Overall the space is cute but deserves a better business. We sat outside with our dog in the grassy area with picnic tables. We went in to order and the line moved quickly. The entire staff was so friendly and organized. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with an iced mocha, and my daughter had the cinnamon roll with a coffee as well. (Hazelnut and Caramel). There was also a solo musician singing and playing guitar on the lawn, which made for a perfect ambiance. I highly recommend stopping in if you're ever in the area.
