They put a 100 hold on my credit card. What on earth do they think I am filling up a tanker??? I was told by Discover to always pay inside, so guess its my fault. Please remember, I was outside and I have video footage on my camera roll about the incident. The police were already outside of the store resolving a separate issue (in the parking lot of another business) when someone screamed for them prioritize this particular altercation. Which is when they ran in, after the employee had already struck my husband, per your store's video footage. Separately, my husband issued provide 2 valid forms of Government official identification. A photo of his valid and unexpired drivers license, and a his physical original birth certificate (not a copy). The supposed "Owner" of the store verified the documents, saw it was a legal transaction, and then the clerk to his boss and said "no," then proceeded to take matters into his own hands. Finally, my husband was never asked to leave until the police had already diffused the situation. Which, of course, was after your employee already beat him for no reason. There was no previous altercation nor were the documents invalid/"wrong" or unacceptable. The only thing that is invalid and unacceptable is your employee's customer service, representation of your company, anger issues, and work ethic. My husband tried to make a legal transaction and give your company business and instead got pulped. We appreciate the response back. Your insurance team has been very helpful. Stopped for Gas. The pumps were clean and neat. No debris and it appeared that the garbage cans had recently been emptied. The washing fluid and squeegies were all filled and in operating order. Though I didn't go in the store directly, through the main window, I did not see an Employee manning the desk, so I assume they were busy doing stock work. read more

There in not a whole lot of options to get gas in this area. I ran in to grab a candy bar and to my surprise they were making fresh hot pressed sandwiches. I was starved so I figured I would try it.. It was great.. I got cheap gas and two fresh sandwiches for 9.54... That works for me! read more

I used to live by this 7'11 and have never encountered a problem with them until around 9:30 tonight with an employee named Brenda (red hair). I went with a coworker on my lunch break and have never encountered such a rude employee at a convenient store in, of all places, palm harbor. The store was empty and we were waiting to get some toquitos of which she noticed and ignored us until I finally spoke up and asked for some help. She slammed down the scanner and seemingly and unwillingly walked over to assist us. Then, when she was ringing up our purchases my friend asked for a bag of which she rudely responded with: "I will when I'm done". I'd give this place 4 stars if their bathrooms weren't so darn nasty... I do like the fact that they're in the same plaza as one of the best restaurants in town. I also like that the store is pretty well maintained and organized. And it never hurts to be right next to a light. It makes getting in and out so much easier, although you'll have to make a u-turn since there's a community with a median right there. read more

Seems like they have space for a bigger selection. Staff is friendly and they have the Starbucks Doubleshot Big Cans. Gas is usually prices in line with the local competition. The staff was A-OK. They were not the friendliest people in the world, but it is a rare occasion that you find a convenience store worker with impeccable customer service. Annette G. mentioned the fresh and hot pressed sandwiches. I was on my way to lunch, so I did not try them. I am usually reluctant to eat food at a gas station unless that gas station looks more like a gourmet deli or that gas station is called WAWA, however I do not dispute Annette's review and I am interested in trying these sandwiches. My fiancee's step mom attends church at Stix Billiards on Sunday mornings. Her church is called the Salvation Saloon. This 7-11 is located directly in front of Stix Billiards. I have no doubt that we will be in here to get a coffee before out next trip out to service with her. I will make it a point to try a hot sandwich after we finish with service. read more
