This is my neighborhood 7-Eleven so I come here a LOT. They have one employee that is always consistant, I think he's a manager, young guy. My Husband and I never have problems with him. Most of my experiences here are completely fine and non eventful. I came in 2 times today. Once this morning, and this evening. Had issues both times. My morning complaint was with Lunchables. There was a sign noted (now removed because I notified the helpful employee later in the evening) that said Lunchables were 2 for $5. I grabbed 2 and went to checkout. When the cashier rang up the Lunchables they came up full price. I notified the cashier about the discount i was supposed to get. He did absolutely nothing, didn't check to see if I was right/wrong. So I told him to remove said items and left. Tonight I went back to order a pizza, told the cashier I want to order a pizza. He says "Ok", The issue here is I was never asked what kind of pizza I wanted. He hurries (because there is a line starting to get backed up) and just throws a pizza in. After the cashier helped 2 more customers I asked him what pizza he has cooking for me? (because he didn't ask what kind I wanted) and he said Pepperoni. I said "well that's great because I didn't want pepperoni, I wanted the all meat pizza. He apologizes and i'm now frustrated. He told me that's the only kind they have tonight. I told him next time he needs to verify what he's putting in, and explained that a customer isn't going to know what kinds of pizza they have or don't have unless you tell them. read more

The candy here is almost always expired. I bought a Reese's and the chocolate was white when I opened it. Signs that the chocolate is old. The cashier handed me my cash change and told me to count it instead of being a normal cashier and counting it my cash to me. Call me spoiled but I think that's common curtesy. There's a liquor store right next store. Go there instead! read more

I went there with my son and the lady who works there grabbed my son and pulled him out of the way just so she can scan scratchers. She straight out cut in front of us and of course I told her a thing or 2, especially about grabbing kids that aren't hers. Who in their right mind would do that? Never again will I be going to this dirty location that has gone down the drain... Horrible! read more

This 7-Eleven is placed within a residential area, and the only reason I know of it's existence is because the Public Storage that I use is in the same area. From what I can tell, it's your standard 7-Eleven convenience store. Came in on hot Saturday afternoon and got a Double Gulp. It shares a parking lot with a discount store. I believe there's a Citibank ATM here. A Redbox is located outside the store, which is a nice perk. read more

This cashier! Is super rude!!! Came in with my three year old and treated me like I was some dog telling me what to do and move out of way. He looked like he was hating his life at this point and was so unprofessional. There's a way to ask someone to move out of the way "please" or "excuse me",' he just really had no desire to be helpful our welcoming. read more

Great group of guys who work there. Even though their English is pretty bad they are cool. But the best is the bum named Mike who lives in the vacant lot next store. He cleans and does the gardening their , makes the place look nice .... read more

I live couple blocks from this store and it's great.I usually get coffee here every morning and I have Nothing bad to say about the employees that work here. The bum That's always there isn't disrespectful or anything, he usually cleans up the place and keeps it clean So it doesn't bother me. The only thing that bothers me is the group of thugs that sometimes hang out infront of the store Next to this place , but they are harmless lol. Overall this 7-11 has good stop and go items and good customer service ethics. :-) read more

Went to this place(which was good)and got a slupee, drank it, skated home, watched tv and went to sleep. The next day I went to get another one at a different 7-11 and Thru up because of it But this 7-11 was good read more

I bought a prepaid debit card and i had to go through a whole mess in order to use it so i decided to get a refund on the debit card, i went back to the store and asked if i could have my money back and they said that their cash register was malfunctioning and they couldnt give me my money, since then they have been avoiding to give my money back.. I called their main headquarters and they told me that they should give my money back and prepaid cards were 100% refundable, but the 7/11 won't cooperate and wont return my money. It has been almost a month and nothing has happened. (The amount in the card was 115$) read more
