This 7-11 has super friendly and nice staff! They are down to earth and quick and ringing you up. This location has literally everything you need from headache medicine to craft beers, gifts, snacks, and ice cream. To my surprise thy even had pre-wrapped white elephant gifts during the holidays which made my holidays that much easier! Craft beer lovers...this place is great! This 7-11 has a really nice local array of beers both local and domestic and it's fun to try different local SD beers right in our local corner 7-11 store! Was looking for a pod with nicotine only overnight, employee recommended me one but it had tobacco in it. I asked if there was one with no tobacco in it and he handed me a different one and I purchased it. Realized it also had tobacco in it so I went to return it and he said I need to come anywhere from 6 am-10 pm for a manager. I come in another day at 3 pm, employee tells me she can't return it so she calls her manager, tells her the product that needs a return, and informed me I have to come from 6 am-2 pm for a manager. I come in at 2 pm another day, manager says he can't return the product in a rude tone. I explain my story and he says his workers don't know what they're doing and there's no way he can help me. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE SCRATCHERS TO REDEEM! DON'T GO HERE! Gave my bf two scratchers ($1 and $2) to redeem the free ticket and $5 from a lotto ticket when he went to buy his energy drink. He came back saying the $1 ticket was expired (do they expire?), and nothing from the $2 ticket. I told him he was suppose to get another ticket. He went back in, asked the cashier and he calculated something and then gave my bf 50 cents. HE GAVE $2 CASH FOR THE TICKET THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FOR ANOTHER TICKET! What a lousy owner. I come here in the mornings often to get gas before i enter the freeway. The other day i go in and ask them if they will turn on the air machine for me and the owner comes out "you know its not free!" To which i responded that i thought it was California law for gas stations to offer the air machine at no charge. He said "i will authorize it this time but next time you have to buy something". This was an embarassing situation as there was more customers at the counter. No sense of tact. I guess, what can i expect from a 7eleven tho. read more

This gas station and convenience store is close to my home, which is why I am posting this review. It is very convenient for me, and so much quicker than waiting in line for Costco's lower prices. I have also stopped here to top off before trips, and it is a fairly easy in and out process. If the surrounding parking lot is busy, it can be a bit of a navigation nightmare (not this business's fault) so be aware. The islands with gas pumps are well laid out, with three pumps for each island. They also sell diesel fuel here if that's what you take to get moving. One pro tip: don't exit directly onto El Norte Parkway, as you will have to go to the light, wait, and u-turn to head to the 15 or east on ENP. Go around the local (awesome) Killer Pizza From Mars restaurant located in the west portion of the lot and exit there. Much easier to turn left there and use the left turn lane at the light. Also, if you go straight there, it takes you directly to highway 78/Nordahl connector. So, quick gas, beer, or ice stop here for sure!! Also, quality 76 brand of gasoline so better for your injectors and tank!! read more

07-Eleven Day 2016 and this store runs out of slurpee cups by 5:00pm when the promotion was to run until 7:00pm. Unfortunately, with all the radio, tv and email advertisements, most customers expect the franchisee to deliver and this store did not meet expectations. read more

This 7-11 is such a joke. They advertise as being open 24/7. That's means 24 hours a day all week long. I will come. By after work (late night 11PM-12:00AM etc) and the door is locked and no one around or signs saying we closed early and be open again at 6:00AM. Either the owner is doing this or his employees just don't give a fuck at all. The 7-11 websites advertises as this location being open 24/7. Corporate 7-11 needs to follow up with their franchisees to see if they are operating per the right rules since they are representing 7-11 as a company and not letting them do just whatever the hell they want so they can blame everything due to COVID. That excuse is getting old now. They even have signs on their door saying they're on essential business and will be operating at normal hours. read more

I would be more understanding if it were a one-time thing but consistently they run out of regular coffee by 8:30 in the morning and there haven't been any coffee cup sleeves in over 2 weeks. Happened to be in the area of this NEW 7-eleven the other day, so the family and I decided to stop in for a Slurpee. Being the Slurpee snob that I am, I am always on the look out for the best quality Slurpees in town. Being that this particular store is brand new, the inside is very nice and clean just like you would suspect. The Slurpee machine had 6 flavors, all of which were of very good consistency, not runny at all. Which is the number 1 thing I look for as a Slurpee Snob. My only complaint and the reason I am giving this store 4 stars for right now and not 5 is that they did not have COKE Slurpee available. In addition to the consistency of the Slurpee, the only other criteria for being great is your flavor choices. Not having Coke as a choice was a definite disappointment, but not a deal breaker. I have been going to his store 4-5 days a week to get coffee. I get a super big gulp cup, fill it with ice and decaf coffee. I have always paid $1.89, today I was told the price has changed because I'm not using a coffee cup. This was a guy I have never seen before so I said I have been paying $1.89 for over a year, why is it now $2.39? He turned to a woman and stated speaking in a language I didn't understand. She just shook her head, and he said that's what the boss said to charge you, pointing to her. I said to her, I was here yesterday and you charge me $1.89, he then jumps into the conversation and said she doesn't understand you. This was extremely hard to believe considering I had spoke with her for the last three days in a row and she understood me just fine. So beware of this store, they just raise the prices when they feel like it. I won't be going here anymore. I would rather drive across town to get my coffee. read more
