Great location and close to Rue Cler as well as Eiffel Tower. Friendly enough staff, except for the night crew who could have been a little more welcoming. Don't forget to bring a power adapter/converter...the hotel did not have a single one to lend us and we had to go purchase a few. Room was decently furnished and bed was comfy enough. The carpet was pretty old and raggedy. In my opinion, it would have made the room feel like a 5-star hotel if only they installed newer, plush carpet. Bathroom sink and shower setup was nice. AC condensation was dripping onto the carpet. We told the front desk about and they were prompt on getting the handy-man to come look at it. We didn't want housekeeping to come in at all while we were gone yet they came in even though we pressed the do not disturb light on the doorknob...they took one of our bathrobes, to launder it I guess, but they never brought it back even though we told the front desk about it. read more

Worst possible stay! Or lack of stay I shall say. Booked online for a night in Paris with my wife and 8 year old daughter. At check in I was informed that I would not be allowed to stay there because my child is too big and a party of three would require a minimum of two rooms. The room itself was a king bed and bigger then the hotel we ended up staying at for half the price (the moxy) keep in mind- I am no rule breaker and if the fire marshal says only two per room fine so be it but there needs to be a disclaimer listed somewhere and if someone like myself makes an honest mistake then it would make sense to at least work with your customers. The employee at the counter was the most disrespectful, argumentative and unhelpful person I have ever encountered. Refusing me access to my room and willingness to work with me. This was probably my favorite accommodation while in Europe. This little boutique hotel is nicely decorated in a very clean, modern way. They did a great job in such a small space. Small enough for personal service, big enough to offer room service and a rooftop terrace with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We arrived around 10:30am after a 9-hour flight and our room wasn't quite ready. They held our luggage in a storage closet. The gentleman at reception in the mornings could have been a tad nicer, but the rest of the staff made up for it. The room was very small (as expected), but whoever designed and decorated this space did a fantastic job. Every inch was used in order to make your stay more convenient and offer ample storage space. The cube nightstands on either side of the bed had 3 shelf levels and were on the wall, so you still had space between the cube and floor for shoes. 3 glass shelves under the sink for all of your toiletries and then some. The shower had 2 large metal shelves for your shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The toilet room came equipped 2 robes and slippers AND MORE SHELVES! Did I mentioned this was by far the best hotel hairdryer I have ever used?! That is a big deal when you have curly hair and didn't have room for a blow-dryer in your luggage! The bed was delicious. Sheets were soft. The mattress had marshmallow qualities, as did the big, fluffy pillows. A note on cleanliness: I accidentally spilled some Coke on the sheets. I can vouch for the fact that they change all of the linens everyday. Minor detail, but I can't say the same for other places we've stayed at. Nice blackout curtains covered the windows for a nice, dark, cool room. There is also a long table against the wall across the bed with two stools that were small enough to move around the room as needed. Again, genius Ikea-like design. Strategically placed mirrored walls give the room a bigger, open feel. The location and neighborhood also get two thumbs up. The metro station was less than 1.5 blocks away and Rue Cler right around the corner. A++ and 5 stars on cleanliness, design, décor and staff (except for that one morning guy - and perhaps he didn't do mornings!). It was our first trip to Paris, and we agonized long and hard about where to stay. In the end, we picked Hotel 7 Eiffel due to convenience, availability, and price point. I am so glad we ended up here, because as a foodie interested in all the yummy restaurants in Paris, it ended up being an ideal location. It is walking distance from Au Petit Sud Ouest, FL Restaurant, Les Cocottes, and Chez L'ami Jean. We did end up taking public transportation a few times for other restaurants, but it's very close to the subway station, and you can still walk to the Louvre (a 15-20min walk), Orsay museum, go down Champs-Elysee to Arc Triomphe (although this is a bit of a long walk). The hotel is a few blocks away from the Rue Cler street that has all the street vendors that sell fresh produce and many cute casual cafes, such as Le Petit Cler (which had the yummiest brunch items). The neighborhood is quiet at night, which suited us fine... it's not bustling like certain other parts of Paris, but that actually was what we were looking for. The room itself is small, which I think is the norm in Paris, and the decor is very modern. We were pretty comfortable the entire time, except there was something wrong with the shower doors, and there would always be a puddle outside the door. The concierge was courteous and they helped us make all the reservations for the restaurants before we even got to Paris, thank you! I would totally recommend this hotel and this neighborhood as a great starting point for your visit to Paris. Enjoy!! read more

