They're mad greedy here & That "Promotional Zero alcohol beer" is not free. Every customer they scan a Heineken bottle (they keep them on the counter when you checkout) and try to give it to you saying "it's promotion it's free" but it charges you CRV (check your transaction screen before you pay). I been coming here since i was a teen and just recently I picked up on this but ALL the employees are on it--No matter what time you go in! Fraudulent Pricing BEWARE!!! Hello I am writing to you today because I had a terrible experience at your Fontana 7-Eleven location on baseline and citrus Avenue store 38160. I went to purchase a six pack of Elysian beer that was marked 1199 on the tag when I got to the register I was charged 1499. The cashier Anmol told me it was probably in the wrong place. That's why the item cost more so I went back to look and there was multiple items stocked under this tag so I took a picture and let him know that they were all stocked there behind that tag and if he could match the price that was where they were labeled. I also happen to notice multiple other things in the wrong space in the same case. The cashier Anmol rudely let me know that this was not his problem and he was not going to adjust the price to match the price where the item I've been stocked. I then asked him for the number of the store which he told me he did not know and refused. After I pulled out my phone and started videotaping Anmol decided that he did know the number of the store, and finally printed receipt to give me the information I had been requesting but still would not adjust the price. read more

We easily picked this 7-Eleven for my daughter's birthday party. To say the staff was friendly would be an understatement. RJ and his team were so supportive throughout the planning process. They went above and beyond in adding special details to the party. Our guests were amazed. We also picked this location because it's super clean and the Spanish tiling with wood awning are pretty. Also, there's tons of parking, which we needed for the charter bus. The food bars, fountain drink, and Slurpees areas were very clean, no stickiness, well stocked, and organized. SCAMMERS! I went inside and paid $40 for gas. I clearly got $23.67 worth of gas as shown in the picture attached to this review. When I went inside to get my change the guy gave me $0.47 back and said I got $39.53 worth of gas. I told him that's not what the pump said. So he told me to take a picture. I went out and took a picture of the pump and showed him. After I showed him he went out and checked himself and saw that I only got $23.67 worth of gas. Instead of giving me the change I was owed he said "I'm sorry the manager is not in today he'll call you tomorrow about the issue" which I doubt will happen. I know $16.33 isn't a huge amount of money to make a fuss about, but it's the principle for me. I probably won't get my right change back but I hope this review helps others avoid this place so the same thing doesn't happen to them. Who knows what other shady stuff they do at this place. I went into this 7-Eleven three weeks ago to purchase some water and some stuff that amounted to $35.29 after the transaction was over the credit card reader was taking a long time to process after the transaction was over I was getting ready to leave and the gentleman that was working at night told me that It did not go through so he charge me again on a different machine so I thought OK let me use a separate credit card just in case so he charge me for everything I paid again $35.29 and he told me that if it showed up in my bank statement that he was going to return it, So far he hasn't returned it and every time I try to talk to somebody none of them speak English so what am I left my phone number for the owner and I never got a callback I hope nobody goes through this especially at this time, it's not a lot of money but it is my money not theirs read more

So I bought a case of beer, swipe my credit signed the pad. Everything was good, I go back to my car and the cashier called me back and told me I wasn't charged, because his computer had a malfunction or something. I showed my bank account it clearly says I was charged, He said it was pending so i was not. I said, It says pending because that's how credit card works. He made me swipe my card again. And now my card is charged twice. Now I have to call my bank and get it refunded. The place looks decent all in all. MY ADVICE: Just don't swipe your card twice if they make you. Went in with the mindset of getting a 79 cent big gulp. When I went to the dispensers there was no cups so I asked the cashier if I could get a big gulp and he told me I could get it myself (there was no one else in the store). When I chose the cup that said big gulp on it and went to check out with the barcode he said what I got was a XL not the L. I asked if I could get the other cup then and he laughed at me saying that would be a waste. Then he asked, annoyed, if I want to change it and I said yes. We walked over to the cups and he said they're all out and proceeded to charge me 1.99. The money itself is insignificant but the experience itself was subpar. read more
