I totally understand not every order is standard, but as a customer you shouldn't feel awkward ordering a drink. What made it stand out even more is that I had gone to Pure Grind Coffee & Juice Bar the day before, and their barista actually asked around and tried to help make my drink the way I wanted it. That kind of effort and kindness goes a long way. I'm big on supporting local businesses, so this review isn't about being dramatic just honest. You're products that were tried weren't that great and thats the issue at hand. you're coffee isnt stong even with a quad shot, & 7 pumps of brown sugar and it wasnt sweet or the "dulce de leche" as you so call it tasted like plain caramel. The pan that I tried was DRY, and size for price point was atrocious. I undertsand the cost of goods, the cost of running resturants as I have also done so.
