It's a busy area, and the coffee shop itself had a decent crowd. It also looks like a popular spot for people to come and work. I met up with a buddy to catch up, and we both ordered iced coffee. I also got a frosted cinnamon roll. The baristas were nice, but unfortunately, neither the coffee nor the cinnamon roll really did it for me. The iced coffee tasted extremely bland, even after I added some creamer and sugar. It just didn't have much flavor and wasn't hitting the way I'd hoped. The cinnamon roll was also extremely dry. Usually, if something is just a little below par, I'm pretty easygoing about it, but this one was legitimately not very good. Great location, nice staff, and a cool atmosphere for working or hanging out, but unfortunately the food and drinks just weren't there for me. I probably wouldn't go back.

We also got the poppy lemon bread. The decor was on point and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. Our drinks came out pretty quickly. The matcha latte was delicious and wasn't overly sweet. The half wintermoon was delicious. It had a unique flavor and was well balanced. The quantity was good too. The bread itself was a little too grainy for liking. However the coffee was spectacular. Good coffee, and the staff are nice, been coming for over 8 years, but I won't be coming back because I'm sick of the end stage capitalism profiteering. The cold brew is already COLD. I am paying for 16oz of COFFEE not ice. If your prices don't reflect the cost of 16oz of COFFEE then change your prices. If you were a burger joint or other establishment and charged for no ice in a fountain drink you'd be laughed at. This is not okay.

I had chosen this bakery, as I had heard. It was a French bakery, and also offered lunch options. I had been invited by my daughters who offered to take me out for my birthday. I had also invited my granddaughter and since we live very near each other, she rode into town with me. To be honest, we really didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the offerings. The bakery generally has on hand. Evidently they sell out well before noon. I ordered the chef salad -they serve it with Freshly made Ranch Dressing, but they did have an Orange Dijon Vinaigrette available as well and I chose that. It didn't come with a roll or croissant or anything.. there were some squares of turkey and a hard-boiled egg which was cut in half. I'm sure there was some kind of cheese on it. The salad itself consisted of field greens. No iceberg lettuce no romaine-in all honesty I was pretty disappointed. Even with the dressing it was blasé. My granddaughter had a turkey sandwich on white bread. It was dressed with lettuce and tomato and it looked pretty good. She was also smart enough to order a dessert. They barely had anything left, but she found a fresh little Ttart with fruit on it so she got that. One of my daughters got a hummus plate with chips and veggies as dippers, my other daughter advised me she was on a low-carb diet. She ended up choosing a bowl of tomato soup which they are known for and grilled cheese sandwich which she gave away. I think it was really hard for me to get over the fact that the bakery case was pretty much empty. I guess I should've known better as bakeries are generally very popular in the morning along with coffees which they also specialize in. This just wasn't what I had expected-the food we order was good, but nothing special. There are many other restaurants and bakeries closer to where I live. I do love trying new places, but doubt that I would drive all the way back to the Domain to visit this bakery.

The cinnamon roll looked absolutely amazing (A1!), although it was for a friend, so I didn't get to try it myself. I'll definitely be back to try one of those cinnamon rolls for myself next time!

When we arrived, there was not an open table in the main lobby. I kind of expected the cafe to be empty or just slightly busy. I did not expect it to be slammed. On top of it, there was only one barista working behind the counter, and she was absolutely burning through those espresso shots. As we waited in line, she would alternate between getting a few orders out and taking a few orders. She was honestly a star for that. I ordered the signature Honey Lavender Latte while my girlfriend got the Blueberry Ube Matcha. As we waited for our drinks, I made a craft pinwheel they had laying around and couldn't help but notice all the Capital One branding around me. It felt like the Taco Bells in Demolition Man. Everything is Capital One now. Around the cafe, like the commercials you can't help but see with your favorite celebrity icons during any sporting event, are Capital One employees there to help you open credit cards and other things. That wasn't my purpose inside the cafe, but they're there. Once we got our coffees, I stepped outside and drank the entire thing in mere seconds. I was hot, I was thirsty, and I drank my coffee. It wasn't anything special, but it was not a bad coffee. Maybe just a little sweeter than I expected. Overall, as a Capital One cardholder, I don't hate the perk of $3.50 lattes in our current financial state, and I'll definitely make more stops when I'm back at The Domain as long as I can ignore the propaganda. I've been here a handful of times and the pastries and drinks always hit the spot. They do a nice pumpkin latte. The cherry marzipan cold brew is delish! Of course you can't go wrong with a classic cappuccino either. The crowning jewel if you will, has got to be the s'mores latte (I love it iced or hot). Back to the pastries... The Lil Miss Jo sugar cookie is not only adorbs but yummy. Absolutely love when they have scones. The croissant and blueberry muffin are equally delish too.

The coffee was actually really good, and the gift shop side of the coffee shop is SO cute, with tumblers, espresso cups, mugs and fun little gifts, plus pricier finds like $75 hats and Coach sweaters. Plenty of indoor seating, cute cups and straws, and even vegan pastries? Love that. My cold brew with soy milk was great, and my daughter's strawberry matcha was good once they remade it with oat milk. Now for the not-so-cute part. The service was cold. No hello, no smiles, just very much giving "I do not want to be here." We specifically asked for non-dairy milk, yet my daughter's matcha came loaded with dairy cream and had to be remade. The reaction? Annoyance, no apology, just grabbed the drink and tossed it. Yikes. Also, the soy and oat milk options aren't listed on the menu, and the matcha comes with dairy toppings you'll need to specifically ask them to leave off. For a brand like Coach, I expected a little more polish and attention to detail. I'd come back for the cold brew and the adorable gifts, not the service. Cute cups, good coffee, questionable vibes. A 3.5-star experience for me.
