My sister who has several disabilities and has to get around on her scooter went to purchase a couple of Red Bulls for our brother. She had just come from the CVS across the street where she had purchased two Red Bulls and a couple Rockstars for our brother. However he wanted 4 Red Bulls. Hence the reason she went across the street to 7/11. When she picked up her two Red Bulls and approached the counter the man behind the counter accused her of stealing the Red Bulls and the rockstar. She said no no no I just purchased those at CVS across the street and she went into her bag retrieved the receipt and handed it to them. These two clerks in front of her started arguing amongst themselves in a different language. They were extremely rude. They didn't apologize, or say oops, or my bad or offer to continue with her purchase. they threw the receipt back at her and didn't sell her the Red Bulls. They will be getting a visit from me...her older sister and let me tell you it's not gonna be cute. I want everyone to know that they miss treat people with disabilities and people in general. They're rude and they have bad people skills. and you can see from a lot of these reviews that everyone agrees this is bad business. nobody should treat their customers like that. They'll be getting a visit from me that they're not going to enjoy. So i can give them a piece of my mind. My sister's life is hard enough getting around on a goddamn scooter when she has cerebral palsy hydrocephalus and is pretty much 90% deaf the last thing she needs some jerk off who can't even read receipt and doesn't have the manners to be kind about it, Once he's realized he's in the wrong. This is our local 7-11, and I am sad to say we will never go back. I just wanted to get my kids a free slurpie on 7-11. Big sign outside says free slurpie all month! We go to pay and it's not free, "because it's after 7pm. " what? Where does it say that. So I go to get cash and hand them 4 dollars for a 3.29 bill, he says you only gave me 3 dollars. I am in complete disbelief that this stupid stuff could still happen. My kids are there, just want there special slurpie of the year and this? On top of that there is someone stealing drinks while we get ours, hassling me and my kids and a practically naked woman outside the store. Where do we live? The manager is probably the rudest, most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. He lied to me twice and said my credit card was declined when he actually charged me twice on my card and then had to pay cash. So he actually charged me three times for the same thing and now I have the hassle of disputing the two fraudulent charges. He did nothing to remedy the situation. I think he goes by the name Chinu or something like that, another employee said his name was Alan. He used to work at another 711 where he was equally rude and obnoxious. This is absolutely the best 7-11 ever. The workers are always so nice. This one seems a bit safer that other 7-11's. Of course they are usually all on the sketch side, but they are so awesome at the same time.. The parking lot is horrible though but I would still drive out of my way to come here, rather than go to the one on Lincoln next to P*fit or the one on Lincoln and Washington and get the cat calls, lines of people picking lotto tickets like they are buying a house and fear I might get robbed if I go at night. read more

So I was just at 7/11 on Centinela and total came out $4 something my husband kept asking this lady questions she was busy so it kinda made her discombobulated gave her a $20 she did not give me my change back when I asked her for it she says she already gave it to us. This is easily the best 7-11 I have visited in the area. It is always clean, well stocked, and the employees are very polite. It doesn't seem to get as crazy and busy as other 7-11's, especially during morning rush hour. The only downside is the small parking lot, which can fill up and require waiting to get a spot. This problem seems common to most 7-11's in the area though. I definitely suggest choosing this location over others in the area, or if your commute passes this intersection (Venice and Centinela). read more
