This is a friendly neighborhood 7-Eleven where you get what you expect and not much more. It's weirdly spacious and feels more like one of those oversized convenience stores you'd find attached to a highway rest stop travel plaza that devotes 60% of their floor space to "My Grandpa Went To Cape Girardeau, Missouri And All I Got Was This Dumb Bib!" merchandise and the remaining percentage to things a convenience store normally sells than a typical big city 7-Eleven. The cashiers are pleasant people and will treat you like family after they see you buying the same four items for the sixth time. This place is absolutely disaster between the attuide of the workers & especially the lack of good management.This place is on my way to work,so that is why I choose to go there but I just can't anymore.Sometimes I like a quick hot snack but 80% of the time they have nothing made in the case or the grill.Its not that they ran out of it they never bothered to make it and when I would ask if they are going to make some items,there answers are always we can't its too late but it's only 1pm in the afternoon.As well if there happens to be one of two hot items on the hot roller such a hot dog you can tell its been there for days.You could try to ask them if they can make a new one but they always say I cant just eat what is on the grill.They don't make any attempt to even try to help & just roll thier eyes at you. They really don't care the worst part is they never honor thier coupons & sales.There has been too many times when I bought an item the tag on shelf clearly says the price or promotion & it's the right date but if they have trouble on the register ringing it up they will just charge you full price.Really unfair it's not my fault how about you try to fix it.There response would be it is what is really? I have contacted the owner & they did absolutely nothing.So for those reasons I have to go to a different store,even if it's a little further. read more

Been coming here for years and never had any issues, it has a gas station and is located at a busy intersection (spring mountain & decatur). Almost in the heart of Chinatown. I had no trouble parking, pulled right up to the front. Beware of the vagrants as there are quite a few of them that congregate in the parking lot, they really don't bother me but some people may feel uncomfortable, just ignore them and be on your way. I was greeted by the cashier as soon as I came in with a smile, I went to grab a drink and everything looked clean it its place, there wasn't the usual riffraff at the video poker machines you think you'd find. The cashier was very friendly and expeditious. I paid with my gold card (rewards junky) and got my double points, glad he didn't ask for my ID being my purchase was only $2.19, can get annoying (I know I know there just doing their job). I usually come to this 7-11 on a daily basis as I live right around the corner, never again. The new manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, she literally ripped my debit card out of my hand and then barked at me that she wasn't going to bite me..?? Its not my fault your machine is being temperamental, and under no circumstances should someone be grabbing my debit card out of my hand and start being vocally abusive. She was rather short and derogatory towards other customers as well. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for hiring her, she has no business working with the public. read more

I went in to pay a bill, and was told that they only allow it until 2pm, per managers special policy. It was 2:01pm. I asked the manager nicely if she could please accommodate me and she rolled her eyes and said "do I have to repeat myself?". Oh Lord, help me now. I don't understand these reviews giving this place 5 stars? I'm mean come on now, really, really?! You're going to claim that this is honestly "as good as it gets." Right. Okay. I don't know if lines get long or what, but it's huge for a 7-11. This place is super dingy looking and despite the large floor space, they don't have as much product as other locations. Service was friendly enough when I let the cashier know that the iced coffee syrup was out, but regardless, this place is kinda (real) iffy looking as far as cleanliness. It seems there are regulars here at the slot machines. You do you, I guess. I would say that fact does speak to the service here, in a positive way. If people are coming back to gamble at this particular place rather than the, oh, I don't know, 9 bazillion other places there are to gamble in this town, I guess there's a good reason for that and the cashier seemed to know these people by name. I'd say that's good customer service. I don't know what it is with this town and their love for inconvenient one way only turn outs, but if you're heading north on Decatur, you're going to have to do a u-turn to get into this place which can be tricky at peak rush hour times. read more

I've never really had a problem during any of my experiences at this 7-Eleven. The space is a little bigger than usual, but this 7-Eleven doesn't offer any more (or any less) than any other location. Store looked clean when I went in to pay for gas and a soda. Usually when I come here, I stop by here to get gas and they don't offer the extra fee if you use a credit card. Located in the corner of a busy intersection in Chinatown, sometimes it's hard to get into the lot and you need to pull a U-Turn... but parking is really easy and there are plenty of spots to park. There is an abandoned bank and there seems to be people just loitering around, asking for spare change. Usually if you just ignore or say no, they will leave you alone and cause no harm. read more

This location is creepy. There is an abandoned bank next to it, and a bunch of homeless live there. They are always loitering about in front of the store or at the gas pumps just begging for money. It's really quite annoying and kinda scary at night. The inside of the store is grungy. The cashier that works nights is always on her damn cell phone its like glued to her head. Today she was talking to someone about doing her laundry. Wtf. Honestly it is so unprofessional to be on the phone while helping customers, let alone your fucking cell. This one is a gas station. A great place to fill up your gas tank and pick up some snacks or drinks. Prices aren't the greatest but hey great name recognition and they have a large selection. The cashier is your usual 7-11 cashier, don't expect him to be friendly or even shoot the breeze with you. read more

I wouldn't have left a review for a seven eleven just because of some shortcoming. I mean come on it's a high traffic convenience store. But, this particular location seems to be particularly filthy. The coffee area seems to be sirupy and unorganized. The outside area has an unusual amount of homeless people which can get quite uncomfortable late at night. read more

When I feel like taking a break from gambling and the Vegas scene it's nice to just watch a RedBox video, grab a Big Gulp, and other goodies and kickback, relax, and enjoy the comforts of a high end hotel in Vegas that provides a DVD player. One of my favorite RedBox locations is this 7-Eleven. The people are nice and the RedBox machine always has the latest videos here. read more

Since it's a gas station, there really isn't any service involved, more of a "get-in and get-out." I come here for gas before leaving for a trip or just to get gas in general. The cashiers are always nice, they're usually fully stocked and have what I need late at night. The Redbox does get full sometimes, but it's almost always updated and stocked with all the DVDs I'm looking for. read more

I stop here almost every night on my way home from work for something whether it be water or chips.....Its always random and they always have it....for being on such a busy street its super easy to get in and out of....the staff is awesome and sometimes theres some creepers outside and the one guy that works behind the counter always makes sure i get to my car safe.....its cute !!! read more
