Overall I'd…read morehave to say it's one of the cleanest places I've ever been to, restrooms are usually very nice looking, the staff seems to keep up on making sure the store itself is presentable. Everyone is friendly and more than happy to help with random questions. I did however only give it three stars which I'm thinking maybe four stars, only ding them one star for what I'm about to say but it's one of my pet peeves, one of the things that really bugs the crap out of me, so I took away two stars.. I drive a lot as most people do that come to a truck stop and when fueling up I like to wash the window. This place has really good window washer fluid by the gas pumps it actually suds up a little bit when washing your window. The squeegees are always brand new looking and have really long handles, and the washer fluid itself is in a big 5 gallon bucket so they typically are never empty. (Unlike Speedway gas stations where they are always empty).. But anyway for the past 2 or 3 weeks, I've noticed that the washer fluid out by the pumps is getting a little slushy. It really shouldn't do this if it's mixed properly and with the amount of grime on the window even being slushy it still worked but I could see the problem developing. Sure enough I go in there this morning and all of them are frozen solid. I did ask a couple times over the past couple weeks to random employees about it and I got a shoulder shrug from one and another one a few days later said that it's awfully cold out. This of course was my point but my interpretation was they didn't feel like going outside to do anything about it because it's awfully cold out. I know a lot of you are probably thinking I'm making a big deal out of this but it's my personal preference. I'll pay an extra $0.20 a gallon for the gas if I can wash my windows.

Upon entering the very rural town of Arkport I completely understood it would literally be impossible to get lost or not find this business or practically any other business in town if you were able to drive here in the first place. Arriving a few minutes early afforded me the opportunity to go inside and walk around, I was amazed at the amount of traffic through this store a few minutes before 8:30 AM and it appears most every one new each other, the coffee area of course was the main point of interest, a pack of smokes, a lottery ticket, a soda and snack cake competed for the number two spot. The staff was extremely friendly and extremely busy. The only things that didn't seem to get any attention were the two lonely gas pump out front...

The associate there, Donna, working at this store this past Sunday, before 10 am, was exceedingly kind and helpful. She ended up calling 911 and requested an ambulance, at our behest. She provided all kinds of information for us to use to help us out in this emergency, all the while waiting on customers and performing her job with efficiency, kindness and calmness. We think she should be applauded, and rewarded for being an exemplary employee, and one amazing person.we were lucky to have stumbled on her and this 7-11 store. Then this most recent time going in I confronted him, asking why he was following me around and he says it's because he thinks I'm stealing. LOL. Yeah right. I told him he was crazy bc in what world!? But I can't imagine that this is policy and how these people are trained to treat customers. Let alone ones that are regulars. The guy was short, has facial hair and wears chains around his neck (not to be confused with Derick!). Typically works nights. I see him often and just find it odd that he's treating people like this. Someone get in there and train this man on customer service, not aisle patrol.
