I can assure you with great certainty that this is NOT a dark roast, has the light color and flavor of a medium roast so needless to say, I'm disappointed. Also noted on the packaging is that its decaf process is done with ethyl acetate rather than my preferred Swiss water method. I asked about a dark roast with caffeine for the others in my household and she said they were out and I'm really happy I didn't purchase one like this which wasn't a dark roast. While coffee is okay flavor-wise I won't be driving back for more because I drink black coffee and only really enjoy a dark roast.

We were able to accomplish this and spent about 3 hours here. We never felt pressured to hurry or leave. We ordered our food, including a ham and cheese croissant and a smoked salmon sandwich. The food was fresh and delicious. Both of our sandwiches were served with a side of chips that were sprinkled with furikake seasoning. The ham and cheese croissant was a nice savory contrast to the sweet drinks. The smoked salmon sandwich had a bit of a spicy kick. My friend ordered a matcha and really liked it. I had two drinks throughout my visit, including the whipped honey butter latte (which I highly recommend) and the copacabana. I appreciated that the latte was not overly sweet or strong.
