She flat out refused to help and claimed she couldn't do anything for me. She didn't even bother to check the back office.While I was standing there, my phone began pinging loudly from inside their office. Even with the phone visibly and audibly locked right there, Dawn and the staff denied receiving any reports about a phone and refused to hand it over. To actively lie to a customer while their stolen property is literally ringing in your office is a completely new low.Dawn has no business working in customer service. I went this morning around 10:20 AM and bought a Diet Coke. Took it to the car, opened it, took one sip and it was dead flat (no carbonization). I saw the can was damaged so likely a hole in the can. I took the can back in the store and talked to associate, Hemraj, about exchanging and getting a new can. I figured he would just do that when I showed him the issue. He flat our said No since the Diet Coke was not 7-11's product. I explained they sold it to me and if they exchanged it and gave me a new can, 7-11 could get their money back from their Coke distributor. He said No firmly several times. It was weird.
