Wow two 7-11 stores in a row that are overcharging more than their full price shows. It says 3.69$ for a Gatorade they're charging 3.99$ before tax. Wow I had no idea we were being stolen from by many 7-11 locations. I wonder if they're the same owner and management since they're nearby each other read more

Beware of this 7 11. If you're not paying attention, they will charge you extra for something you are not buying. Or they will double up whatever you're buying. And if you have paid & then realize it, they will not give you your money back. Even if you try to call corporate or make a complaint. You will not get your money back, no matter what. So be careful and just watch your totals and what you were charged. read more

Great location, I have been coming here for years the guys are always friendly. Clean, stocked fountain and slurpee drink section. 7-Eleven - a hand holding a cup of soda - Convenience Stores Near Me - Citrus Heights, California

If I could give a zero I would, I just go to the one on greenback due to the fradulent business practice they have there. I have already reported them to the FTC. Be on the lookout when you buy so you won't get charged excessively and incorrectly, Check your receipt. read more

Helpful tip get your ATM card reader/Apple Pay/payment terminal looked at because it declined my card three times for no reason I had to go pull out cash super annoying. Guy just looks at you like you're stupid. read more

Would write 0 stars if I could. Rude staff. No customer service and the food area was very dirty. Customer service is no where to be seen. Asked a question and the cashier was nearly yelling at me for even asking. Won't be back. read more

The morning shift guy that works at the cashier around 7am is lying to customers that the bathroom key is not there (mind you I work next to the property every Tuesday and he claims the key is never there EVERY TUESDAY ) also I pay for my items and still receive no good service from the employee. I would not recommend coming here. read more

This 7-eleven was very clean and the staff was very nice and there bathroom was clean as well and all the shelves were stocked and everything was fresh in there hot food area and there parking lot was also very clean. I would recommend this place for everyone if you need to come here and I will definitely be coming back here for sure and recommending this place to everyone I know if they need to go to a 7-eleven. read more

Ridiculous. The staff here is inadequate, I requested a money order for a specific amount and the cashier mistakenly shorted me about 60¢ because he was on his phone and was not paying attention. Flustered and shook, he didn't even know how to return the money order so I said it's ok because I didn't want to cause any confusion especially in regards to my money and also the language barrier. So, I went home and realized that I actually do need the small amount he shorted me. So I come back after a shift change (3 hours or so) and two new men are there. I asked for the remaining amount and the laugh and repeat "60 cents!?" Mockingly. He explains to me that the charge that cost more than the amount I'm requesting (which I already knew but, know that there is no minimum to a money order as well) and also tries to redirect me "advising" to calling money order at 1230am to fix their issue. Also he goes back and forth with me about who I got the money order from and what time I was in there which was HIGHLY irrelevant and unprofessional. I'm not expecting top tier service but at the least deserve competence within a position held. Both cashiers were pompous, lazy, ignorant employees. Never again. Trash trash trash. read more

Epic fail on basic civility or customer service skills. Ex: said good morning/ect & wouldn't acknowledge nor reply; talking to myself less it was to up sale on the quantity of items I had. read more

Pros: A typical 7-11. Nothing out of the ordinary, except... Bug Juice!!!!!! I am a grown man, but this place is one of the few places that carries Bug Juice. Fruit punch bug juice is the bomb, and is much better than that tum-e-yummie crap. Cons: A guy who works there towards the mid afternoon to night (supposedly) keeps leering at my little sisters. They are so freaked out by him, they don't like going there if he's working without me. Why is this is a problem, you ask? He is an adult, they are 16 and 14. Why is this a bigger problem, if what they "sense" is true? This 7-11 is across the street from New San Juan High school, where students will come often. Keep your eyes to yourself, buddy....if a 16 year old and a 14 year old are feeling uncomfortable, this place may want to retrain employees, or rethink their hiring practices read more

