The woman with bright red hair who was taking orders and operating the point of sale machine had a horrible attitude towards customers when they were asking what was available and trying to place orders, and at least one person walked away without buying anything because of her. I wasn't giving a tip as I received no real "service" and I'm not giving 25% for someone at a walk up counter to pour a cup of coffee (I just got an Americano - a simple order). When she saw I left no tip, she glared at me and said "OK!....OK!!" as if she was miffed and being judgemental. I walked to the other side of this large kiosk to where the coffee drinks are handed out once ready.
