This was probably my favorite accommodation while in Europe. This little boutique hotel is nicely decorated in a very clean, modern way. They did a great job in such a small space. Small enough for personal service, big enough to offer room service and a rooftop terrace with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We arrived around 10:30am after a 9-hour flight and our room wasn't quite ready. They held our luggage in a storage closet. The gentleman at reception in the mornings could have been a tad nicer, but the rest of the staff made up for it. The room was very small (as expected), but whoever designed and decorated this space did a fantastic job. Every inch was used in order to make your stay more convenient and offer ample storage space. The cube nightstands on either side of the bed had 3 shelf levels and were on the wall, so you still had space between the cube and floor for shoes. 3 glass shelves under the sink for all of your toiletries and then some. The shower had 2 large metal shelves for your shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The toilet room came equipped 2 robes and slippers AND MORE SHELVES! Did I mentioned this was by far the best hotel hairdryer I have ever used?! That is a big deal when you have curly hair and didn't have room for a blow-dryer in your luggage! The bed was delicious. Sheets were soft. The mattress had marshmallow qualities, as did the big, fluffy pillows. A note on cleanliness: I accidentally spilled some Coke on the sheets. I can vouch for the fact that they change all of the linens everyday. Minor detail, but I can't say the same for other places we've stayed at. Nice blackout curtains covered the windows for a nice, dark, cool room. There is also a long table against the wall across the bed with two stools that were small enough to move around the room as needed. Again, genius Ikea-like design. Strategically placed mirrored walls give the room a bigger, open feel. The location and neighborhood also get two thumbs up. The metro station was less than 1.5 blocks away and Rue Cler right around the corner. A++ and 5 stars on cleanliness, design, décor and staff (except for that one morning guy - and perhaps he didn't do mornings!). Next time we're in Paris, we don't need to worry about looking for a hotel, because this is it!

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. They go out of the way to please you. All questions answered with good advice given. They were always happy to greet you and help. Not far from most attractions. There are many Uber's in the area so the wait time was 5 minutes at most. There is a restaurant across the street that served crepes.....the best I ever had. Make sure you have a reservation it's worth it.

Absolutely in love with this little hotel! It was so intimate and romantic, perfect for a couples stay in Paris. The location was just amazing! Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. Tucked away in one of the little streets we were actually able to find street parking for our car. Keep in mind that the month of August is free to park on the streets, a bonus. From the minute I walked in to the lobby I was impressed. The lobby was very inviting and stylish. We were informed that we got upgraded with mo fee. It was awesome and a pleasant surprise to see a king size bed! I thought the price of the hotel was just great. We booked directly through the hotel website and paid €150/night. I think it's a good deal for a 4 star hotel. Our room was pretty tiny, but that's to be expected from a European city hotel. It had a small area with a table with chairs as well as a cute little balcony. Room was very clean. The bed was comfy and linens nice. The bathroom area opened right into the room with the sink and mirror pretty much in the room itself. She shower was separate and was just amazing!! It was a very nice rain shower head with awesome pressure. The toilet was in a separate room. My only complaint is that the drain on the floor of the toilet smelled slightly of old mildew. We closed the door but that didn't help much. This minor annoyance still didn't effect my opinion of this little gem of a hotel. The staff was very nice. They let us check out late and even brought me something that I forgot in the room There is a large apple computer with a printer available for anyone. I would stay here in a heartbeat and recommend it as well!

Each balcony room was perfectly appointed and prettily decorated, comfortable beds but most importantly spotless (and cleaned each day). There are luxurious guest robes and many soft towels. The bathroom was so pretty and also spotless. The staff treats you like family and they are friendly, warm and so helpful. Prior to our arrival Alavia arranged airport transfers for our party of 6 as well as multiple restaurant reservations. While we were there, the staff arranged for our transfer to Versailles and helped us with reservations on two more occasions. All recommendations they made were wonderful. The lobby is also so comfortable and they serve breakfast downstairs in the hotel. The night before our departure, a thank you note and chocolate was left in my room as well as a tote bag. Such a special treat for us on a night we were sad to be leaving the next day. We fell in love with Paris and hope to go back. If we do, we will stay at Hotel Signature again! Thank you to Delphine, Manuela, Frances and Alavia for making my family feel so welcome in your beautiful hotel.

She took the time to give us a map and orient us to the hotel's location in relation to all of the major landmarks. We rode the very cute and very small elevator up to our room on the 6th floor. There are only about six rooms on each floor, so it is small and quaint in the best of ways. Upon opening the door to our room, we were greeted with the most lovely king suite. The suite was well appointed, with a large closet and shelves for storing your stuff, a mini fridge, a TV, etc. The wallpaper was totally intriguing, covered in black and white sketches of different Paris scenes and landmarks. Upon further inspection, we found that the wallpaper wasn't actually wallpaper! It was some kind of fabric wall covering like a canvas stretched over a frame. It was super cool and so representative of this intimate hotel. In our room, we also found a lovely personalized welcome note. I cannot say enough about how accommodating the people at this hotel are. We were assured that there is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and indeed there was. On Christmas Day, we returned to our room to find a handwritten Christmas note along with some little treats from the nearby Maison du Chocolat, which we learned ourselves is NOT cheap. Manuela was a tremendous source of information for us, giving us directions, recommendations and helping us with special requests. The bed was very comfortable, our suite was clean and quiet. The bathroom was fine. We will absolutely return next time we're in Paris.

When we opened the window, it felt like the opening scene of Beauty and the Beast when Belle greets the town with "Bonjour!" Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday and it was so nice to come back to a clean room. The absolute only feedback I really have is that I wish there were more power outlets inside the room. Other than that, this is the perfect Parisian hotel, especially for a romantic vibe. :)

Clean hotel, nice amenities, very friendly and helpful staff from the breakfast staff to front desk to maintenance to concierge. Everyone was great and would drop everything to give me advice on sights to see, transportation, food options, and more. The rooms were expensive and above our original budget but with a 12 and 14 year old we realized a few years ago we need 2 rooms to be happy when we travel. This place is perfect and worth the money. We had planned to eat breakfast out a few times, but the hotel buffet breakfast had everything you need and enabled us to be out the door to see Paris faster than sitting down somewhere. The location is walkable to Louvre and Jardin Luxembourg, and to so many lively streets in St Germain. We ate a lot on Rue Buci and Rue de Seine, and on the streets behind the hotel such as Rue Princesse. So much to do near this hotel. We also used the metro with a stop beside the hotel, and explored the churches in St Germain which were breathtaking- no crowds and just as magnificent as Notre Dame. We all got a great night's sleep every night here, which we needed after exploring so much of Paris every day. We felt at home here and felt safe in the hotel and area.

The street that it's on is equipped with grocery store Franprix & restaurant Ernest with other eateries nearby. Also within walking distance are two metro stations & the Jardin du Luxembourg. We booked two adjoining rooms which were more spacious than say, a boutique hotel. The Pullman was renovated in 2021 so everything felt new & updated. Clean, firm beds. Shower head had three water stream options. Just a heads up for us short girlies that the bathtub wall is quite high so be extra careful getting in & out. To access the lobby, ride the escalator to the 2nd floor. To operate elevator, enter your floor & you'll be directed to the correct door. Prompt, efficient service, all around. The woman who checked us in was thorough & informative, & any request we made to housekeeping was fulfilled or delivered to us within minutes. Upon check-in, you'll pay a per person, per day, tourism tax (I assume sort of like a resort fee.) Highly recommend staying at the Pullman Montparnasse if you don't want to be in the center of a busy, loud street but want easy access to livelier areas nearby. Merci bien for an unforgettable stay.
