7-Eleven stores are dotted in the City and this one is the one I pass by every day. Occasionally I go in to buy sparkling water or milk. Students tend to come here often as there are many food items in single containers targeted for them. Apart from food, they sell toiletries and eats like pizza and wings. I wouldn't eat any of these as they don't look appetizing. Harry is a homeless man outside who has been here for over a decade and sometimes I buy him hot chocolate, soda and a cheese danish. Today is Halloween. Was instore 4 some things when little kids w/mom entered store (around 5.30 pm). Really sweet very young toddlers to trick or treat. Counter guy told them very coldly said "we don't have any candies for u." I was on line to pay & told him him how couldc711 not have treats for kids when they throw out unsold donuts every night. He said 711 used to give out candies but it stopped w/nIew franchise owner. Shame on you!!! The kids said "ok. Thank you" and left store w/dejected faces. My heart went out to them. Little kids have suffered plenty during Covid. 711 is the Grinch that stole Halloween! Even the Gramercy Wine & Liquor across the street had plenty of treats for the kids (and a good marketing strategy). read more

I stop in here 2-3xs a day!!! I love the staff here. So funny and they spoil me. Coffee is always great and they have everything you might need. The coffee area is always clean and the staff is always keeping an eye out on what's needed on the floor. Citibank ATM inside along with yummy pizza, tacitos nachos and hot dogs and of course slurpees!!!! Keep an eye out for $2 coffee and donut specials!!!! read more

This location has a very friendly staff. Constantly, brewing coffee during the morning rush. So, piping hot coffee. Helpful staff. Today they had no regular milk out and staff member went and got it within a minute. They have a lot of breakfast items STOCKED as well as, other hot food items...warm and ready to go. Went to the location on 14th st. b/w 2nd & 3rd. Pizza cracked me up. I wanted to go to Joey's Pepperoni Pizza but they were closed today. Went to 7-eleven instead. They had pizza...of the Digiorno company. Lol, I'm glad I only got one slice. It was okay. I love and prefer my NY style pizza instead. But 7-eleven is convenient and inexpensive. Spring in NYC means one thing: SLURPEE SEASON! Time to get my almost-daily fix of huge sugar-free Crystal Light slurpees or $1.63, tax included. Artificial, nutrient-void, dye-your-teeth-and-intestines heavenly goodness, and there's no better 7-Eleven in the city to find this icy delicacy than the brand new shiny location in Gramercy with the friendliest staff in the world. Seriously... THE nicest guys work here. This spot creams the ones on 23rd and 14th, which are dirtier, less friendly, more crowded with crazies, and often have dysfunctional slurpee machines. Love the 99-cent coffee bar, too - so much to choose from in one little 24-hour convenience store! Growing up on LI I used to going to 7-11 for slurpies and any other munchie cravings i was having. Who hasnt been to a 7-11? Let me tell you the first time I came to this location I had just been seeing doctors all day and I needed a smile. Hot as nut sack outside I saw it chilling on the corner waiting to help me out. When I did ask for fresh chicken tenders, the owner told me that they were already "fresh" which they actually weren't so I wasn't too happy about that. Food: 4/5 -Chicken tenders are made of white breast and lightly breaded. I usually come here to get coffee and hot tea. The staff is friendly and I never had to wait more then a minute. I don't know about other 7-elevens, but they usually have 3 guys working in this store. 2 people at the register, and 1 guy manning the door and eying the fridge where all the drinks are. I've seen a youtube video of the employees holding down a guy stealing a snickers bar, but haven't seen anything yet first hand at this store. Why I go here: -cheetos puffs:(sometimes you need the puffs instead of the regular cheetos, and this place has a snack size version so you don't feel bad about eating a big bag. -smart water: always have deals for the big 1L bottle, 2 for $3. When I'm on the go, I just like to have smart water handy. I dunno if there is a difference vs other waters, but I like the taste of smart water. -gatorade: again 2 for $3.33 deal here. When I"m sick of I'm really thirsty, I like to drink gatorade, and nothing quenches my thirst better than 2 bottles of lemon-lime. Meet the 7-11 of NYC. The store that helped me save couple thousands since they had on shelf the only engine cooler liquid I needed to save my car from over heating. Now I have a completely new point of view of the 7-11 locations. Will I get my lunch here? I don't think so. The only good thing about 7-Eleven Gramercy is that it is 24 hours. This store takes away from the allure and beauty of the exclusive gramercy park neighborhood.The sanitation of this 7 Eleven is actually atrocious and downright disgusting. Firstly, there are active rat/rodent signs within the establishment. The way they touch the food behind the counter and other things is unsanitary. read more

Growing up in Florida, 7 Eleven was a big part of my life. So naturally I was excited when I saw they were in the city. Overall I had a good experience. The staff was friendly and the store was stocked with almost everything I needed. The only thing they didn't have was Arizona Diet Green Tea. Ahhh I need that to start my day. The employees were rearranging the store and tidying up when I was inside so from what I saw the place was relatively clean. The cashier was quick and attentive. Being that it is summer I'm debating on whether or not to go back and have a Slurpee! read more

These guys stayed open after the hurricane when almost everything else was closed. You couldn't get a Slurpee of course, but they kept the neighborhood in batteries, cigs, and beef jerky. Great store and great staff! read more

Let it be known that this location may have stayed open during the hurricane but be aware that they're price gougers and when I spoke up against it, their reply to me was, "when the power comes back on then you get the discounted price." No kidding here. I couldn't believe it. Mind you all I got were some chocolate bars for my daughters who happen to be with me at the time. Again I could've thrown it back in their faces and gone up to the Korean deli 2 blocks further but I didn't want to make a scene in front of my children. Don't go to this location please! read more
