The guy making the drink calls my name and sets out two drinks, both look the same, both with coffee shops logo facing my direction. As a first timer customer, I didn't realize they scribble the names and abbreviate the drinks on the back so I asked the barista which was mine and he condescendingly pointed out one was made with oatmilk and one made regularly. There was zero sweetener in the drink so I went back to the counter and asked the girl for more vanilla to put in my drink, she seemed annoyed, but she gave it to me anyways. As I was off to the side adjusting my drink, my name was called so I go up to the counter and a barista tells me I grabbed the wrong drink. I told her that I grabbed the drink that the barista who made them told me was mine to which she took the drink I had and responded "do you see where that drink says Jackie on it? Yours has your name on it" And turns away in disgust. Mistakes happen, especially during a rush, but the attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience really unpleasant. Won't be returning.

A comfortable spot to relax indoors with air conditioning, or you can choose outdoor seating at tables with umbrellas if you'd rather enjoy your coffee alfresco. Since it was a warm day, I ordered an iced coffee. The barista was friendly and prepared my medium roast with care. It was flavorful, refreshingly cold, and perfectly balanced once I added some cream and sugar for a touch of richness. I thoroughly enjoyed my drink, and I'll definitely be back again.

The chai, however, was full of spice and delicious. I really appreciated that they offered multiple milk options including dairy free/vegan. The star was definitely the quiche though which we got heated up, the crust was flaky and buttery while the egg was well seasoned with tomatoes and mozzarella sprinkled throughout. The baristas were really kind and were patient as we perused the menu. I found the drinks to be a bit on the pricier side, especially for modifications. I don't think this would be my everyday coffee shop but definitely plan to stop by as a treat for some more of their baked goods when I am in town.

They have some specialty coffee drinks and tea flavors along with the classic coffee concoctions such as cappuccinos and americanos. As for teas, you can get those hot or iced. They have quite the selection of flavors such as hibiscus or honeydew. And if you're hungry, plenty of pastries to choose from along with breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Ice cream is also served here and it's Blue Bell! As someone who lives in Texas where Blue Bell is a blue blood, my heart skipped a beat seeing they serve it here. The baristas behind the counter are energetic with engaging personalities. One of them mentioned she's a coin collector and talked about the history of the penny which is being discontinued. My girlfriend and I found her facts and analytical dialogue fascinating as we heard her talk about it while we sipped our drinks. Yes, we were entertained! Definitely a must visit when you're in Punta Gorda; so glad it's within walking distance of mom and dad's!

They have many pastries that just look divine, and not to mention some of the best macarons I've yet tried. It was such a sweet atmosphere and added on to that with how friendly the barista was. The coffee is delicious, well made and strong with the perfect bit of flavoring. I also tried one of their seasonal refresher drinks which had coconut milk, and either raspberry or strawberry and it was amazing. Really fruit in it and you could just tell it was fresh and had good ingredients in it. Starbucks refresher ain't got nothinggg on this. So dang good.