Really really disrespectful employees! He told me to go to a white store or a Mexican store! Don't ever shop and support these guys. Disrespectful and ignorant. The guy was yelling at customers when I was there. Very unprofessional. I will never shop here again. I left and bought my items elsewhere. Beware of this place read more

I walk daily and frequently stop by this 7 11 to purchase coffee. The store is always clean and the owner is welcoming and friendly. It is in the tradition of an old time friendly neighborhood market which I remember from my childhood in North Dakota. read more

Guy distracted me by talking a lot while he was running my debit card. Overcharged my card $15 and never gave me receipt, when I went back he made up some crap about accidentally pushing a promo button for 60 tacos..WTH? Deliberately scammed me! Unethical business practices! read more

This freaking place sold me two money orders then REFUSED to return my money when I didn't use them. They told me to go to the check cashing place where I had to pay AGAIN to get my money back. I KNOW this is their laziness and NOT company policy because the 711 on sunrise by the freeway has done it no problem. I will never be going to San Juan again. Not for money orders slurpees donuts none of it they can eat me with a spoon. read more

I occasionally stop in to this location and normally do not have any issues. However today I had a very unsettling interaction with an employee that thinks it is okay to harass, offend and badger customers. After reading other Yelp reviews before writing mine, it seems that to be the same employee mentioned (and pictured) in a previous review for being a creep. I stopped in today on my way to work to purchase a drink and cigarettes. The employee immediately commented on how many tattoos I have asked if I am Mexican. I replied that yes I am, to which he replied "that is why you have so many tattoos. Strike one. I then told him which brand of cigarettes I would like, and he immediately gave me his unsolicited advice about how terrible of a habit it is and asked me how long I have been smoking and how much I smoke. I told him that I have smoked for awhile but plan on quitting. He asked me how old I was, and then immediately looked at my ID that I had handed him, and calculated my age. He then proceeded to tell me that I look much older than my age because of smoking. Strike two. I tried to quickly process my payment with my debit card because I was in a hurry on my way to work, and also getting extremely irritated by this rude and offensive man. As I am typing my card information in, he leans over and tries to read wording on a tattoo and ask why I have a tattoo for a grandma, and if I have grandkids (mind you, I am only in my 20's, and actually look younger than my real age). I responded that it is a tattoo in honor of MY grandma, who had passed away several years ago. He responded by asking if she died from also smoking, and began badgering me with questions about where my mother and father are from. Strike three. As soon as I my transaction was processed I quickly grabbed my items and walked out while this man was still hammering me about personal questions. If management reads this, you have a serious issue on your hands with this man. It is not acceptable or appropriate to say these types of things to any individual at all. Creepy, unsettling and scary. read more

This 7-11 just sold me a quart of milk that was 2 days over date and they did not care. I asked for my money back and was told I needed a receipt which I didn't have because I told the clerk I didn't need it. I literally walked out the door, took a drink, spit it out, walked back in and asked for my money back. I was out of the store less than a minute and the clerk said he didn't remember me. This 7-11 is running a scam selling out of date products and they do not care if anyone gets sick. The way the clerk was acting made me think he is on drugs or something. I will follow up with 7-11 corporate and the Health Department. Best to go somewhere else for whatever you need. read more

These guys are awesome. Cool chick in the morning. They are always friendly and joking with us when we come in

best 711 there is, becuase taj always hooks a brotha up lol good deals, and sometimes get free stuff

This place is horrible every time I go here. This morning was especially bad. Their atm kept declining my card, then I asked the employee if he could type the numbers into his register. I know he typed them in wrong because the card was declined and there was no reason it should have been. Then he looked at the customer behind me and went to help him, without even looking at me and ignoring me. I walked out. They have the worst customer service ever. Then the owner always tries to sell you extra things when you don't want them, and will try and charge you for them. I'm never going here again. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Wow this location for 7-Eleven is the best customer service you will ever get. Veronica goes way and beyond her call of duty to help you.
