Check your receipts! I bought 2 taquitos this morning using their advertised deal of 2/$3 and my total was $4? Tax doesn't cost that much. I looked at the receipt in the app and there's a Monster? I didn't buy any Monster drink. Be sure and not get scammed! read more

Cashier had building closed late last night (6/21-6/22) from 1:50-some other time (not sure when, I left after that), shook head and turned away numerous customers saying "no" but no sign or explanations as to why we were being turned away. read more

Really nice 7-Eleven. Well this is after I went inside to use the restroom. What I meant to say is that they have really nice gas pumps!!

I've been working day shift for awhile now and decided that I could start going to 7-Eleven again...while there are still transients loitering around, I felt relatively safe. I've encountered this particular clerk for 2 days in a row now and he is not friendly at all. I totally understand that greeting your customers with "good morning" maybe asking for too much but at least respond when someone says "good morning" to you. It's just the right thing to do. If you aren't a morning person, maybe you should change your shift to graves. read more

I'm posting this on behalf of my dad. He literally got scammed, and because he doesn't speak English very well, they didn't give a shit and even told him to call the cops. Here's the story: he asked for gas on #10, but then immediately changed it to #9. Someone had already taken $10 of gas. My dad said okay, this is your property and you should be responsible. I want all of my money. The employee AND the manager were having none of it. He just got robbed on store property, and no one cared, and didn't even reimburse him. They weren't scared because his English isn't great. For $10, they lost a family of customers who all live half a mile away. read more

9:15 pm 7/13/2023 pm, stop by to grab two big gulp cups of sprite from the soda fountain machine. No signs for out of order on the machine. Pay for sodas and pay 60 cents for a cup of ice which is normally free at other 7/11's. Return home and finally get a sip of sprite just to discover that there is no sprite syrup and it's salty carbonated water. Go all the way back and the clerk knew there was no syrup and yet still sold sprite and knew the delivery for syrup was another day away. Would not refund the soda and since they did not have any working sprite or 7 up and could not get a bottle of sprite in exchange and the clerk said we would have to wait for the manager to come in the next day. Like what the puck!!! Needed the sprite for then not another day and the clerks knowing there was no syrup and kept selling sprite with no note and being treated like we did something wrong when I'm just trying to get what I need and trust to be the product presented for people to buy. This whole experience just made me never ever want to go to 7/11 for anything ever again. read more

Clean - easy - friendly. That's all you need out of a 7-11! Also there's a gas station attached. 7-11 cookies are oddly delicious as well. 3/$1 snickerdoodle is my favorite - soft and not too sweet. read more

I go to this 7-11 almost everyday for my coffee/red bull and salad. Charged me for an extra Gatorade when I only bought 1. I asked how much a Gatorade is, "$2.99." I came back to return it. "Are you sure it isn't 2 for $3?" Pause. "A single is $2.99." Pause. "How much is it for 2?" Pause. "$3.20." People like this disgust me there's a million 7-11's i'll hit up another one. read more

A decent not so bad 7-11. I dont know how people are supposed to review 7-11s on yelp but we do anyways. It's very hard for a 7-11 to get a 5 star review but very easy to give it a one star If they messed up your food really bad. (As in messed up they left the taquito on a roller for a REALLY really long time. That didn't happen here the processed food was terrific. Lol cooked just right. Seriously Tho this 7-11 is A-OK. read more

My review of the gas station here at this 7-11 is based on a period of 1.5 years, about 3 times a month. If I had a choice, I would go to another but unfortunately this is very convenient for me on my way home, getting off the 22 freeway, stopping here for gas, and going home. 75% of the time, the receipt doesn't come out. After you pump your gas, they ask would you like a receipt. After pressing YES, nothing comes out and you have to go inside to get it. 50% of the time, the wiper container has no water, so can't wipe clean your windshields. Also when there is water, the wipers are low quality and still leaves water marks, so you have to grab towels to clean them. One time, the credit card machine was even broken and didn't work. I ended up having to use cash. They used to blast loud classical music over the outdoor speakers but they stopped doing that. read more

I stop by here frequently and the clerk's very nice. Many snacks, drinks, an atm I always use. Working gas pumps.

Fast and friendly services. Clean store. Always offering deals and discounts! My go to 7-eleven

The gas pumps here are complete trash. I tried pumping 91 gas at pumps 6, 8 and 12 and nothing dispensed. I went though choosing my gas grade and the screen said ready to pump but nothing came out. Very frustrating when you're in need of gas. read more

Went in here to grab a cup of coffee before heading to work. The cashier was extremely racist towards me and very rude. She made a lot of insinuating subliminal insults and remarks that would go unnoticed if not paying attention. Extremely racist and unwelcoming service. Very insulted, will not come here again. I will tell my friends to avoid this place. We will spend our money elsewhere. Her name is Rebecca. Went in on 8-25-16 around 10:00am. Always a great place to get beer and nacho at the last minute.

