Unlike other QTs on I-85 in SC, which are located right off the exit, you have to drive a bit inward to reach this location. Not a big deal. This QT adheres to the same great standards as the other QTs to hit the Carolinas market in the 2010s. It's big and clean with good customer service. And of course, it has great SC gas prices. I filled up on premium here for $2.749/gallon compared to the previous day in Georgia at $2.989/gallon, a 24 cents/gallon or 8% savings. This QT has 16 pumps and offers diesel and no ethanol (E087) fuel too. I waited almost an hour! There were about 7 people waiting behind me. The staff is super slow and they aren't the friendliest. The pharmacist did apologize and said she didn't realize so many people would schedule. Really strange. I did the test in the bathroom at this Walgreens and tested positive. I then showed it to the pharmacist and asked him to write a note for work of the test result. He refused and told me I had to make an appointment for the drive through test and that they take 24 hours for results and are booked for a week out. I again tried to explain to him that I was here on a layover for work. Clearly I don't have a car here nor can I wait a week for a 24 hour test. He was extremely rude and wasn't even wearing a mask.
