Whatever was on the bottom of the cup was challenging to mix in with the rest of the drink, and it was thick! However, after a few minutes, the drink mellows out and is actually delicious! I opted for the Mocha Jolt and requested "less sweet" and he was able to make some adjustments to accommodate the drink not turning into a liquid candy bar. There's a display case with yummy-looking pastries - but I was already full from lunch nearby. Free and fast wifi, tons of seating, but the big, picture windows (one of which I sat right next to) provided perfect viewing of people walking by, and cars driving by - right alongside busy Los Alamitos Blvd. Restroom is clean and located in the back near the rear entrance by the parking lot. If the parking lot is ever packed - you can park along the street and walk - its mostly a commercial/industrial area on the coffee shop side.
