The service is also slow and the customer service is not great. I even mentioned to the older cashier last night that the coffee tasted watered down and she looked at me crazy...well never mind. Won't be coming back to this location.

Not that I'm against 7-Eleven food or beverages, just that I'm not usually looking for that at this location. The gas pumps, though... First of all, there are only eight hoses, two islands with two pumps each, both double-sided. That might not be a bad thing, since I've rarely seen a queue for fuel (I have seen it, though). The worse issue is how close together they are. Most pumps have enough space for two forward-facing cars to be on the same side with room. Here, it's hard to pull up behind the rear of a car and have room for the pump to reach your own car. Very cramped. They pump quickly enough, so that's good. The security stickers they put on to show that their credit card machine hasn't been tampered with are always missing. So, should I be worried every time I pay with card? I'm not overly paranoid, but that doesn't set my mind at ease. The ground is always filthy, and there are big cracks and potholes in their pavement. It looks like it was yanked out of the ground somewhere else and dropped here. I will give them this, though; for MoCo (Montgomery County, for those not from MD), the prices aren't too shabby. It's about a 8-cent markup from my Wawa in the Gambrills area. That's really not too much, all things considered. I appreciate that they aren't (currently) gouging me like most MoCo gas stations. I only fuel up here if I have to, but it's not to much of a hardship. Maybe if I get inside one of these days, I will update my review. Still, it's a 7-Eleven, so you should have an expectation already. If the urge for a Slurpee overtakes me, at least I have a spot close by to slake that thirst.

I was in this store today in the 8o click am hour…read more I can't stand passive aggressive racist and age biased people. Let me tell yall wth happened today. But... Before I do, I want to ask the CVS Supervisor to come back. Stop leaving just anybody in the store. You run a good store and keep it clean and friendly. You treat everybody with respect and love so why would you do this to us today? Huh?! Lol. Please take me for coffee to explain. Lol. Today was a horrible experience. It was only 3 or 4 no more than 5 of us in the store. Keep in mind, I like to be aware of my surroundings and how people are being treated. Everybody in that store was over 65 except me. I ran in looking for a sewing kit to fix my coat and I couldn't find so I asked for help. Asking for help should be acceptable right? If it annoys you, customer service isn't for YOU. Anyway, I went to the front because the pharmacy was closed and I asked for help. I asked for help and the lady ignored me. She didnt even look up. An elderly young man came up and she pointed her finger to the self check out. That young man was African american. Then 2 more elderly people can up and she pointed to self checkout and basically sent the other African American couple to self check out. Rolled her lil nasty eyes and everything. While she was rudely handling the customers I was still waiting. She finally rang the bell for someone to help me and the other girl got mad. She was either mad she had to help, was mad she couldn't personal shop or read ingredients, or she was mad she was rang to the front. Either 1 doesn't matter, presentation matters. Representation matters. Your attitudtriggers others others. Yall, the elderly white man though, he got to get checked out at the register. With help and a bag. When she took me to a random part in the store she said they don't have what I was looking for. I got other items I came for and tried to go the the register. She put the closed signs up and pointed to the self check out. When I started to self check out she was getting mad she had to help. Then wanted to argue with me. She said" you need to put your items to the left and I need to use cash for the self check out". I told her no and I tried to go to the register and she didnt want to help which is cool HOWEVER, If the self check out is broken don't blame me for the machines malfunctions. Do your job and leave me to your devices. Once I was done she came over 3 times to fix errors. I paid and once I grabbed all of the things I had,THEN, she wants to be helpful and say do you want a bag?. Ugh. Gurl BYE! I waited for help so you could feel free to mistreat the eldery. I was so upset. So, to my original thought process. To the CVS Supervisor. The black lady, the friendly, welcoming, cheerful, helpful, honest supervisor. We know you need a break, time off, a raise, a hug for all the hard work you do. However, ima cuss the next time I see you. After the hug but before I ask you how are you. You finna get this ear full. I wanna KAREN so bad. I wanna speak the the supervisor. I wanna file a formal complaint. Im writing a letter to the corporate office. And ima calling ICE. (Not whats in the ice machine the other ice) I feel like I got the Karen part right but it's my first time. Lol. I havent practiced Karening before. Lol. I respect my elders and everyone around me. I'd be damn if I allowed such travesty to take place on these young folk and DO nothing. What could be different is respecting the current staff, hiring respectable staff and doing a solid background check. We don't need this stress and we want the same energy we always get from cvs staff. Happy, hopeful and helpful.

"Are you here to pick up?" "Yes," I said. "Date of Birth?" "Are you going to scan my pick up code?" "Date of Birth?" ***I provide my date of birth*** "Robert?" "No," I said. "I thought you said 57." It dawned on me later that she meant the year birth...but I said, "No, I've only given you my birth date." Thinking she was asking about an order number, I don't know but clearly a miscommunication. Then silence. I was ignore for about 3 minutes until the pharmacist came over and opened the glass window; I said, as I held up my phone," I thought this was supposed to make things easier. "Yeah," said the pharmacist. "Inside the store but not so much the drive through" as she scanned my bar code halfway through the sentence. Then nothing. She went back to filling prescriptions. I wait another few minutes and the pharmmacist goes and grabs my scrip and hands in to someone else. She takes her time getting to the window, tells me how much, takes my card, and gives me my scrip. No words were spoken by the tech other than the price. I say "Thank You," she says nothing.

It's a little precarious trying to get in and out of this gas station/convenience store at the intersection of Lime Kiln Road and Scaggsville Road, so just be extra careful when making the turn. Although this is in the lot right before (or after, depending on which direction you're coming from) the Ledo Pizza, Fulton Wine & Spirits, and the Fulton Post Office, the two lots are connected, so you can get from one to the other from a connecting driveway in the back if you make the wrong turn. Surprisingly this road has much more traffic than you'd expect for a middle-of-nowhere gas station! The convenience store is clean and signs adequately indicate that masks are required and social distancing must be maintained. The floor has taped lines to indicate where to stand and directional arrows to direct the flow of traffic. All employees were wearing masks, in case you're wondering.
