If u look deep in the store u can find some good deals - during the week there is buy one get one free often and things go $3 or $5 or less I got imitation crab meat 14 oz. For $3 at first I thought it was $6- it's next to Walgreens I can also park my electric bike here with confidence and it's a safe area. The items are more limited compared to Walmart but still offers enough options. Will be back from time to time but still prefer Walmart. I gotta come back to check buy one get one free and clearance deals as well as check the Publix brand items - I got hummus for $2.99 compared to brand name but also they sell boar's head deli meat and cheeses. Has a deli sub station and hot food area including rotisserie chickens. read more

Ordered thru Instacart bogo items which were incorrectly delivered. Driver went back to the store to fix the problem and manager said he couldn't do anything about the. I called Instacart and explained my problem and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. The total amount I lost was $30.03. I'm 79 yrs old on a fixed income. Really ? Is this what you call Customer Service? I've been a publix customer since the 1960s and never experienced such nonsense. read more

Business: Publix Super Markets, Inc. Location: 35439 US 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL Date/Time: August 17, 2026, approximately 6:34 PM Manager: Thomas Johnston I am filing a formal complaint regarding my treatment while using Western Union at this Publix location to send money to my elderly mother. I provided my government-issued ID for the transaction. After reviewing it, the cashier requested to see my credit card and sought to inspect my name and card number. I found this intrusive and concerning because I had already provided identification and was not given a clear explanation for why my private payment-card information was necessary. The interaction made me feel as though I was being treated as a potential scammer simply for sending money to my mother. I understand that additional information may sometimes be required for specific Western Union transactions. I am requesting clarification of what policy authorized the cashier to inspect my credit card, whether Western Union required it, whether the employee was authorized to view my card number, and whether this procedure is consistently applied to comparable customers. I also request an investigation into whether my transaction triggered additional scrutiny, whether the employee received proper training, and whether applicable procedures were followed. Please review available surveillance footage. I respectfully request a written explanation of the applicable policy, how my card information was handled, confirmation of the employee's training, and corrective action if procedures were not followed. I expect privacy, professionalism, transparency, accountability, and respectful treatment as a customer. Thank you. Your complaint has been submitted. This Publix is really the best store out of all the other Publix. Worth mentioning is one of their cashiers Abby who remembered me from the few times that I was on her line. Excellent attitude and deminur. Abby has the best customer service skills. Lisa one if the managers is just awesome with the customers making sure each and every one of the customers are finding the items they need. Best store Ever!! read more

Yet again, Publix is unable to produce a six-inch sub order at the specified pickup time. Waited an additional 7 minutes on what is an already busy Friday. The culprit continues to be Publix employing older/slower than dirt old bitties who can't keep up. read more

What a disappointing experience. The new style Deli is terrible. No personal interaction where you can see their face or nametag ( how convenient for the SLACKERS) Young boys who were hiding out and did not have any interest in being the employees I expect from Publix. Matt the manager was going to talk t them. I am losing faith in Publix. High prices, deminishing quality.. read more

This is probably one of my favorite Publix out of all the ones I've been to in Florida and they make the best cakes, especially from being from New Jersey like specialty cakes with the world, whipped cream icing, I love, different designs. I love chocolate and vanilla cake with chocolate and vanilla pudding and fresh bananas inside of it for a Chantilly cake with fresh custard in it and strawberries and they always do what I ask and slay it And they always have them do my birthday cakes ever since I moved to Florida here are some of my birthday cakes from here and their creativity read more

Great location! Very friendly staff. Always giving my son cookies. Cashiers know us. Clean store with great selection.

Maggie in the deli is absolutely amazing and so fun and friendly! The entire staff is amazing, and this is my favorite Publix in the area. Store is always cleaned, and organized. read more

This is my favorite Publix. Friendly service. Easy in and out. Would recommend to anyon.

Waited 10 min for checkout. 1 register open at 950am 1003am check out. I even said something to the check out clerk as she was getting her ass kicked. Thomas Johnson, you better check the tapes. Unexceptable my friend. read more

I've been coming to this Publix for over 15 years and have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, today was the first time I left feeling disappointed. I stopped by the deli to order a sub, and there was no line. The employee who helped me, Leland, seemed noticeably cold and appeared irritated from the moment I approached. While I understand everyone can have an off day, his demeanor made the interaction very uncomfortable. I thanked him after he made my sandwich, but he didn't acknowledge it or respond at all. This was out of the normal for this location, which has always had friendly and helpful staff, especially in the Deli! read more

Awesome store that was very clean and had great selection. Loved their in store cookies food

The Service at the Deli is So Unprofessional! I Am a Regular at the Store, and I Literally stood in Line for 20 min just for a Half of a Sub, and the Manager walked by several times and saw the Line was 5 people Deep, did Nothing, Nor did he send Anyone to Help. Instead of trying to get the line down, all the Employees did was joke around, and Laugh and Ignore the people in line, without saying we will be right with you. Or something. After waiting that long, I wasn't getting out of Line. The Lady in front of me, said she had been waiting for 25 Min! That's Ridiculous! Whatever happened to Management Helping??? Shame on You Publix Deli! read more

No other grocery store has a better selection of fresh vegetables and friendly employees. Don't sleep on the sushi or pub subs