if I could I give it one star I would horrible customer service made my trip so uncomfortable and definitely didn't enjoy my stay. so I decided to book the hotel because of the location when I got there the two ladies where super nice i needed to charge my phone and realized I couldn't plug it in nowhere I didn't know I needed a converter so I went downstairs to ask the receptionist which was a guy I'm guessing the two ladies left for the day he told me they sold the converter so I bought it and went to charge my phone and started getting dress to head out before I left my daughter has asthma so she had to go on her nebulizer it started smoking so I plugged it out and run it under the water to stop the smoke. The receptionist ran upstairs and was like wtf are u doing and started screaming in my face I was so shock so I started explaining to him he started pointing his finger in my face and cursing me out And walked away now I'm feeling uncomfortable he came back upstairs and said open the fu@$ing window and walk back downstairs i told my daughter let's go and have a walk while walking out he's telling everybody in the lobby here is the girl that set the alarm off so embarrassing. I decided to call the cops cause I'm in a foreign country and I don't know what this man is going to do. The operator decided to speak to him and he spoke to him in his language of course and hands me back the phone can you believe the operator said I'm wrong and if I continue to cause he's going to send the cops down to take me to the precinct. How am I wrong when he knows I'm not from here he's the one that sold me the converter he Should have explained to me what not to plug into it. I told him I said you know what u got it I'm not from here and I'm not trying to be in jail in another country. he messed up my whole trip I was so uncomfortable being there after everything went down and to know u call for help and not to get it is ridiculous so thanks for making me not even ever want to visit Paris again read more

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. They go out of the way to please you. All questions answered with good advice given. They were always happy to greet you and help. Not far from most attractions. There are many Uber's in the area so the wait time was 5 minutes at most. There is a restaurant across the street that served crepes.....the best I ever had. Good afternoon All, I had to write this review and tell you how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay from 11/30-12/06/2019. Your front desk staff are helpful, cheerful and very welcoming. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job with our rooms and since we didn't need our room cleaned every day they made sure we had additional bed linens and towels. I can't remember everyone's name but I want to give special thanks to the young man that was there when we arrived. he has fairer hair then everyone else we interacted with. He knew we were tired from our travels and made sure our room was available as soon as possible. He also went above and beyond with his excellent recommendations and directions to local sites. So very patient even to helping us with our french :-) Jack was on at night and not only was he helpful but just really pleasant to deal with and accommodating to our questions and requests. Overall staff was tremendous and we will continue to recommended 7 Eiffel Hotel to every one that has asked about our accommodations. I guess you don't need a lot of room since you spend most of your time running around Paris but the tiny room had a funky smell that never went away even when we left the windows opened all day. A mixture of sour milk and body odor. Maybe it was the carpet. The bathroom was adorable but remember to bring body lotion. Any perks were additional so no morning coffee. They do have free newspaper which is nice. Desk staff was nice although a nearby cafè that was recommended was a disappointment. Furniture is cool although white leather chairs in entrance were dirty and not inviting. I don't think I'd stay here again. read more

Absolutely in love with this little hotel! It was so intimate and romantic, perfect for a couples stay in Paris. The location was just amazing! Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. Tucked away in one of the little streets we were actually able to find street parking for our car. Keep in mind that the month of August is free to park on the streets, a bonus. From the minute I walked in to the lobby I was impressed. The lobby was very inviting and stylish. We were informed that we got upgraded with mo fee. It was awesome and a pleasant surprise to see a king size bed! I thought the price of the hotel was just great. We booked directly through the hotel website and paid €150/night. I think it's a good deal for a 4 star hotel. Our room was pretty tiny, but that's to be expected from a European city hotel. It had a small area with a table with chairs as well as a cute little balcony. Room was very clean. The bed was comfy and linens nice. The bathroom area opened right into the room with the sink and mirror pretty much in the room itself. She shower was separate and was just amazing!! It was a very nice rain shower head with awesome pressure. The toilet was in a separate room. My only complaint is that the drain on the floor of the toilet smelled slightly of old mildew. We closed the door but that didn't help much. This minor annoyance still didn't effect my opinion of this little gem of a hotel. The staff was very nice. They let us check out late and even brought me something that I forgot in the room There is a large apple computer with a printer available for anyone. We stayed here 4 night and received an upgrade automatically because we overpaid through a travel website. Thank you Hotel 7 Eiffel staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quite and older. We enjoyed the locals which mainly were cute little old men :). There are many restaurants and fruit stands within walking distance. The metro is not too far either and extremely easy to use. Eiffel Tower is an easy 10 minute walk. We loved how intimate the hotel is, at 32 rooms you do not deal with a lot of people. We enjoyed an evening night cap in the hotel bar on the 1st floor several nights. If your looking for a small, good location hotel this is your place. read more

