If the recipe hasn't changed since last year, maybe I was just hungry last year and didn't note the off flavor because this year's experience was not great for me.

The hot lattes don't even have latte art and that's expected if it's going to be an overpriced coffee shop. I should have known it was a red flag when she didn't ask me about any milk options. My boyfriend ordered a pineapple smoothie and that was good. The only saving grace to us giving this 2 stars. The cafe is outdated and needs to be updated if the coffee is going to be terrible. We then sat there for 20 minutes, watching employees walk past us repeatedly without checking on us. I finally went to the register and expressed how upset I was. The gentleman there said he would charge us for my husband's and son's meals and comp mine. Again, employees continued walking past us and completely ignored us. Then he asked the other person what the number was, she said my number and then he dropped the bag on the counter and told me I could take it. Weird experience.
