They're brand new and probably don't know how much to prep so I just ordered a latte. It was decent. A month later I went there again. I ordered the cold brew and they were out. I was a little puzzled this time but was like whatever. This time I didn't order anything because I really wanted cold brew so I just went to Starbucks since it was just down the road. TWO month laster I visited for a third time. Guess what lol. They're out of cold brew once again. I went at 9am on a Tuesday and they were DEAD. How do you not have cold brew ready? I know you want it fresh but the shelf life on that is 3-5 days if stored properly. Anyways, the barista said they run out of things quite frequently and it becomes frustrating. So, I left without ordering anything. Oddly, all three times I've been there Ryan hasn't been. So not sure what's going on. I sure liked his business when it was just a small trailer. There's a second Starbucks being built just down the road from his shop. He's surrounded by them now. His prices are more expensive than Starbucks by a lot. it's such an enormous bummer that the only milk alternative offered is commercially produced oat…read moremilk. The second ingredient in the milk that's used is rapeseed oil also more commonly known as canola oil. An oil that contains heavy metals and glyphosate. It's disappointing when there are companies like NuMilk that make milks with no poison but companies continue to use milk alternatives with poisons in them. This place could be great, but I think the bare minimum in food service needs to be that the food doesn't contain poisons. Also, of all the alternatives available for dairy oat milk causes the most intense insulin spike. And it's the only option on the menu. All dairy milk is full of glyphosate and heavy metals because all dairy cows are fed corn and soy both of which are two of the most heavily glyphosated crops in existence. So there is no safe way to have a coffee with milk at this establishment. Please consider looking into NuMilk. So patrons can have a safe dairy alternative without an unnecessary insulin spike or being forced to consume glyphosate and heavy metals. I have no qualms about the service or staff or atmosphere. But it's unacceptable to be only offering milk alternates with poison in them.