DISAPPOINTED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We get there to check in with Renaud, who was so cold and unwelcoming to us. Finding out that the nice manager, Baptiste, who I have exchanged many e-mails with prior to my arrival was on vacation, I guess the staff did not care to be warm and accommodating to us. I came to Paris to celebrate my birthday. Renaud sent us to a breakfast place that was closed, and when I came back and told him, he did not care nor apologize. The next day, my husband asked the same person for directions to Notre Dame, and he failed to tell us that Notre Dame was closed! It seems as if he intentionally sent us there and did not care to help us and tell us that Notre Dame was closed. A stranger on the metro was nicer and more helpful than the hotel staff member. I also asked for help for directions to get from Paris to Versailles, they said they would call me back with an itinerary, and they never did. When we checked out, Renaud only gave us a bill. He did not even ask how our stay was. He has an absolutely disgusting rude attitude. Someone with a personality like this should sit behind a desk as a job and not interact with other people. My husband and I have traveled to many places and stayed at many hotels, but this was the worst customer service ever. HIRE NICER PEOPLE TO WORK AT THIS HOTEL. My husband and I recently visited Paris, France and stayed 5 days at the 7 Eiffel hotel. We had the upgraded room on the 5th floor and it was the perfect amount of room. Spacious unlike some hotels we've seen in downtown Europe. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The girl was clean and so central to everything. The street it was on was safe and clean and accessible to do many cafes and stores. Loved Paris, and 7 Eiffel played a huge part of it. Thank you, 7 Eiffel Hotel! read more

This hotel is the smallest hotel that I have ever seen. The room s too small and not enough room for 2 people. The shower is too small that you can not move. The last moment, when we were leaving at 6:30, the breakfast was not ready and for only coffee and tea with bread and jam, they asked for 30 Euro. read more

Great little boutique hotel! The rooms are a bit on the small side, but who goes to Paris to spend the whole time in the room?! Free WiFi was great and the staff was always friendly. About a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a close walk to many excellent places to eat. read more

One star for comfortable bed, but we were very disappointed in the value of this hotel. We stayed in the "Open Space" room for 350 EUROS. The room stunk -- literally, it smelt like sewage. I booked with this hotel for June 14-17. My husband had emergency surgery 9 days before our stay. They refused to refund even a portion of the cost of the hotel. Warning, do not book this hotel if you do not want to lose your money in the event of an emergency! Very sad that they would NOT refund any of the cost to stay there $935 USD! This was the absolute worse hotel I have ever experienced. They charged you for water.... I don't understand if that is even allowed. If I was ever to stay in prison I think this is what it would feel like. Staff is rude and unfriendly. The "terrace" is fake plants and plastic chairs, no view. When I booked my hotel using my chase points they charged me almost $400 a night. I looked elsewhere and they were only charging $200. I am very disappointed in chase for even recommending this place and having it on there list. I am so disappointed that I may even cancel my chase credit cards. They include hotel transportation to airport but when you try and book a shuttle it is not available. I booked a room with a view and my view was apartment buildings... if I wanted to stare at apartment buildings I would have stood outside. I personally believe that all these yelp reviews with 5 stars are from the hotel staff who sit behind the desk and do absolutely nothing. I would never recommend staying here. We just got back from staying at the Hotel 7 Eiffel for a week with our family of 5. We had 3 bedrooms, one family combination (2 bedrooms) and one premier room. There are some big pros and cons. We wanted something in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower so we could walk by at night and we were super pleased with the location. Great access to easy public transportation, across the street is a very very awesome Creperie, many restaurants are close by and of course a short walk to the Eiffel. The rooms were small but we expected small rooms in Paris so that was not an issue. This does not feel at all like a 4 star hotel, it is more like a 3 star hotel, there are very few extras but you pay a premium. They mention roof top access but we did not make any use of it it was rather small and there were no views at all, you are better off going to a near by bar or restaurant for a much better view. We were on the 4th floor and luckily we don't mind walking because the elevator was constantly out of service. The breakfast was overpriced so I would not sign up for the breakfast. They did have free Internet access which was great. The decor of the room was odd, the carpeting was meant to look like subway tiles and the wall paper (on walls and ceiling) was interesting(?). We had two gripes, one of the rooms just smelled odd, we could not tell if it was coming from the heating system or the bathrooms but it was not good, we did not complain as we ended up in the room so little and folks at the front desk did not give you messages. We had a return call from a restaurant we were dying to try and never got the message, luckily we stopped by and picked it up ourselves. We also didn't have any luck in asking for restaurant advice -we specially asked for something that was not super touristy and the one restaurant they provided had an English menu and a ton of tourists. The hotel worked out fine for us but if I returned I would likely stay elsewhere. read more
