The first trip with my things went well little confusing finding the unit at 1st but all good until having to take one thing later and had trouble getting into the unit so had to come back the next day because the woman on the phone couldn't help me with it. The next day with trouble getting help on a Monday morning for one item but was done less than half hour over my time but let me slide because had proof about the night before. The units itself are very clean so is the whole building. Since then I have no trouble getting into the unit again and paying is easy on an app. Would use this place again but I hope i won't have to for storage but a truck! YES

The worker brushed off the gas gauge concern I had. Whatever but I told him about what I found he was like what? I assumed they check the vehicles when a customer returns them so clearly someone isn't doing their job right. I'm glad I found it before my furniture went in there. Mind you, i had a 500 Gallon tank and my tank was at 35% and i did not call! Called up and got the run around. We made a verbal deal over the phone to come and empty and remove the tank and i would be given a refund for $150. Now, i know the 35% propane in my tank that i already bought previously was well worth more than $150 But i agreed and just wanted to get rid of reliable. Anyways, after removing my tank, and even my own personal hose from the line to the regulator i have yet to receive our agreed upon credit. After calling I was told that they had no recollection of our deal... Beware of shady business practices such as this from Reliable Propane. Purchased our own tank from Noco and received promt, honest service. Thanks Noco for listening to your customers. Looking for anyone dealing with Reliable. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere and do your own research.

You walk in and there are two people at the front desk to assist you. We ordered dry ice to keep in a cooler for meat during a two day drive. They carried it out to the car and placed it in the cooler for us. The ice lasted the entire drive and would recommend this place if dry ice is needed. Everyone was helpful as well.

While he was there filling my tank, the Amazon truck came to drop off a delivery. The Amazon driver left my package in the middle of my driveway in front of my garage door. Because it is snowing very hard today I probably would not have seen it if it was still there by the time I got home because it's also very windy too. The Holland Propane driver called me to let me know it was there and offered to put it between my front door doors so it wouldn't blow away.
