This is my local 7-Eleven, it's located in a neighborhood so that means one thing, it's always busy with tons of kids! It's a very clean location, with friendly staff that try to keep up with the line and it tends to move fairly quickly. There's gas at this location, I never get the gas so I couldn't tell you the cost or the quality. Air/water pump is also located by the gas tanks. Red box is just outside the front door, so it makes for the perfect cheap date night! Candy, Slurpy and Red Box, my kind of night! As far as the goodies they offer inside, it's mostly like all 7-Eleven's, candy, coffee, drinks, ice, snack food, magazines, some hot food like hot dogs and some firewood. There's lots more offered there than just this too. Basically you can't go wrong with this location, just be prepared for a line but it moves quickly! read more

Got here around 12pm on a week day. They have huge signs plastered on their from window display saying they now have these burgers available to purchase. Once inside i asked the young girl working there where they were and she responded with "we dont have those"... not even out of stock. They just dont carry them there... then why advertise it? THEN we attempted to get some nachos and there was no cheese in the dispenser. Asked the girl working if they could add more to which she said "no" and proceeded to be on her phone watching videos. Left and will never return to this location. I understand being out of stock of items but the careless attitude is what did it. I'd recommend going to ANY other location. Theres one only 4 mins away from this location and its MUCH better! read more

When you get gas, the screen plays a video and audio that is so loud. It's very annoying. My child screams in the car because they don't like the noise and there's no way to turn it off. The ground outside is very disgustingly dirty, and the store inside the floor is sticky and everything is dirty. They could at least clean. read more

Attention. This is a negative 5 star review.Rude and unlawful practices.Iv'e had this happen on three separate occasions over the past 9 months at this location. They have promotional advertisements on the drinks in there coolers just as all gas station/ convenience stores do from time to time. I walked up to the counter with 2 beverages that were supposed to be 2 for 6.50. The cashier rang me up and I noticed the promotional price did not . I kindly reminded him that they are priced at 2 for 6.50. He went away from the counter to check when he returned he had another can that was identical to the one I had and attempted to re-ring it up (which did not work.) He then went on to tell me it was an old promotion(regardless if a business advertises a set price for a promotion and it's expired under California law they still must honor advertised price)which I then walked back to verify that it was within the promotional period which read (good thru10/28/25) When I told him that he still refused to give me the promotional advertised price. I have been scammed somehow at the Village Park 7-11 for the last 2 months. I had asked the owners to look into the charges on my account when it first occurred and was rudely told (by the owner) that he refuses to look up anything for me and I could "take it up with my bank."  So Rude. Couldn't care less. For reference, I used the inside card reader for $6 and began receiving REOCCURRING CHARGES every 2 weeks from my account thereafter.  This has been happening since late June and I am now on my 3rd new debit card since then.  The thieves are using a "Visa auto-updater," so every time you get a new card from your bank, VISA updates in their system too, and any connected vendors now have your new #.  I don't know if the thieves are the owners or someone else stealing card info, but they don't even care. Horrible! They constantly lock the doors at night and you have to bang so hard on the glass to wake the guy up. He's always on his phone talking to someone while ringing you up and or LOCKS THE DOORs at night so you have to knock like a damn speakeasy. Hope the owner reads this! Isnt false advertising illegal? They have banners with prices all over their windows, but they don't honor the prices. I could see just missing a sign, but when you tell them about it, they don't honor the advertised price on their window and they also don't take the signs down. I've been coming here since I was a kid, I find myself going here less and less . Huge cashier turnover (I guess it's nobody's dream job) The previous owner seemed to maintain a staff longer . Recently I've noticed a huge price increase on my favorite items Also they don't have .99 refills . I come into this location frequently and a lot of the staff seems half asleep and or lack of caring. I was standing at the checkout counter for a minute or two watching the cashier mop without acknowledging me or saying " I will be right with you." When I confronted him about his poor customer service he replied with, "well I have to mop?"Customer service in general is "meh." Really miss the old owners. I come here often but I will never eat any of the food they make. To make my review short, I saw an employee making burgers with no gloves on. The employee took the burgers out of the oven, grabbed some cheese (while simultaneously helping me at the cash register [touching the register and money] and then used their bare hands put the cheese on the burgers. Great gas prices. Missing two big time items! Beer and better squeegie's . It's a clean and well kept up 7-11 but it fall short on a few things. Beer! Secondly, the water tanks for the squeegie's almost never have soap or seem to be clean water and the squeegie's must be from the $.99 cent store because they are one of the worst plasticky squeegie's that don't work. Deadpool 2 has a cleaver ad campaign for use at 7-11s. In fact when you pull up in front of this store, there are several posters for 7-11 items with various scribbles on them. Slap down $2. for a Deadpool cup and get .69 refills. NOT at this one!. The glazed eyed looking drone says that will be $1.29 for the refill. Said I: "I just came from the Carlsbad one and it was .69". The drone: "Oh, this is a franchise, we don't have to honor the corporations wishes". O.k.(!). Nice little neighborhood 7-11 that is alway busy! There's a redbox outside and a gas station with moderately expensive gas. I come here for the Slurpee's and sometimes my favorite pina colada flavor is out of order, which makes me sad. On a side note, if you are looking for some liquor or beer, they don't sell those at this location which is disappointing since it is walking distance from my house! read more

Stopped in pre road trip to get gas and ran in to use the restroom. Rudely informed by the clerk that restrooms are not available for customers, per the manager's demand, the restroom door must remain closed with the "Employees Only" sign on it. First time Ive ever encountered a 7-11 that doesn't permit paying customers to use the restroom (this was on a Saturday morning at 8:30AM - not a late night, questionable hour). If I could give no stars I would. BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever encountered. With an employee named Nancy. Last night, my sister and I went in to grab some waters and snacks, when I got up to the register I asked if she could put my water in the bag and she said "Ha, no it's going to crush everything, why would I do that?". I told her okay no problem I can do it, and grabbed the bag. She looked at me and said "You don't have to be so god damn rude." I was in shock but to only to find out she gets worst. She kept going on and on and called me a bitch. (Keep in mind I was trying to do her a favor by bagging my own things). She then started raising her voice in the store with at least 5 children in line telling me to "meet her outside".... at this point the lady behind us in line stepped in and called out Nancy saying "why are you treating these girls so poorly, don't do that. You are in the wrong and have such poor customer service skills." After Nancy continuously going off I walked out, as I was opening the door I heard her proceed to keep talking crap and say "wear some longer shorts ratchet". This is by far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere with an employee, I bit my tounge the whole time because I wasn't going to let her get to me but she still would not stop. Grew up sipping on their slurpees, dining on the nachos with tons of drippy cheese and jalepenos and the infamous taquitos guaranteed to send you to an early grave with whatever they stick in them. Went into this store at 7 pm tonight to ask about the new credit card scanner on the Redbox machine outside of this store. I stood at the register and Johann was busy on his cellphone. He didn't bother acknowledging I was standing there in front of him. I waited for 3 minutes and got no response from him. I found their gasoline prices to be extremely competitive for the area and the customer service was outstanding! They have a wide variety of convenient, healthy fast food products available and I was surprised to see how clean and organized the store was.
