There are 4 wash options that range from $7-12 and you can choose and pay at the window screen before you pull in. My car was pretty dirty so I chose the ultimate plus, $12 option, and I was pretty shocked that most of the dirt and dead bugs came off. Not as good as a hand wash and probably not quite as efficient as delta sonic but not bad, no wait and decent priced. I believe that since this is automated they are open 24 hours which is also a plus. I found out after that you can go online and buy discounted packages of car washes. They also offer an incentive if you download their app.
