We first discovered this place on my first Yelp Elite event, and we've been coming back ever since!…read more It has quickly become one of my wife and kids' favorite spots. We stopped in again Sunday, and even though the place was BUSY, the service was still top-notch. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Nobody gave off that "please don't ask me another question" busy-day energy. This time we tried the sampler with four different ice cream flavors, which is perfect when your brain says, "Just pick one," but your stomach says, "Why limit ourselves?" And then came the funniest part of the visit. She told us one of the flavors was caramelized pineapple... and somehow I heard Spider-Man. LOL. I have absolutely no idea how my brain got from caramelized pineapple to Spider-Man, but once I said it, the whole family lost it. We were all cracking up. So now, whether they like it or not, that flavor will probably forever be known as "the Spider-Man ice cream" in our house. LOL. Of course, we also had to get the Sunny Mango again. That drink is AMAZING and has officially become one of our must-orders. My daughter went with the birthday cake ice cream in a waffle cone and absolutely loved it. Great treats, great atmosphere, and even better people. The fact that they handled a busy Sunday this well says a lot. What started as a Yelp Elite visit has turned into one of our family's favorite places. 10/10 -- we'll definitely be back... and I'll try to listen a little harder next time they tell me the ice cream flavors. LOL.

7 Brew was our first stop of the day after beginning this morning's journey. We arrived just after…read more7am, before daylight and in the cold, but the baristas were pleasant. Even more so than usual, since my ten foot tall Sprinter van does not fit under the overhang. I had to park and walk up. They seemed a little surprised by a walk up guest, but once that moment passed, the barista grabbed an iPad, took my order, and processed payment. Two minutes later, I was handed two hot coffees and we were back on the road. Mrs. K. absolutely loves their Blondie, and I enjoyed a nice drip with a splash of cream. 7 Brew does not overroast their coffee like some other big chains, so the flavor was smooth and pleasant as we drove north on I-85 toward Charlotte. We were both a little disappointed when we reached the bottom of the cup and wished there had been more. [Round number review 25100 overall - review 1550 of 2025 - 1368 in South Carolina]

They really seem to care about each other and customers, and they were all really courteous and quick. They also are attentive and kept the tables, counter, and bathroom really clean. I don't go to a lot of Starbucks so it's hard to compare, but the only thing I noticed was that it was loud inside. Not just the blenders, but the music was cranking too. So I wouldn't recommend it as a place to work or have a conversation with someone, but it's a nice place to be if you want good service and a clean place to sit for a bit.
