I requested an engine compression test, and was told it would involve more time, which was fine. What I received: 10 photos of the undercarriage and two lines about the seller being old and needing to sell. No start. No compression test. No other photos. No evidence anything else had been examined. Chris was polite and apologetic, and he did adjust the invoice, but I was left with no clear idea about the vehicle, despite paying for exactly that service.

We found Saltsmans on Yelp with no reviews but at least we had a phone number. I called and Will, the owner operator said bring it right in and we'll see if we can get you back on the road and that is exactly what Will and his team did. With no concern for the time or day, they took it in, ran diagnostics, drove it around to doublecheck the diagnostics, found the problem, replaced the wheel hub unit with the ABS sensors and had us on our way at 5:15. Will let us hang out with our dogs in their waiting room to get out of the heat. Will even used our CarCare warranty to cover the bill. Will and Saltsmans Auto turned our day and trip around as quickly as it had gone astray. Amazing service and the invoice prices were very fair.
