Why did I choose to come here? I've seen 7Brew coffee here and there and there's always a LONG line, and it made me think, well, this must be some GOOD coffee. So, this morning I came, I saw and conquered and let me tell you, this is some GREAT coffee. Very tasty, flavorful and affordable, which you can't always say about a coffee shop. 7 Brew is also very cool looking and the drive thru was easy to get through! I'd imagine even with a long line, they get to you pretty quick! Will definitely be back to try one of their fizz lemonade drinks and tea! read more

Service: It's comical how 7Brew's goals stand on having deeper connections with their customers; when in reality they act like you don't exist. The employees seem to hate their job; I understand if you have a rough day, but there's no need to worsen someone else's day with your attitude. Ambiance: Makes me feel like I'm at an auction. The staff at 7-Brew are always friendly and provide great service, which makes every visit enjoyable. When the shop first opened, the coffee drinks were consistent and had a nice balance of strength and flavor. Lately though, I've noticed the coffee itself seems to have gotten weaker. Even the items listed as stronger options often taste more like flavored milk drinks than actual coffee. If you enjoy spritzers or sweeter, milk-based beverages, 7-Brew has a lot to offer. For those looking for a bold coffee-forward experience, it feels like something has been lost over time. I hope they revisit the recipes to bring back the rich coffee taste that made them stand out in the beginning. 7 Brew Coffee is pretty darn good. The coffee specialty drinks are very sweet but good. My favorite is the "Blond" The staff is always friendly and even when busy the line moves quickly. The music will pump you up and get you going. Best place on Amelia Island for a quick drive through latte. read more

"We just ran out of decaf." Its 10am. Seriously? Not sure if this will be a place for me. The menu is heavy with sugar & cream laden drinks. Coffee looks like an afterthought, if you're a serious coffee drinker. No app to be able to order, you have to go to a website. Weird for a drive-thru only place. Kind of obtuse. read more

Stopped by to grab a milkshake as was not in the mood for coffee........... 75 and sunny ..... took a big sip and immediately got the worst brain freeze lol....... wow ...... its not a real milkshake its milk / ice / and syrup ........... its an ice crystal shake lol ....... other than my debilitating brain freeze the flavor ( chocolate) was not that great ..... $6 milkshake test fail ......... dont recommend the shakes ......... will try coffee next time read more

The service is good; however, it doesn't make up for the awful coffee. It literally just tasted like chocolate milk. I couldn't drink it. If you want to waste your money just take $7 and throw it in the garbage because that's what I ended up doing-the drink went right into the trash after 1 sip. I really wanted to like this place. Service seemed fine, a lot of loud music going on, I feel like if they're going to have that they should probably have it when they're not busy or something because it seems that they don't seem to always be paying attention to the orders. Have fun but there is a time and place, know when and when not to pay attention. I went for the first time yesterday and I ordered the brunette with a friend who got a latte with brown sugar and cinnamon, both made with oatmilk and she was saying she thinks it was made with regular milk, she and I are lactose intolerant and she immediately said she felt it taste like they used the wrong milk and I said I think it was fine since I didn't feel anything.. yet, till later on and it was to the point I had to call out of work today all from one cup of coffee not made the way it was ordered. I shouldn't have to lose a whole day of work for someone else's mistake. I wish i was exaggerating, as for my friend/coworker she also got ill while at work and in the evening. Not a great experience. I had high hopes from all the hype but it didn't work out :( I feel bad, please pay attention to the different ways people order.. It wasn't the first time I've heard an order was made incorrect, but i gave it a try thinking it wouldn't happen to me. Unfortunately i was one of the people who got an incorrect order.. I don't want to be completely negative so I will say that the service was fast and the staff were personable but not knowledgeable. I asked how many ounces were in the medium or how many shots and she didn't know the answer to either question. Seems like that would be training day 101 info she should know. When I got my "hot" latte, is wasn't even luke warm, more like room temperature. And my muffin top wasn't just cold, it was partially frozen. I asked if they had a way to heat it up ( she had to ask someone), and the answer was "no"!. Why not have a daily, fresh delivery service for baked goods instead of frozen pastries with no way to heat them up? I had to stop at the convenience store to use the microwave to heat up my frozen muffin top and my room temp latte. This place is over priced anyway, but for mediocre coffee and frozen, convenience store type pastries coupled with the poorly trained staff, I am definitely scratching it off my list. I wanted to like this place and I've taken into consideration that they've only been open for a few weeks. However, they seem to have a lot of basic issues to address. In my opinion, they should have waited to open and taken more time to properly train their staff since all these things were easily avoidable. So bottom line...after paying over $12 for cold coffee, frozen pastries and uninformed employees, it is doubtful I will give them a second chance to change my first impression. read more
