The wait area is (I assume) still filthy so they loose 2 stars for being worried about your clothes getting stained while waiting for your repairs. Also - and most important reason we stopped going there for service repairs - I don't recommend buying a used car from them. Scott has certificates stating he's a Master Mechanic on the walls, but when you complain of a problem with a car he sold you he suddenly has "no way of knowing about it when he bought it." They also play on "favors" from knowledgeable customers with PC Repair experience and offer an Oil change instead of cold hard cash for immediate attention to 24 hour Virus removal from their work PC! It's pretty much all about the money with this company - either making it off of your repairs, or saving it for their repairs.

Roadmasters' Car Concierge, Raymond, found a 1927 Model T, talked to the seller, had his mechanic talk to the seller, negotiated a price for the extras tires, went and looked at it with his mechanic (with me and my husband), hauled it back to Roadmasters, had his mechanics go over it and service it, and had his Model T guy give me lessons. They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter. I am living the dream that was mirely only a distant thought for years. (And I thought I wanted a golf cart!...this is so much more fun :) I'm so lucky to be a Model T owner that when I ride along the road, everyone smiles... but their smile is not bigger than mine!! I didn't go in haggling and stupid me let my guard down just to get a deal done. The credit app/ process imo is less than straight forward as they present you with " options" on your payments ( they initially DO NOT show you the payments WITHOUT some form of EXTRA warranty on it) When I declined any warranty I was hounded by credit manager for next 10 mins and basically he insinuated how careless I was being for not choosing any! Upon arriving home I noticed various things I needed to repair ( wiper blades were falling off, fog lamp burned out , and now realized NO spare OR jack/ lug wrench at all!) People, maybe it's just me but for a 3 yr old jeep that has the SIMMONS ROCKWELL name on license plate frames ( oh yeh and NO license bracket on front!) and emblem on car you would think they could do a complete check for these NECESSITIES!! They probably got a good 1500-2000 profit on me and already will cost me another $250 to pay for these things since I've yet to hear back from them. Be careful
