Second time caller same wonderful food and service. We landed here as they had a dog friendly patio. Additionally it was half price sushi night. The Spicy Tuna and cream cheese Salmon roll add jalapeños was the perfect amount. The table shared the crab rangoon and spring rolls (that mustard was excellent!) both were solid appetizer choices. The server was super friendly and the service was fast even with drinks and apps! Beautiful interior and perfect outdoor seating too.

We were referred here by a local. But I wasn't thrilled with the place. The building and the atmosphere was cool, the service was nice but the food was subpar. My hubby got drunken noodles which he said was okay. I got the burger with mashed potatoes. The burger was dry and lacking in flavor - it tasted odd and I barely had two bites before I left it on the plate. The potatoes were just ok. Maybe it's just me, but I think either do American food and do it well or do Asian food and nail it, but this fusion left me In con-fusion. That's a no for me dawg! The stars are basically for the service, the ambience and the cost was reasonable.

The signature app is the crab Rangoon which I can agree was really good. The hamburger was a hamburger- nothing special. The beer flight was good. The fries apparently sat under the heat lamp for a while before they got to me because they were stale and cold. Service was catered towards locals, which is good because that's the bread and butter for the server. Peeling them away to get service was not easy and the place was not that busy. This was my first visit- maybe I hit this spot on an off night but I was not impressed.

This place is amazing! Service was fantastic too. All the food was great, but shrimp & grits was my favorite. My wife & kids said the sushi was amazing too. And those parm fries though

Great food and fair prices! Our server Kasey was very helpful, hardworking and super nice!! Wife had the Smothered Chicken Grilled breast, Swiss cheese, applewood bacon.... wow!! So many flavors!! I had the " Hamburg Steak " with Mashed potatoes, mushrooms, onions & demi-glaze w/ Texas toast. Again... wow!! my wife, and I shared each other's plates, and we both equally liked the others meal as much as our own! Great drink selection! Our server / bartender, Kasey's was warm and welcoming with charm and great conversation, also to boot a great bartender!!

A great place to come with friends and family. Am a vegetarian but was able to order the cheeseburger with a veggie patty. This place is great because everyone can order what they like. Some ordered sushi. Some ordered drunken noodles. So much variety for all types of eaters.

Stopped in for lunch and drinks. Had the strawberry pecan salad and it was also really good. Sat at the bar and inside was clean, server attentive and food and drinks were great.

What a fantastic atmosphere with phenomenal service very cowboy esq wood tables beautiful smell in the restaurant when you walk in of steak burgers and sushi. This does not get any better for a mixed crew of people not sure what they wanna order. I highly recommend the sushi and the steak and the sweet potato fries with the. Drunken goat burger, hands-down number one thing to order.!!! I will eat here every time I come to town no questions asked

Really loved the food here, we almost passed the entrance. You go inside where it looks like a long hallway. It's right on the left hand side and I will add there is a company right across from them that put out some kind of beautiful smell. It smelled like a citrus orange the entire hallway smelled so good. It was our first time there and the food was really amazing. We had the Fried green tomatoes it was a hit for my boyfriend, I tried a wavy haze no acholic beverage it's very strong and wasn't my cup of tea lol...but I was curious and now I know. Moving on to the food I had the Tofu Fried Rice and it was really good and my boyfriend had a lamb dish ( his plate was clean ) like nothing was left. Dessert we had the turtle cheesecake and we both enjoyed it ...I love this spot, I will go again because our waitress equally gave nice service.

Went here for a quick lunch. Love the layout and atmosphere of this place. I cant wait to go on a Friday or Saturday night. I live an hour and a half away but I think it would be worth it. Service was good and the food was was good. I ordered an Old Fashion and it was the BEST cocktail that I have ever had. If you like top shelf whiskey or bourbon, order this there. It is smoked and is absolutely, "Top Shelf"

    Garlic Parmesan Fries- tasty

The crab rangoons were delicious. The sauce with them was also tasty. I would highly recommend. The garlic parmesan fries were good, but could have been a little crispier. They both came out very quick. Overall, a good experience!

Title: First (and last) visit to Cascade Draft House - rude bartender ruined it…read moreWe walked into Cascade Draft House on a sunny Friday early evening--first time, just my husband and me, excited to try local beer. Another customer handed us a menu, but it took forever for the bartender to come over. When he did, we said it was our first visit and asked for help. He suggested a couple options, poured two samples for my husband. He walked off to help another ( no biggie) I didn't care for his sample choices. I took a minute to decide, I picked mine and when the bartender brought my samples, I thanked him, he snapped, "You need to hurry up and pick one." We were floored. My husband asked if me he really said that. When he came back we ordered two of the same beer. My husband approached him calmly about his rude comment. The guy shot back, "You've had like six samples already," (4) then added, "The more samples, the more dishes I have to wash." Like we're the problem for ordering in a brewery. He laughed and joked with regulars outside--chatting, pouring beers--but treated us like we were wasting his time. We he brought our beers my husband approached him again and he said " I'm not trying to be a dick". My husband said "oh it must be busy", the bartender replied yes it's busy and I can't do orders and run the cards all at once. This is a no brainer job, as I've done it before, it doesn't get easier unless you're paid to sleep. Place wasn't even busy: eight at the bar, a party of five out back, three tables came in after we ordered. The atmosphere was relaxed, smiling and joking. Not us. We ordered a total of three beers (the dishes!) I watched this guy waste more beer by pouring it, not paying attention to what he was doing. The four samples we had didn't even create 1/4 of a cup. A woman came over to cash us out she was warm, friendly. While we were there she kept glancing over like she knew something was off, she might've heard his rude comments. The beer was very good out of Kingsport Tn, but we won't go back. The Pinnacle area has Kickback Jacks and Monroe's that also have great beer specials. Not to mention the other places downtown that serve drinks. That bartender's lucky we stayed--only because we didn't want to cut our day short, my son was with us and was enjoying some time walking around downtown area. Zero tip, I feel bad if they have to split tips at the end of the night. One bartenders rude, uncalled for, unacceptable behavior ruined it for others. I'm in Bristol once a week, have my favorite coffee shop, shopping area, a place to go for a cold one is now still in the works. If you're new, skip this place. The beer might be good, but the attitude's poison.

Been hearing a lot about these M&Ms on the reviews and had to give it a look. Was looking for a Bud Light to wash down my M&Ms and to my appall no Bud Light. M&Ms were ON POINT. They have live music and karaoke nights. They have a nice selection of food. Seafood, burgers, quesadillas, wings, salads, wraps ... I tried their mushroom Swiss burger which was huge, juicy and delicious. I needed to cut it in half to figure a way to attack it and a lot of napkins. I don't like seltzers at all, yes this wasn't a seltzer but it did have a bit of carbonation that I did not mind.
