I have driven by this place a number of times, but to day I had to see how clean it is. This place I side and out is clean and trash free. I saw the hotdogs that attracted my attention when I was a kid and still does sometimes as an adult. I would us the tongs for grabbing the food, because the loomed dirty and I don't know how long they have been sitting around. Disposable gloves might be the way to go if I grabbed a hotdog or cheeseburger sasuage. Yes, it sounds delicious. Yes, it sounds disgusting. Either way, I did not eat one of these items today. The vegans would be proud of me. The candy aisle was nearly immaculate. Some candy needed restocking, but was still nicly presented. I did not see Carmel M&M's. Something if I had seen would have been snatched up. Guess it's just as well I did not see them . It is a dream of mine as a kid thinking this would be an awesome creation. Well it is here and it is an awesome creation. I grabbed something to drink which turned out to be The 7 Eleven Replenishment Cucumber Mint. As the English men and women might say..."Delicious." It has always been simple and easy, and the staff has always been helpful. The store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked, and they often have sales on several items. Also, sign up for their Rewards program because you can get $2-10 coupons off anything sometimes and even more coupons or rewards on specific products. I get free stuff here all the time. For every 4 prescriptions you fill at any CVS location, you receive a $2 coupon off anything. They also have really good sales sometimes where you can get $10-20 off a total purchase, so combined with my other rewards, I pay like $1-2 per product and save at least 90%! Their after holidays sales are usually good for stocking up for the holidays next year. The Minute Clinic Urgent Care center inside is very convenient AND it is the only place where some insurances will cover certain vaccines that must be done at a medical office (not through a pharmacy). This is helpful if your primary care does not carry the vaccine. It took me a while to figure it out after going to several places and talking with the medical insurance. Be sure to make an appointment online ahead of time to reserve your time because they can get pretty busy. You do have to be careful about parking there because it gets pretty full and the spaces are tight. I have witnessed many car accidents and hit-and-run accidents where someone backed into another car with or without realizing it. Park on the side where there are no cars behind you.

The parking was very tight with all the company trucks parked near each other. Backing out tricky for some people. I myself backed into a parking spit so when I pull out, it will be much easier. The amount of incoming cars was endless it seemed. Inside the store: The hotdogs I saw looked like something that has been cooking for a while. The smell of hotdogs were good, but i wasn't desperate enough to aquire one. I was craving something to drink. I had bypassed several 7 Elevens and this was the last one near me as I was heading home. The slurpee and fountain drinks section were sticky and dirty. Pulling out a cup wasn't easy to get out, but I got one. The lids for drinks were sticky and under stocked. I found one in the right size, but the thought of having this area cleaned came to mind. I could hear the staff members talking away loudly. This drinks station wasn't going to get clean unless someone lights a fire under these employee's asses. The cockroaches and ants will have a great time should they ever discover this yummy goodness that hasn't been cleaned up. Speaking of cleaning up, the floors could use a cleaning too. While the staff wasn't unfriendly, I don't see myself shopping here again anytime soon.

He grew his team of associates one painstaking right step at a time. Team members went above and beyond to recognise you by your first name, and often times, remembered things like my favourite coffee creamer and milestones related to my recovery journey and my birthday. The general manager has long since retired. A young, bright man worked tirelessly in his place to keep the family feeling going. He was promoted within the ranks, and in his place came a new GM and a handful of staff members that arrived with him. Speedway is no longer my first stop before I begin my workday. Sadly, the morale and professionalism I once appreciated are no longer. Little care is devoted to cleanliness. Items are often out of stock. Gone are the welcomes by first name and exceeding of expectations. My past two encounters with a newer associate left me feeling defeated, a bit saddened, and accepting that the Speedway of yesteryears is gone. In its place is a shell of its former kindness and glory.

This pharmacy has gone downhill so bad that it amazes me they still have customers. I have been a customer at this store for more than 15 years. They used to be notable for having every type of medication in stock and being close to the hospital it was a bonus that they were 24 hours. Now you can't even talk to a human on the phone. You have to leave a message and play phone tag with them for three days when you are sick. The hospital ordered medications for me and I went to get them before going home. They didn't fill my antibiotic- the most important medication in there and didn't bother to mention it to me when I picked up my prescriptions. When I looked it up it said it was too soon to refill- this is a medication I have never taken before in my life so I have now missed a day on this medication while I wait for them to call me. I have a life threatening infection and you would think they would tell me when I picked up the others so we could figure it out then. They clearly value revenue over customers health and they have techs and clerks running around who don't have a clue what customer service is. It seems their only concern is getting the line down so they can go back to counting pills. The customer service is atrocious even on a good day. 10 years ago this would have never happened but they have become so irresponsible and robotic they may as well hire baboons to run the counter. Baboons would probably smile once in awhile and pretend to care. Sadly, I know that CVS couldn't care less if they lose a customer but they have lost one in me. I'll take a mom and pop or even a Walgreens over this cvs any day. Until they get someone killed they won't care and even then it's questionable.
