When I walked in to get a cup of coffee and water, there was a young lady, Brittany, wiping down the coffee station and refreshing the coffee. Even stopped me from getting old coffee. She was pleasant, friendly, and even gave a little small talk to fill in them time as I waited for the coffee to brew. The ladies provided a much appreciated customer service experience and I thank them both.

The need to fill your tank with fuel definitely can be fulfilled here. There are plenty of pumps, but there are not many parking spots. If you come here for other intentions other than fuel it is best to just park at the pumps and go inside. The inside of this establishment is small. You can tell that this was built in the time where the focus of a gas station was the gas portion and not the convenience portion. I came in here to grab an item, my friend came with me as she wanted to grab some snacks. The shelves were a bit bare with selection. My friend was able to find more than enough things to snack on in here, so I guess you can say that it served its purpose. The gentleman inside seemed less than enthusiastic to be there. Sitting behind the enclosed counter he barely got up. Rang up the items and if you needed a bag would shove it under the window. For the purpose of fuel it probably is a good enough place to stop. For the purpose of snacks and/or essentials, save your time and go elsewhere.

This Sheetz is about the same as most, mostly pros with a few cons. The cons are mostly to do with the MTO (made to order) foods. With their fried offerings, you're playing roulette. Sometimes, they're perfect. Other times, you can tell the oil should have been changed a while ago. Sometimes the experience is great. Other times, it ends with a few rumblies in the tumblies... if you know what I mean. Still, it's mostly all plusses here. Their gas is priced competitively, because they're banking on you coming in to order food and buy snacks. Which, for a convenience store, they have a HUGE variety to choose from! My fam and I love the Wisconsin Cheese Bites, but, again... see above note on the quality of their fried offerings. I also love that they have Johnsonville sausages as a near constant option. I do wish they had a bigger/better variety of sandwich options, though. The quality here is also only okay. All things being what they are, though, it's a great location with numerous options to fit most any appetite and preference. Very glad to have another Sheetz in town!

The gas station area was well maintained. They also squeegees, window washing solution and paper towels at every pump. I rarely if ever see them at gas stations anymore. The inside of the store was well organized and clean. I also liked the customer service. The manager was friendly and provided good customer service. When I am in the area, I will stop here for gas. From my experience, the Sheetz brand has been pretty clean, so it's great to see one in this location.

I initially stopped here to get gas (the provide BP at this location) and then I wanted to go inside to get a drink and a snack to wind down my night. After going inside it felt a little to small for my liking. I had to reroute myself several times just to look at items because of the people in here. The two employees working made it feel like anyone that was in the store was interrupting them and we should have just left without anything in our hands. It took a while be be rung up as the guy was having a full on conversation and slowly processing the transaction. What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. My friends that came with me had already paid and were waiting there for me to finish. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for. Once I finished my transaction we headed outside and were on our way.

I took my time at the kiosk trying to figure out what I wanted and the best way to order it without anything else extra. I ordered and looked at the food holding in the hot area and just swallowed and charged it to the game. I saw some feathers on the wings and most of the food looked dry. The wedges actually looked very tempting, and I hoped I'd at least enjoy them. I got in line which now was 6 people deep at least with one cashier who was checking everyone out. Although, there were 3/4 other registers for self-checkout, none were open . . . . crazy, I know. The cashier was nice and I could tell they were accustomed to long lines because they were delightful and patient. I paid and instantly looked for my bag to put my napkins and condiments in then realized those are obsolete now. I walked over to the pickup area and was asked my number. This was different, I had remembered other locations typically have your food ready for you by the time you pay. I was tempted to ask him not to give me that one with the feather lol but he didn't so I thanked him and turned around to grab my desired condiments and napkins with my best attempt to hold everything without dropping it as I made my way out the store. I didn't make it, some items fell SMH I did crush about half of my food before pulling off but I wasn't the only one. The care next to me had people crushing their food as well lol. The chicken wasn't too warm but the wedges were good and crispy with the coating not falling off which is always a win.
