My personal favorite is the Honey Lavender Latte, but their matcha is hands down the best I've had anywhere in Austin. They also make their own syrups from scratch, and their house chai is unlike any other fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. I also love that you can buy their freshly roasted beans to take home, have them delivered, or even sign up for a coffee subscription. It's such a great way to enjoy their coffee even when you can't make it into the shop. The baristas are always genuinely kind, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. Every visit feels personal, and the atmosphere is warm without trying too hard. They even host coffee classes, which is such a fun way to learn more about the craft behind every cup. Praxis may be a little hidden, but that's part of its charm.
