I like Yelping 711s when I have a chance. For some weird reason, I like the 711 locations in the West L.A areas. Some of them always have the stuff I am looking for. This location I walked into maybe a month ago on my way home somewhere. I got one of the pizzas and some chicken wings. This location make theirs good. Neighborhood might look a little raunchy, but I was comfortable in the area. Cleark was cool with me. So, I like what I saw. read more

Poor customer service, I was trying to use the app and obtain the deal for the sandwich and energy drink but it was not working. Employee made it seem like I was the issue, and kept trying to force me to pay full price by saying "its not working, and pointing to the card reader to pay" he was also on the phone during this transaction and was of no help. I left without buying anything. read more

PROS - Big parking lot - Parking lot access to both Venice and Sepulveda Blvd - Efficient service like with buying lottery tickets - Good coffee prices & many creamer choices - Chilled creamer with your coffee - Decent doughnuts - Well-stocked premade food section. I like the chicken salad sandwich CONS - Dirty hot chocolate machine (frequent reason why I go to 7-11) - Hot food like pizza sell out fast The Strawberry Shortcake Cappuccino was so watered down. I added mostly hot chocolate and then 2 Caramel coffee creamer cups to make it drinkable. Is 7-11 consciously trying to combat this country's overconsumption of sugar? Or was this a batch batch, judging by the powder around the dispensers? I don't know but the only reason I'd go back to this 7-11 is because to promote The Simpsons movie, this was the only or 1 of just 2 LA 7-11's that had a giant Homer donut on the roof (think of Randy's iconic plastic donut). read more

This is my favorite 7-Eleven in the neighborhood! The staff are always nice to visitors, the food is never past expiration date (unlike some 7-Elevens in the neighborhood, unfortunately) & there is often some random vegan ice cream or other frozen treat in the freezer. (: read more

Rude customer service. Asked a question and was treated like I was inconveniencing him. No one in the store but me and employee was on the phone. read more

I've been to this 7-Eleven dozens of times and there are definite pros and cons. Pros -Always pretty well stocked and their selection of snacks and beverages is pretty on par or better than other 7-Eleven's in the area -Staff is efficient. For example, if there is only one person working the cashier, they are normally checking out two people at once (while one person pays, they switch to the other register and start ringing the next person up until the first person is done paying). Therefore, you almost never have a wait. -The breakfast/lunch fridge section has really good options: fresh fruit, good sandwiches, protein packs, you name it! And their freezer section is ALSO very good -- everything from ice cream to a 6-pack of White Castle Microwavable Burgers! Cons -9 out of 10 times there is a homeless person outside. Most are nice and will not bother you but the ones that do, make a young woman like myself feel very uneasy. -The staff isn't friendly; they don't smile, they rarely exchange pleasantries, and they are very matter-of-fact. For example, I literally witnessed one of the employees saying to a regular that she gained weight. But this doesn't bother me (personally). I think it's just cultural differences -- that's all. But... at the end of the day, you visit a 7-Eleven to go in, get something quick, and quickly get out. And for that purpose, it definitely gets the job done. read more

I came in to buy a .79¢ Big Gulp at about 9p on 3/15. It was nasty and I threw it away. Your soda machine is not clean and it tasted is horrible. The food area was disgusting. Old hot dogs, old rollers that look like they've been there for days if not weeks. I'm sure your food sales are way down because I don't think anyone would buy any food from this location seeing what I saw. Someone from 7-Eleven corporate needs to visit this location. I'm surprised the health department hasn't been in your store handing out violations. I wish I would have taken a photo! read more

This is a bigger 7-11. Came to buy a lottery ticket. Well lit area, on the main street. I was in and out quickly. read more

7-Eleven - a person holding up a ticket - Convenience Stores Near Me - Los Angeles, California

7-Eleven has evolved the convenience store concept to the next level. Store is clean and well lighted, staff are always pleasant and I am able to complete my transaction quickly. If you bank with a credit union as I do, the use of the inside the store ATM is free of service charges. 7-Eleven offers a wide selection of fresh brewed coffees, pastries, snack foods, freak hot and cold sandwiches, pizza, salads, plus beer, wines, and soft drinks and juices, plus packaged grocery and dry goods. And finally there Customer Rewards program is generous. read more

Thanks to Grace L and Shannon F's review about 7-Eleven's red velvet cupcakes, I've been all over LA and Denver searching for these elusive hidden gems. After many failed searches, I finally discovered these little darlings tucked in the refrigerated section at the Culver City location, and was able to invite fellow Yelpers Ching T and Anthony N to join in and give their cupcakes a try. Most of the red velvets I have encountered are either light fluffy and airy or dense with heavy moisture. The 7 Eleven's Frosted Red Velvet Cupcake ($1.49) seemed to embodied a little of each as it was dense with decent moisture that came with a nice hint of chocolate flavor. The cake itself was dense on the dry side when compared to Doughboys, but it was good enough to survive my taste test without having to overly rely on the layer of cream frosting which was very impressive on its own. When combined together, it was an affordable, solid red velvet cupcake capable to matching those in gourmet cupcake stores around LA and beyond. For the price, I'm definitely a new fan but have not bought into the idea that they are the best of the best. We also took the opportunity to try their Frosted Chocolate Cupcake ($1.49) which was very dry but chocolaty and the frosting was less impressive than the red velvet counterpart. I've definitely experienced better chocolate cupcakes elsewhere but the red velvet cupcake was certainly impressionable and worthwhile. Like many other locations, this store also has a nice range of snacks, fast food, sandwiches, candies and drinks. I've visited this store many times in the past and service has always been brief and straight to the point. With the two cupcakes added together, 3.5 stars for the overall experience. read more

Great new staff. Very nice and kind. Always has my favorite snacks. Clean and Quick place to shop.

