This Shell gas is also less expensive than the two gas stations at the corner of Klosterman and US 19. It's easy to get into and out of this station. You can get right on to US19 or use the light to go North or South on 19, or west on Klosterman. We have not seen any attendants, but the one time we needed help, we went into the storefront and got a receipt. It didn't print at the pump. This location has hosted several other gas stations (most recently Valero), and we hope this station is successful & stays around!

When the prices are low, and they are usually lower than surrounding gas stations, it can be busy! So bring your patience. Gas pumps are easy to operate and gas flows quickly once you get to a pump. No service is necessary unless you have a problem. Every time we have gassed up here, we have not needed service. So I can't speak about the people inside the small store adjoining the gas pumps.

I would give zero based on the UTTER DISRESPECT i was served today. I called the day before yesterday to see if I could drop my car off to have a tire looked at. I needed a patch not a plug through a tiny pinhole in the tread. They said leave your key leave your phone number they'll look at it they'll call you. Awesome. I showed up there to drop off my car amr Austin who is unbelievably the manager was there. He welcomed me with how do I call it shame? That I hadn't spoken to him that he had called me the night before and said that I don't know there were some more instructions I needed to know. And that I had spoken to someone at call center. And I there was somehow more to do than drop off my car and leave. He said, Oh well I needed to speak to you about it. What could you possibly need to speak to me about if you're looking at a tire that needs a patch. I said just look at it and call me and so I left to go to work. I had an co worker waiting to take me. He called me an hour later and told me I needed four tires. I need the alignment I needed brakes and something else and it was gonna be like $800. I did not ask to have my whole car looked at. All I asked was to know if they could fix this tire yes or no. I told them to please call my husband so he would know what was going on and I wouldn't have to explain it to him and also I was at work. So they did. I told my husband before they spoke with him that I did not want to do business with them because this kid was so rude to me first thing in the morning. I went at noon to pick up car and it was completely apart on a lift all the tires off. I went in and asked why it was apart and Austin told me we are waiting to hear back from your husband. I said I didn't ask you to take my car apart. I would like to pick my car up. I need to go back to work. Can I please get my car back? Yeah give us a couple of minutes, we'll get it down. I said OK and he gave me more attitude about the safety of the vehicle. (read: no sale. he's not getting work out of me so be belligerent and pushy) I told him, to tell you the truth, you are the reason we're not having any work done here. And he started tearing into me saying well you came in here all hot this morning. I said no I just wanted to drop my car off. You told me I had done something wrong calling to make an appointment. I didn't ask you to look at my whole car. I asked for a patch and it was specific and said a patch not plug. One tire. I said I know what's going on with my tires. I know that you can see metal belt. I know that I need brakes that's not what I asked for. Please get my car down and he started yelling at me and talking over me about what what the car needed and it wasn't safe to drive and I told him i heard you, I need you to get my car back now. Austin then informed me , you know that you're being recorded up there right and I said great. I said get my car down please I need to go. He then proceeds, Okay I will get your car down and you're being a fing cunt. I said good. I hope that they've heard you call me a cunt, now go get my car so I can leave. And he said you can go wait outside while I get your car down. I don't want you in my store. And I said you think that i'm going to wait outside in the 90° weather? So you're more comfortable? No please get on it, I did not come in here today for the lady by herself special. He went into the back and started ranting and swearing at all the employees. Creating another toxic situation in the repair area. I don't have time for 24 yo boy who treats possible customers with shame distain abuse, and or antagonize them. i will reflect back what they are serving. He should write a formal letter of apology. Be demoted, fired. He needs anger management, customer service courses and should have to cover the cost of my tires because no one deserves to be treated like that. He has serious issues. My son was being discharged from the hospital around the same time unbeknownst to me. we had just walked through the door and Robert call to see if I was going to make it which we did. Robert was nothing but helpful, respectful and reassuring. Went back today to check the gauge and again Robert did his best to make sure everything was correct, all while be respectful and caring.
