While I have been to this Pharmacy several times to get things like Witch Hazel and Hydrogen Peroxide for projects at work, I had never bought anything like wound dressings of creams. Needless to say, I had no idea where these items would be located withing the store. This CVS is right across the parking lot from the Hospital where the Surgery was performed. Picked her up at the front door and the nursing staff helped her into the car, Drove straight to CVS and parked the car with the A/C running. Went in and rather that my normal hit of miss way of shopping which means I look at everything, I explained what I needed to the clerk at the check out and between her and another employee, I had everything I needed and was checked out and back in the car in less than 5 minutes. Probably did not matter much because the pain med's did not wear off for another 3 hours but we were home in about 20 minutes, and she could rest in the comfort of her own home. Still the helpfulness of the staff was excellent and very appreciated.

Asked the front desk to unlock the chargers for me which I urgently needed, and instead I was told to wait which wouldn't have taken long to do? Uber nearly left me from how long I had to wait, mind you the line wasn't long. 2 people there at best. Honestly sick of this place. Never even got what I needed in the end.

After driving 4 hours I needed a potty break bad. They refused that I used it because it was cleaned already for tomorrow. Even though my husband was pumping $70+ for gas and they were open with a working toilet I wasn't allowed to pee. Needless to say, I went to their freshly cleaned bathroom ... because it was either the toilet or their lobby floor. The miserable, overweighted woman yelled that she was going to, and I quote, "kick my ass". Unfortunately, they wouldn't let my young son use the restroom either and they shut all the lights off while we were standing at the pump still pumping. This all happened within the "5 minute window". This place looks nice to stop for travelers, but they deserve zero business or consumer dollars. Might have been better if they told me they were closed instead of saying they're open, and taking our money without offering any customer service. Bottomline, if you say you're open for 5 more minutes, your whole shop is open for your customers for 5 more minutes. Don't shut the lights off on your customers with small children in the car, to pump the rest of your gas in the dark. Why were the lights on 10 minutes till 11pm when the hours say open till 10pm?? Make up your damn mind!

there used to was a standard mildly inoffensive BP here but they ripped it down and put this one in…read moreso YEA! whole thing is backwards to the intersection and being able to ignore the bad driving for a little while makes the refueling experience all the more better - that, and the gas is oddly a little cheaper than nearer the house. feels kinda roomy inside even with all of the usual stuff displayed in the usual manner. possibly because the color scheme is brighter than is typical of earlier BPs; almost looks like a preschool commissary if there were such a thing. extra added bonus was an exuberant and nattily attired gentleman who took great pleasure and pride in ensuring customer satisfaction with the whole goods for money exchange thing... pretty cool that ;-)

Catawba Ave location in Cornelius and for the last 3 years at the location on NC Hwy 73 in Denver. I think I have only shopped at this store two or three times before. It's located in Birkdale Village near the main entrance. It serves the people who live there well but if you're shopping at Birkdale, Walgreens is probably not your first-choice destination. My wife is a fan of a certain Bath Powder (Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds) but occasionally a particular location will sell out. My wife asked me to pick up some for her, so I tried Cornelius first on my way home from work and they were out so Plan B was the store on NC Hwy 73 in Denver. Alas, they were out as well. Went home as started to call other Walgreens and this was the first one, I called. Low and behold they had it so made arrangements to pick up a couple of containers the next day. The next day was a Saturday which worked out perfectly. Got there a little before noon an picked up the two containers. My wife who went with me, picked up a couple of items as well. Staff was very helpful and could not have been nicer. Good pricing and a pleasure to work with. Very clean and well organized store. Will consider shopping here again.

The clerk said if I pumped under the amount, the remainder would get credited back to me. I pumped $32.25 worth of fuel and left the station. Days later, no credit on my gasoline card. Contacted the store, to no avail - they didn't pick up the phone, it was a fax line. Contacted 7-Eleven customer care. They responded but the communication fizzled out. Two weeks later, I filed a chargeback with my gasoline credit card company. All that headache for $17.75 of un-pumped fuel. Customer care never followed up, despite numerous emails and phone calls. Watch yourself at this station. Good fuel, poor customer service.