Was driving by and had a sugar urge. It was late so I found it convenient to just pick up something from this 7 Eleven. Went in and got myself a Ben & Jerry's ice cream. When I got home and opened the thing, it tasted rancid and had some tiny pieces of ice on the top. It looked like it had been defrosted and frozen again. I called them and told them about it. In a heavy accent, someone by the name of "Patrick" said he was the manager and "you can't return food". It wasn't worth the drive to return the thing anyway, but the way they handled the query was just not acceptable. I would never buy from this 7 again. If you do, make sure to double check what you're buying as they sell old expired food that could land you in the ER. read more

3 Stars Drunk and dehydrated.....stopped by to get some water. Service was ehhh, but he was busy, so that's probably why. Thought about getting some food, but the pizza looked like cardboard and I changed my mind about the hot dog last minute. read more

I have nothing to say about what they sell or how their food is made! I am strictly basing my rating on their service. I went Sunday afternoon and the male cashier was so rude. I asked him to please help me with some tickets (scratchers) he sounded like I was asking him to make a damn rocket ship out of scratch! With a rude tone he pointed to the machine and said "you do". So I did. The machine wasn't working and i wanted to buy more scratchers so I made line again! He sighed and said "no work". I said okay and wanted to buy more scratcher tickets. Rudely he asked me which ones. He then took my tickets and was scanning them and said "no working" was pushing pushing on the machine and speaking in his language (don't know what it was) I kept telling him it was fine. He got another co worker involved and he made it such a big deal he threw the tickets in the counter didn't even hand them to me and again rudely said "sorry! No work". I told him it's fine I just want to buy scratchers. He gave me the scratchers and I guess forgot he needed to scan them, with his hand he was gesturing to give him the tickets and I asked him do you need the tickets ? He grabbed them and scanned them. I told him I hope his day gets better and left worse service in the world! I literally was embarrassed there was a huge line and this man didn't make it any better. Smh. read more

This 7 Eleven is always clean, and that's a huge plus for me. Most of the ones I go to have dirty stick floors and homeless people who frequent them or sit outside. I never encounter that here. The guys who work here are super friendly and helpful. I like that this location has a Redbox, although it's often missing the movies I want! read more

Use to stop here for slurpees on a hot day and thats really my go-to thing at 7 elevens. Things aren't always cheaper here but sometimes you might catch a sale on a case of beer (usually not the kind you want). Definitely would put a warning on the cooked foods there. Its the same like getting it at gas stations too, you gotta see if its been sitting there all day (wrinkled and dry) or you're lucky and you catch them right when they're putting up some new hot dogs. Not gonna say I haven't got myself some cheap hot dogs but its a hit or miss. Definitely on a good corner right on venice and sepulveda and easy access to freeways if you're coming from a night out or want get rehydrated. read more

Conveniently located and open 24 hours a day. 7-11 is always good for a quick snack, cold or hot drinks, and various household supplies. Just don't expect Trader Joe's prices for foods or CVS prices for toiletries. And, if you catch them early enough, the rolled up foods (ie Buffalo Chicken) are pretty tasty. read more

This 7/11 is super convenient being down the street from me. The gentlemen who work there are always friendly and helpful. Clean for the most part with a free atm. Also 2 slices of pizza and a icedtea for less 4$ is hard to beat and the pizza is actually pretty good read more

The slurpee's are getting watery. I went to get iced coffee and the bag it was in that was inside a cardboard box was empty. Barf. I don't think they ever clean the machines that dispense drinks. I will give them this though...they always clean floors and fresh bananas read more

I've been coming here for years. These guys are friendly. And I'm in here every morning getting a cup of coffee and using they're app to collecting points and free rewards read more

It's a pretty standard 7-11 in terms of customer service and inventory. The reason I only give it three stars is that the parking lot is small and a little akward. I've had to wait for spots and sometimes it's hard to do that and not block others. read more

They have the worst customer service. I don't like going somewhere and feel like I'm inconveniencing the staff. Somehow, they manage to make me feel like a number instead of a paying customer. They don't cash lottery tickets after a certain time. I can't even specify what time because its always changing. For now on, I'll stick to my regular liquor store. read more

Compared to other mini-marts and even other 7-11s this is a great experience. Clean. Good selection of drinks, food, reading material, etc. It seems like something I like is always on sale. The best is the customer service. They're usually quick. They'll switch between registers so that I don't have to wait for the customer before me to get out of the way. It only saves a few seconds, but it's a NICE touch. If a line starts forming, they are usually good about a second person opening up a register. Pretty much everyone is friendly, remembers me when I go in regularly, and they even remember when I want a bag and when I don't! I understand the complaints about the hot food but of course it might be sitting around all day! It's dirt cheap for a reason. You expect restaurant quality? Don't eat at a 7-11! Sometimes the parking lot can get a little crowded since there are many businesses in that strip, but I rarely have to wait longer than 30 seconds. read more

Excellent customer service. I live around the block and every time I come here I see the same guys and they are always smiling and greeting customers. On top of that its always clean. read more
