I'm glad we did because the drinks and pastries were amazing! Even the day old ones at 50% off. There was still a line when we went on a Friday morning, but it moved quickly. There's even an osprey nest outside which was pretty neat.

Whether you're working, relaxing, or catching up with a friend, it's the kind of place that invites you to stay a while. Even though I really wanted to try their coffee, I was feeling under the weather, so I went with tea instead. The staff was incredibly kind and made a great recommendation. The tea was delicious and comforting--exactly what I needed. I also got a lavender lemon scone, and it was so good--light, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweet. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to (hopefully next time for the coffee!). Great vibe, great people, and great quality all around.

Harbor Fox is by far my favorite coffee shop, not just on cape, but anywhere…read more If you see a line, don't worry it moves swiftly (and it's worth the wait.) It is bright, immaculate and has a great view of the Harbor. The staff is friendly and great at what they do. The sandwiches and pastries are top notch. And most of the pastries are made by several small local bakeries. You can tell that the family who owns this place puts a great deal of care into every detail, treats their staff well (sad that this has to be mentioned, but a lot of places do not, and it's something that is important to me) and puts in the extra effort to support their community every chance they get. They deserve more than 5 stars, but that's the limit so five stars it is. (Highly recommend the sausage egg & cheese, iced London fog & oatmeal cream pies.)

While waiting, I saw at least 20 customers leave--both people who were in line in front of me and people who were just entering the line. Additionally, people who ordered sandwiches had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get it. I am sharing this to say that I would avoid this place if there's a line. The employees are very kind and are trying their best, but I don't think this place is prepared for the larger crowds. It seems there was a cashier, one person making coffee, and one person making sandwiches. If there isn't a wait, this is a good spot!

Every drink felt thoughtfully crafted. I also loved all the little details around the property. The Christmas trees made out of Fluff containers and lobster buoys were such a fun, quirky New England touch and made the whole place feel even more memorable.

The prices of our quiche and coffee was fair, I hate to say it but I haven't had a decent cup of coffee during our visit so far. Parking proved somewhat challenging, as it is at the rear of the coffee shop, potentially making patrons feel somewhat confined or trapped. Nonetheless, pedestrians can access the shop easily straightforward walk-up. Upon entering, the warm and inviting atmosphere, reminded me of an East Coast Cracker Barrel, because it has an assortment of souvenirs including hoodies, homemade jams, and more. The service provided was satisfactory. Oh I remember something funny.
