My kids were so excited for free slurpee day. We frequently get them slurpees so this was a fun way to spend our day. It is advertised all over the websites and social media "limit one small size per person - no purchase necessary". After we had gone up to the counter , my 3 kids and I were told we had to purchase 2 candies because only two people in our party could have the free slurpee. This was explained after we filled our cups and not advertised anywhere. I was able to negotiate the cashier down to one candy, but this still made me feel uncomfortable that I was bargaining with a business establishment that advertised one free slurpee per person. I am not trying to mooch off of the company - just participating in the deal and we spend plenty of money on slurpees and gas otherwise. I'm just wondering if this was a standard for everyone and I can be better Informed next time. read more

I don't know whether to be truly offended or laugh hysterically. Just now at 9:40p.m., myself, husband and daughter stopped in for 3 drinks and a chapstick. We were watched the entire time by the older Indian man at the counter. He literally moved behind the counter and watched us at every aisle we were on. We paid with our 7Eleven rewards card and ATM. Which would be easy to track us if we were stealing. I am in complete shock right now. Didn't think we looked the part of a thieving family but apparently clerk man did. read more

Pretty well stocked 7 eleven and conveniently located in a small shopping plaza next to the pet hospital. This location generally has very well stocked items and the gentleman that works there is super friendly. However the hot food selection is definitely not one to try as it does not look fresh or appetizing and the middle aged woman that works there has a disgruntled attitude often times and refuses to let you redeem any points if you don't have the app (despite entering in your phone number and pushing the button on the screen that states you can redeem them). All in all not sure if I'll come here very frequently because of this and would rather just go to the location a few miles down the road as they are willing to allow points to be redeemed. read more

Easy access, in & out. No gas pumps, crazy parking area, but I got a front row parking. Clean store every time I've been here. Grab a quick bite or drink, then head over to the Man Cave for a cigar. That's how I do it lol. read more

I wish there were another convenience stop close to my house. I was on my cell phone when I took my coffee and breakfast bar to the counter. Same items every day - total is always $5.21. If you've ever been to this 7-Eleven then you'll know how obnoxious their daily sales competition is. Every day, I'm hounded to purchase their donut, cookie, brownie - whatever their goal item of the day is, and every day to say no. Today, while preoccupied with my phone conversation, the Indian lady starts ringing up a bunch of crap (daily deals) that I have never bought in the past and have no intention of buying now. She looks at me and say, "oh no! They are free! I give them to you!. Um, no. 1) I don't want them, even if they're free. 2) they're not free when my total just increased from $5.21 to $7.81. Starbucks it is for now on for my daily caffeine fix, even if the lines there are a bit difficult in the morning. read more

The rudest customer service. I don't usually do reviews but today I experience the worst by one of the employees I was able get glance of her name tag (momma bear). While I was waiting by the cashier the employee told me I have to wait a bit longer because she didn't know how to use register. After the other employee was done helping the customer I was still waiting until other older employee ask for help with register which (momma bear) let out a big "SIGH" as if she didn't want to to her job.I really I wish I spoke up for myself because she had worst attitude towards me no eye contact or knowledge that I was there. Anyways this place sucks and never coming back here again!!! Quite literally. The owners of this store are thieves. They sold my underage son a literal " bank account" instead of the gift card he wanted. They refused to refund his money, and give him the gift card he intended to purchase. So unless I know go and open the green dot bank account for him (which mind you has horrendous terms) the money is lost. In fact, the terms are so horrendous, that half of the money is already lost, even if I open the account. read more

I've been in this store a few times but mostly all at night or early AM. I have never have had any issues with service. It's conventionally located to home. It's open 24/7 & has most things one may need. Prices are a little more expensive vs Wal-Mart but you pay for the convenience! read more

This location is increasingly frustrating to deal with. Not only do they let the coffee not get refilled regularly, the owner consistently pushes inventory on you whether you want it or not. Free is fine, but they get upset when you decline the freebie because you don't want/need it. The owners are argumentive and unfriendly. I'm done visiting this location, I'll drive out of my way to go somewhere else. read more

There are 2 other 7-11 stores in the area that are worth the extra 5 minute drive. The seven hills store owners and most employees are rude and unfriendly only speaking to shoppers to push day old bakery items kept at the register. The shell or chevron gas stations within a block of this location are much better options if you can't take the 5 minute drive to horizon ridge or Silverado 7-11 read more

This is a tiny 7-Eleven. If you're hoping for something specific, fair warning, this locale may not carry it. For example, while they have one of those cool Coke machine dispensers (yay for orange Coke!), they do not have any fountain Mountain Dew. No Mountain Dew! This is a severe travesty and pretty much kills the #1 reason I come to any give 7-Eleven. Thus, unless I'm craving an orange Coke, I won't be coming to this locale again. But it's clean and the staff don't suck and whatnot. read more

Service is ok, nothing special one way or the other. Their ATM is unsat....out of service about 1/3rd of the time and when it appears in service it actually isn't....gives card declined message when the 7-11 2 miles away has no issues. Go someplace else for ATMs, this location isn't worth the frustration. read more

I sometimes play Keno at that location. They never offer you any kind of drink or anything at that store they're very rude. Save your money.

I once lived in the area and used to visit this location from time to time. I once bought an Xbox COD video game from this location after having not been able to purchase it from a local Game Stop. I once visited this location, when Henderson received three feet of snow (true story) after needing some Copenhagen to sooth my nerves after what would be a three drive home through the snowy apocalypse. The video games appear to be gone and the snow long, long gone but the essence of 7-Eleven remains. Worst service I've ever gotten at a 7-11 in my entire Life !! Walked in to purchase a 12oz Frappacino and a bag of chips. Stood at the counter for 5 mins while other customers began to line up behind me. No one at the counter or anywhere else in the store. An indian-looking lady finally emerges from the back room totally focused on her smart-phone and sits down and continued to play with her phone totally ignoring the customers at the counter !!! One older customer leans over the counter and yells "Hello !!!!" she continued to ignore him ! After the 3rd time she finally looks up with a blank stare. This place is a joke! The manager, Suman, the indian lady, has the personality of a rock. She has no customer service skills whatsoever! I went in one day and waited at the counter for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me then she said shell b right there and that was another 10 min! I had to yell at her! Theres also a wooden board at the right register seperating the bag candy from the bars and i hit my toe on it really bad. Aparently im not the first person this has happened to! Its loose and needs to be fixed or taken down! They leave milk crates lying around at night. The only decent person that works there is the night guy with the buzz cut and now theres a father and daughter that work there at nights and theyre excellent. Went in to this 7/11 to buy food since this one is strictly a convenience store. I asked, also I have Asked previously about the food served hot . Hotdogs ect. He said they don't serve it at this time, it's 2am 7/11 is a 24/hr business ..anyways he had creates of food that should be refrigerated sitting in the open not refrigerated who knows how long it's been there ..complete health violation I will be contacting the health department read more

Could I give it zero stars? I think the only reason it is still open is because it is convenient and does not have much nearby competition. The ladies who work there have the worst customer service ever. You go in there in the morning in a rush and then you have to stand there for 5 minutes while the only clerk is fiddling with the donuts or the drink machines on the other side of the room. Mt wife and i were waiting for the Surgery Center just up the street to open. She needed to use the restroom. We were going to buy a drink just to help cover the service.
