I came here TWO SEPARATE TIMES to get a free slurpee with my points the first guy told me they didn't have anymore small cups so I went back to my car and saw a woman walking out with a small slurpee cup I asked if she got it for free because on the 31 they were giving out free slurpee and she said yeah. Now today I came to use the code on my phone to get a free slurpee I asked the worker if he has small and he pointed at the medium I thought nothing of it until I tried to get my slurpee. It wouldn't let me because it wasn't a small. He told me that those were small cups and I said no look. I go that's why it didn't work. I told him I didn't want it anymore ( I didn't even drink it) and he tried to make me buy it. I said no and just left it on the table and left. I'm never coming back to this shitty 7/11!!! So this 7-11 thinks coin is not money. I rolled up coins that I have saved for a year and decided to use it. So here I am at the gas station trying to buy gas. With 2 roll of quarters and 10 worth of rolled Pennie's. Again it's rolled nice and neatly. They said they cannot accept coins as a way of payment. Does the bank not use coins? Coins is currency. They said they can only accept $3.00 in coins. Wow. They need education on American money. If the bank will accept. So should they. The 76 gas station down the street took it just fine. Thank goodness. Guy goes there if you want better service. This 7-11 is shitty. No common sense. read more

may 8 i purchased a gatorade with my debit card, left to go get my car serviced in west covina, when i tried paying for the services my card declined, i looked at my account, about $1000 was taken from my account as atm withdrawls multiple transactions only 1 minute apart of $180 about 30 minutes after visitng this store i called my bank they confirmed the withdrawls were done at this 711, that a duplicate was made of my debit card i am filing a police report and going to proceed as necessary. dont waste your time here. read more

This 7-Eleven opened in late Summer of 2020 and as I write this on December 2020 it seems that those who own this location really don't care not just about the aesthetics but about providing their customers who are only fueling up a better experience. Since this place has been open I have never seen the water and air pump working it's been out of order for months now. For the last couple of months the island cleaning stations that provides a squeegee to clean your windshield, paper towels to clean your hand, and the sanitizing station are all either empty or being used as trash can. The squeegee cleaning station that I've taken a picture of has had the same trash for the last two weeks. I think this will be the last time I filled out gas here if they can't provide simple essentials for my car as I fuel up. read more

This store is horrible to go to in the mornings on your way to work. they never have fresh hot food in the early mornings and there coffee is hardly ever made, as well as there cappuccino machine is never refilled. i was just told this morning by the little clerk working that they do not start making hot food items until 6:00am there. but i've been in here on numerous occasions and when they happen to have hot food made it's been before 6:00am. also they have horrible customer service by most of there employees. it seems like they are either mute or just don't want to be bothered to interact with the customers. if i could i would give them negative stars on here. read more
