order at the right one. I got a combo, cause what kind of monster only gets a chicken sandwich without some waffle fries. I did have to wait a little bit longer than the expected time, but wasn't a big deal. When I got home, I opened it up and was shocked by how big that chicken breast was. The sandwich was solid and filling, sauce is the perfect compliment, and the fries had great flavor too. Definitely would recommend trying this place out next time you are craving some chicken sandwiches!

I've seen the chicken and waffles on their menu many times and was always hesitant on ordering it only because I didn't want to feel disappointment and possible regret for not ordering one of their well-known, delicious options of chicken sandwich (the Sando) or chicken fingers. I don't know why I was so afraid to order it other than thinking the waffle wouldn't be that good, but I was so very wrong. Their chicken and waffles are great! Let's start with the chicken... fried to perfection and slightly lathered in your choice of mild to spicy sauce, these chicken tenders are simply amazing... and huge. Bite into a chicken tender and juices shoot out of it. That's how juicy they are. The waffle (divided into quarters) was so good. Lightly crisped and dusted with powdered sugar on the outside and a beautiful soft texture inside, this is a great waffle. You get syrup for the waffle and your choice of sauce for the chicken. All for $12.95. So good! Other options include a Korean chicken nugget combo that includes steamed white rice and fries, chicken wraps, and wings. Service is pretty quick. I ordered to go ("ASAP - 10 mins") and the order was ready in 14, but please don't fault them for this. Once you taste the chicken, you will forgive them for any tardiness.

We also got a few of their packaged drinks. The guy taking our order was very nice and there was plenty of seating and it seemed like there was additional seating upstairs, but we didn't have to head up there. The bathroom was nice and clean. As for the food, the Philly cheesesteak was massive, but tasted just okay. It seemed quite heavy on the bread. I think my husband maybe ordered wrong as he should've gotten the cheese whiz or maybe gotten the one with peppers. We've definitely had better cheesesteaks. The waffle fries were fries: tasty and delicious. My MIL's caprese salad was interesting. It was atop a bed of greens which was unexpected. It was also $15 which seemed a little extravagant for what it was. Overall, it was a decent meal and tasty. I'd hit it up for lunch of you're in a pinch and you'd definitely have leftovers for later as well.

They have a great Taco Tuesday deal with $1 tacos, offering carnitas and chicken tacos as part of the special. The carnitas tacos were seasoned perfectly -- 8/10. The only thing that would elevate them even more would be adding pico. The chicken tacos were a 4/10 unfortunately. They lacked flavor and tasted like plain boiled chicken placed on a tortilla, which was disappointing. We also ordered the Tres Salsa and chips. Out of the three salsas, the green and red were the standouts and packed the most flavor. For drinks, we ordered margaritas on the rocks ($5, plus $2 additional for flavor). I tried mango and passion fruit -- the mango tasted more like orange juice, while the passion fruit maintained its flavor much better. If you're looking for a family-friendly indoor/outdoor spot, this is a great option. I noticed a good mix of couples and singles, which made for a nice atmosphere. Bar seating is limited at night, and outdoor seating closes around 7:00 PM. Overall, for Taco Tuesday, I'd give it a 7/10 -- great atmosphere and deals, but food consistency could use some work.