I have been shopping at Publix Boot ranch for over 7 years, even though their prices are higher than other supermarkets and I am going to start shopping somewhere else. I am offered all these promos Ex: free flowers at times offered, $5.00 0ff if you spend a certain amount and I wondered why I never received them and today I was informed that I am supposed to put my phone number in and I never knew that and was not told by a cashier. Yesterday I bought water as the sign by the water said buy one get one and when I went to the cashier I asked the cashier about the buy one get one and he charged me for both which I noticed when I got home I went into Publix today and asked about it and with no concern for the mistake the front desk told me they were not the right water which I was surprised and embarrassed as the cashier did not tell me when I was checking out. It really is not the money or the mistake, but Publix acts like they really care about the consumer, but I finally realize that is not the case read more

Horrible service at the deli. New people all time. Lady just cut up salami and laid it in a big pile instead of laying it flat. When I said that this was a mess her response is this is how we do it! I left without ordering the rest of what I came to purchase. Will drive further down the road for good service. read more

Service was terrible and frankly border racist. I had a pick up order for 3 subs at 220. I showed up at 250. My order wasn't done. I waited to go up to the guy be hind the counter he looked at my order and said "that's going to be a while bud ". His exact words and proceeds to help the people behind me. I guess it's because I was Asian. I'm just pissed. Had to ask some body else and they got right on it... completely bull. I'm writing this literally in front of the guy while I'm waiting 50 minutes after my order should have been ready to pick up. Management look at your cameras if you want to verify. read more

Poorly stocked all the time. You have to actually go to another Publix to find what you need.

The shelves may be empty of toilet paper and cleaning supplies, and the fish and meat aisles are picked over or bare, but every staff member is in every aisle, restocking, smiling, & helping. It's the middle of the day, and CoVid-19 is taking a toll on patrons AND staff, but from the smiles & politeness, you'd never suspect the underlying anxiety. The store is clean, the shelves are orderly, and people are keeping a respectful distance from each other. This is my Publix store, and though I may shop at others, THIS is where my heart is. ##StayInSupportTampaBay read more

Extra big thanks to Houston, the customer service manager! He helped me and my mom jump start our car and stayed outside in the 90 degree heat for 45 minutes to make sure that we were all good. Publix is lucky to have such a nice and helpful person working with them! read more

Just moved to this area. Went to this store a few times and it was a great experience. Well stocked with all the items I'm used to at my Publix store back home. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I would have is they didn't carry an item I liked and there was no self check out like back home. read more

I had been enjoying my shopping at this location. I used to enjoy the fresh made subs. Then I encountered Trish, one of the sandwich makers. This operator is very argumentative and should consider retirement. Ordering product through her is an arduous task. She argues every step of the way. Why she can't toast something. Why she supposedly can't hear when others never have a problem. Also she is very impolite. read more

On a recent visit I presented the pharmacist my prescription together with the print-out of the ScriptSaver WellRx discount for my meds. This print was downloaded from the WellRx website and clearly showed the price for pickup at a Publix Pharmacy. To my utterly surprise I was told that Publix Pharmacy does not honor this discount card. I asked the pharmacist to call the pharmacy help desk published on the WellRx discount card to get help fulfilling my RX. She refused and came back with the same answer: "Publix does not work with this discount company." Consequently, I was forced to pay a higher price in order to get my medication. I followed up with ScriptSave WellRx and was told that Publix is in their network since more than one year and that my discount should have been applied. Publix needs to honor their commitment. Lousy, not-caring attitudes by employees tarnish the Publix brand. read more

One of the larger Publix locations I've been in, and the staff is handling things like champs right now even with the panic buying. As someone who can't really stockpile and has to grocery shop after each paycheck, this pandemic has been a nightmare for me. But all the employees are very understanding, always willing to help me find something on my list even as they restock what they can, and they all still have smiles and are friendly from start to finish. One employee was even sanitizing carts as they came in from outside, and they had nearly every checkout line open. They're doing what they can during this craziness, and I appreciate how they're keeping their spirits up too even with how stressful this probably is for them. This location is right off US-19 so it can be a convenient stop on the way home from work depending on which way you're heading, and there's ample parking too. read more

Been shopping at this Publix since it opened and have always had great experiences. The produce department is great and I love the bakery. I do hate that the deli changed to only offering breaded chicken wings as a special order. Never remember to order ahead and have to settle for non-breaded. Not the end of the world I guess. read more

I'm a fan of this large format Publx. They're well laid out, everything is neat and clean, and the employees are always helpful. The produce department is small, I wish it were a bit bigger. They carry organics and gluten free items. Their meat department is extensive and that makes me happy. Overall, One of my favorite Publix in the area. read more

I "HEART" Publix! On my visit to Florida, I shopped at Publix almost everyday. They have the BEST made-to-order deli sandwiches and the best chicken wings EVER! You can get them breaded or unbreaded; spicy or mild. We usually go with spicy and breaded. Their bakery items are wonderful as well. I love their freshly made cakes, fudge brownies, key lime pies, and French bread. I can't wait to get back here. read more

I live across the street so this is my REALLY only grocery store I come too. Always seems to stay clean, cashiers are mostly nice, never had a problem with them. I personally love the service at Publix. They are true BOGOs where they don't jack the price up and then offer the BOGO, like some other grocery stores do. "Publix, where shopping is a pleasure", has been their motto forever. And for the most part it is true. The bigger the store, the larger the assortment of products. The small stores have only the top selling brands. I love their BOGO's, when I can't find something and ask a sales person, they will take me to the item or find out if they carry the product. If they are out of the product they will check in back and if there is none in storage, they will suggest a rain check. Staffs are friendly and helpful and appear to be eager to be there. Also a large Greenwise selection, quality meats and bakery. I am a regular customer for Publix for years. I love the place and the staff. Great service great people quality products. This is more than an average grocery store. read more
