I kept zoning out in my morning meeting while sipping this deliciousness! It paired nicely with the cinnamon pecan scone. The staff is always incredibly friendly and quick to take your order, which makes a morning stop so easy. Everything they make is handmade and delicious. I've tried both their sweet and savory options and haven't found a single fault; the savory scones and muffins are top-tier. I especially recommend the Maple Spiced Latte and the Raspberry Cream Cheese Danish (absolutely divine). I also have to give a special shoutout to the cinnamon rolls I picked up today. They were absolutely huge! Soft, perfectly spiced, and topped with plenty of frosting; they are a 10/10. It's also very reasonably priced for a small business, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. Whether you're stopping in for a quick treat or a coffee for the commute, this is definitely our new favorite local bakery!

Matcha review!…read more Excited to try them because I hear good things about their drinks, went in today and bought banana cream and early grey iced Matcha. Both drinks came out with a pretty green color, no clumps, very smooth and were not too sweet. Matcha flavor wasn't too strong but you can taste the matcha still- so if you want more of stronger matcha presence I would recommend adding another shot to the drinks. I'll probably do that when I visit again- Both drinks were delicious. Customer service 10/10 and the place seemed super comfortable and relaxing! I might stay for a bit just to enjoy the cafe next time I visit.

The service was wonderful, all drinks are made to order and many contain local ingredients. I had the Salted Banana Cream Latte on ice with a house made banana cream. I typically try to switch it up and try some of their other flavors, which are always good, but this drink in particular always feels me back in. And evidently it is a customer favorite because while I was there I heard and least 5 other people after me order it. Sat in a very cute little corner booth that I can imagine would be a good place to study or read in private, today we chose to play Jenga! Among many boardgames the cafe also offers puzzles and miscellaneous art supplies. They also sell a lot of handmade goods, I bought a crochet too from there and it's definitely in my top 10 most complimented clothing pieces I own!

My husband has gone in a couple times when we go out and he has been straight up ignored, and then when he is at the drive thru I have witnessed snarky attitudes. Our orders are always the same and they're always simple, and yet it's a 50/50 chance they'll do the drink wrong. The owners should really consider doing some customer service training or managing their baristas better.

The shop itself offers plentiful seating with chairs and tables on the first and second floor of the building. They also offer free Wifi and cozy seating with a fireplace making it the perfect spot to sit in and get some work done if that's your vibe. Big River has a wide variety of sandwiches, pastries, and drinks to choose from and, for now, the pastries are sold at a cheaper price after 3pm. The coffee itself is tasty and the staff are always willing to customize my drinks and are very patient with me. Overall, I would highly recommend this coffee shop if you are looking for a spot to sit and get some work done or if you just want to try something new.

I stopped by Deadstock Coffee while visiting the area and immediately loved the concept. As someone who loves coffee but loves sneakers even more, this place felt right up my alley. The shop itself is decorated with basketball and sneaker culture, along with iconic sports moments that make the space feel unique without trying too hard. One thing that caught me off guard was that there wasn't a traditional menu posted. As a first-time visitor, I wasn't sure what coffee options, blends, or milk choices were available. Thankfully, it wasn't too busy, and the employee working was incredibly patient, friendly, and happy to walk me through everything. Customer service like that goes a long way. My drink was excellent, and the sneaker design printed on top of the coffee was such a cool touch. It's one of those little details that makes the experience memorable and fits perfectly with the brand. Whether you're a sneakerhead, a coffee lover, or both, Deadstock Coffee is worth checking out. I'll definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in the area.

I ordered a Luther Vandross (Lavender Latte), Breakfast burrito, and burger with fries since it was after 11am. The Lavender latte was really good, I asked for extra sweet and it was perfect. The breakfast burrito was also delicious. I added sausage, Guac, and mushrooms. It would've been a 10/10 if left off the mushrooms. The burger tasted precooked, not a lot of flavor, just ok. The fries were fresh and hot, and seasoned perfectly. Another good experience at this incredible sneaker-themed coffee shop not too far from Nike. Definitely go for the coffee, you'll love it.

It's packed with savory flavor, and the egg has an incredibly light, cloud-like texture that pairs perfectly with the bacon, peppery arugula, and the rest of the ingredients. It's one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. Their lattes are just as impressive. I've tried both the ube coconut latte and the black sesame latte, each made with plant-based milk instead of regular milk. The ube coconut latte was smooth, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. The black sesame latte, however, was the standout for me. It had a rich, nutty flavor and is hands-down my favorite of the two. I don't believe it's a regular menu item, so if you happen to see it, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Loro is on the pricier side, which is why I don't visit as often as I'd like, but I genuinely think it's worth it. The quality of the food and drinks makes it feel like a special treat. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the parking. The café is tucked between apartments and other retail spaces, so street parking is your only option. I've had to circle the block several times before finding a spot, making it less convenient if you're driving. Parking aside, this is a charming neighborhood coffee shop that consistently serves flavorful food and thoughtfully crafted drinks. If you're looking to treat yourself to an exceptional breakfast sandwich and a beautifully made latte, Loro Coffee is well worth the visit.