Standing here right now writing this review waiting for them to brew hot coffee again for the 3rd time. I come in here twice a week at about 1pm and all of their coffee are cold. Customer service is also not up to par, it seems as though they try to avoid me asking them to brew coffee again. Keep in mind this place is not busy when I come in. read more

What a morning. I was in a hurry to get a coffee and happen to see 7- eleven in sight so I decide to stop by. This is my first time stop by this place so I did not see what other 7-eleven near my house used to have. The creme machine ( half and half and the hazel nut) were running out. Oh well. So I got the regular coffee and try to look for the cup holder to keep the hot heat off my hand but don't see any left. I decided to get and additional cup to help keep it more firm and safe while getting on the road. When I got to the cashier, there was a man look like a manager looks at my coffee and said you have two cups. He told the cashier to charge me two coffees. I ask him how come he charge me a paper cup for a full price of a coffee instead of half price or so. The paper cup worth less than 25 cents if I am wrong I wouldn't use the additional cup if they have the protective holder like many 7-eleven in the areas. So that was why I got one coffee, two cups stack together for safety precaution. To me, This place wasn't friendly. When I said things was out or out of order, they don't seemed to care. The manager said one thing that wasn't what I want to hear " Go to Starbucks then" The point was not Starbucks or 7-eleven, it was more for my safety and the service of the business. To be honest, it will be my last time to this horrible place and unfriendly atmosphere 7-eleven. read more

7-Eleven 13472 Euclid St, Garden Grove, CA 92843 The only reason why I give this location two stars is because of the polite staff. The actual 7-Eleven has nothing to do with why I'm writing this review, it's the gas station part of the store that I have an issue with. I stopped here to put a couple dollars in gas into my 1993 Toyota Corolla. My car had run wonderfully prior to my experience at this particular location. To make a long story short, the gas that I pumped into my car was contaminated with water or some other substance which did harm to my fuel injectors and and other parts of my fuel system. I am a delivery driver for GrubHub not having my car means I cannot work means I cannot support my family. If anybody else has pumped gas from this station into their car and has had similar problems please reply to this post. Be careful out there places like this water down their gas to stretch it out so they can make more money off of it meanwhile the consumer pays dearly. read more

You would think that if you've seen one 7 Eleven then you've seen them all. Its not quite the case in this instance. This one is very clean and is always well stocked. You can pretty much expect whatever you need to be there whether its drinks, hot dogs, chips, or magazines. Not that I really buy from there, but they also have gasoline. What else is there to say...its a 7 Eleven. read more

Best customer service I've ever received at a 7-11. I usually go into 7-11's to buy Blueberry Coffee. It I'm not there early enough, they'll run out... Which is what happened today. As I was walking out empty handed, the individuals behind the counter asked if I didn't find what I was looking for. I told them that I usually get blueberry coffee but they were sold out. They immediately started brewing a batch for me and told me to let them know if I ever want them to brew it when they were out. Such nice guys :) read more

I'm on the road quite often and stop at a lot of 7-11's. I wanted to take the time out to write a review for this particular one because everytime I stop in, no matter what crazy hour it is.. they are always fully stocked with exactly what I want. If i hadn't walked out of so many other 7-11's disappointed, I wouldn't be writing this review, but this one never disappoints me. Also, it's always clean. You can tell when you walk in that the people who work at this location take pride in the appearance and organization of their store, which I appreciate so much. I even walked in one afternoon and noticed how friendly the cashiers were towards all of the patrons. Greeted every single one and made them aware of any specials related to what they were purchasing. Yes, I do notice these little details, and I appreciate people who come to work with a great attitude and positively representing their workplace. read more

This morning I went into this store to purchase a few items for work. I picked up two packs of pistachios which were priced 2 for $7 and 3 Rockstars. The cashier rang the pistachios up at regular price. I questioned him about the total. He voided the items and rang them up again. It came to the same price. I asked for a receipt. He said "there's no more receipts". I took my things and returned to my car. I sat and calculated my stuff, it just wasn't adding up to the right price. I went back into the store and the cashier wasn't in the store for about five minutes. He came in through the front door and went to the register. I asked him for a refund for the nuts. That he over charged me. He tried explaining it has tax. Continuously I asked for my money back. He asked where are the rockstars. I'm not returning the rockstars. He told me to go get another one from the fridge. I got the drink and brought it to the counter. He rings everything up again. I told him that I asked for a receipt and you didn't give me one. He told me don't cry about. I was in my work uniform so he stated the company I work for, that I have a lot of money. I said I'm up at 4:00am I work hard for my money that doesn't mean you can keep it. He took the receipt paper from the other register and placed it into the register. It started printing receipts. At least 15 receipts printed before mine. He hands me a receipt that Isn't mine. The debate about the price goes on for at least 20 minutes, I ended up calling off work. I tell him again I just want my money back. He tells me I already started drinking the rockstar he told me to go get out of the refrigerator. That's not opened. Then says I will give you your money back. He starts to tap on the register then says I'm not authorized to give you a refund. That's was it, I called the police station to ask for assistance. While waiting another cashier comes into work. I explain to her what has happened. She goes to check the price listed on the pistachios. She refunds me my money with no problems. As I'm walking out the door the officer is walking in. I explain to him that the female cashier refunded my money. I thank him for coming out to help. read more

I've been coming here for years and haven't really had any problems until now with a specific employee, however I didn't get his name but next time I will. I came in for a simple lottery ticket check and when it came time my turn the employee behind the counter told me to put the ticket on the counter and he tried to scan it with barcode scanner which is not what it is used for. As he was trying to scan the lottery ticket in the machine which is what you're suppose to do than he claims he couldn't scan the ticket for some odd reason. I couldn't believe how rude this guy was if I was an employee of a retailer and did that I would've been reported so I'm giving this specific employee one more chance and if he does something like that again than I will report him to his manager and possibly corporate. I ended up going to a different 7-11 and got my lottery ticket scanned and won $2 with no hassle. read more
