The man rolled his eyes at me and was serving the slurpees stumbling to fill the cups making a mess, fingers all in the slurpee and flinging it on the floor as it was getting on his hands. Didn't take long to realize he was either drunk or on drugs. He couldn't even speak when we asked him what flavors they had, slurring his words and stumbling. I tried using the self service register, I was trying to purchase 2 waterbottles that were on sale, 2 for 3.50...when I was finshed paying, the older male employee told the younger one that I had only scanned one water bottle, I let him know that I scanned both, the total seemed correct, so I asked for a receipt, they proceeded to keep talking in their language, it was not english so I could not understand what they were saying,..then he said theres no receipt! I said ok, issue me a refund and lets start over on this register? He said no because its my fault! He charged me for one water bottle at his register, the total was 2.79, I told him thats not correct, I was buying the 2 for 3.50...he said no its your fault! How can a store not issue a refund??? I'm not sure why the employees or management here changed but the new people working here really suck. My bf and I live in the area and come here regularly to shop. The new employees working night just don't care. A guy named Jaga used to work at night and he was amazing. Now every time you come into this location after midnight, the store isn't stocked and everything is a mess. I tried to buy a pizza tonight and the cashier told me after I shopped for 10 mins that my 'card wasn't good' and he could take cash only. I also wanted to order a pizza and was just blatantly told 'no more pizza'. If I was asking for a single slice I might get it but I was willing to order an entire pizza and pay for it and just told no. I was overcharged on items above the posted price. The clerk Dilpreet argued with me then ignored me. He refused to admit he had overcharged or offer to remedy. I'm seeing this problem on other reviews as well. The amount was only about $1.50, but as this seems to be a habit with the owners/workers at this location it appears to be a strategy that would certainly add up in their favor quickly. Where do I even start. I went in one morning around 11 am I usually go there buy a drink and fill up my tires with air since they do have a nice digital machine. I had gone there already about 4x to do so. Thought it was a reliable spot since I live down the street. So as I go in I ask for the air machine to be turned on he says it is I go out it's not. So I go out there again and he says again it's on then I go in a 3rd time and I ask because he was pretending to press a button. So I start telling him like why are I refusing to turn the air on if I am a customer. Manager ends up coming out as I requested I ask for his name before anything and claims it doesn't matter. He then starts yelling at me claiming it doesn't work. Then he walks over and actually pressed the button which it does turn on so it was a whole lot of bs. Then I ask why he would lie about the air not working and proceeds to then call me an asshole. I had been going to this location by knotts berry farm for a while now getting gas taking my family there. But im no longer able to after that encounter. I have contacted 711 support team but still no one has gotten back to me. I definitely won't be getting gas here anymore. Their pumps are weird and stupid now. I experienced the same thing as Angie K where I put my card in, and it told me "remove card quickly", then it asks me to put in my PIN, and then it cancels my transaction and tells me to try again but leave the chip inserted next time. I try again and leave the card inserted but "Remove card quickly" stays on the screen and it won't proceed to the next screen until the card is removed, only for it to cancel my transaction AGAIN because I removed the card from the reader like it told me to. Fix your damn pumps before you end up going out of business ! Your system is stupid now ! read more

This is the best 7 eleven in all of OC. They have 10/10 customer service. The shelves are always fully stock with all the drinks and chip options to choose from. My favorite is that they have the lunchable pizza edition. How could I forget to mention this 7 eleven has extra good luck on those scratcher nothing but winnings over here. read more

Update 7/30. I've gotten an email from corporate trying to get me to drive all the way out to this location. (Which is far for me we were only there for the day) i had explained to them it's inconvenient and that we also called the story to tell them the transaction went through etc. it's been a week and whoever was handling my situation via email has not responded. I really hope 7-Eleven sees this review because this has gone on way too long. It's been 3 weeks since the incident and I still haven't heard anything back. And no refund has been issued at all. I joined the 7 eleven reward and got myself a big gulp drink today for free and also I got a pepperoni large pizza and soda coupon deal from 7 eleven rewards. They have 3 types of pizza that you can pick such as pepperoni, cheese and meat . I didn't wait long for my pizza and it was ready for within 5 minutes. They have lots of options for food and price are pretty reasonable. Next time, I should get try their coffee and other Items. The services was pretty good and friendly. Few days ago, I was pumping gas at this location and it was fine until I got home and saw a second transaction that I didn't recognize right after the gas transaction. The transaction I did not recognize was only $1 but since there have been so much credit card frauds lately I decided to go talk to them and figure out why it took out one extra dollar from my card. When I went over, only one of them spoke little English. Not to mention the one who didn't spoke was rude to the max. When both of them did not understand what was going on, I asked for their manager's number. They told me that they did not have it. Like WHAT EMPLOYEE DOESNT HAVE THEIR MANAGER's NUMBER? Ok... So I don't review much but here it goes. I frequent this 7-11 for gas and sometimes smokes and snacks. However, after my experience today, I will not return. It might seem kinda lame but, I am upset they wouldn't honor their posted pricing for a KING SIZE Reece's Peanut Butter Cups!!! Lol. The sign says buy 2, get 1 free for ALL KING SIZE, but the photo only shows three samples of KING SIZE. My daughter always gets the mini Reese's KING SIZE... so we grabbed three and as we were being rung up, I wanted to confirm. The employees said NO these were not part of the special because there was no photo of them. Well if you know anything about KING SIZE Reese's, there are about half a dozen types. Anyway, I asked the employees to go check out their sign and they refused. I explained several times it states ALL KING SIZE. They refused to honor.
