But I first need to advise you that the company recently relocated and is under a new name.. They were formerly Audio Realm.. So, I contacted them and spoke with a very nice man called Omar. Discussed options for a drop in head unit and back up camera installation for my car. He sent me his top 3 recommended units and a break down of prices. His prices for the parts were exactly the same as they were from the store were these were sourced from,, no mark up. So we agreed to proceed and I paid for the parts to get things going. The next day he reaches out to me to tell me my parts were in and he was ready to proceed. Just so happened I was not feeling well and he Omar didn't even hesitate, he said, I will come and pick your vehicle up. He was at my house within 30 minutes. Wow already... As the day goes by, he sends me updates on the installation and towards the end of the install, he sends me a picture of my engine bay being detailed by his good Nephew "Moe" ... I couldn't believe the above and beyond "customer first" work ethic these folks exhibited. As if this wasn't enough, even after he had delivered the vehicle to me and given me some basic operating demos for my new unit,,, the following day when I reached out to Omar as I had a question about something I was stuck with,,, he gets in his car on his day off and comes to my house again to help me. I'm so impressed I only wish I could give 10 stars for this stellar experience. Hats off to Omar and Moe, you made me one extremely appreciative customer,, you guys are stand outs. read more

I'll start by giving these guys 4 stars; I may update my rating when I do more business with them. I drive by here everyday, but have never stopped in until the other day. I was installing a box with 12's" and an amp in my Camaro. I needed a high input to low input converter box, so decided to give them a try. I was greeted nicely when I walked in, and asked if I needed help. I did. I told the older gentleman what I needed, and he found it for me, right away. I paid, then looked around for a bit, just to see what else they carried in stock. They had a good inventory of speakers, amplifiers, and head units, not to mention- installation kits, capacitors, fuses, etc.. Cool spot with good service! My part was just slightly over-priced. I wish i can give them a 5 star when we got there omar greeted us very nice guy, whatever we went to get a windown tint for the 2 front windows and the back windshield window they gave us a price the checked it out and said that the back window was really bad and that i was ganna take more hours and i have to go back another day i said okay yeah thats fine mind you i had my appointment on friday i get a call on FRIDAY saying the had something going on and they had to rescheduled my appointment i said okay whatever comes monday i come and mind you once again i have left everything paid already so come monday we go at @9am and dont leave from there till like 1:30 talking about "im sorry but your ganna have to pay $150 dollars extra because the back window is bad" like wth at the point i was just irritated and ask for refund back how are you ganna check out the window days before my appointment and give me a price and i pay it comes Monday after 4 hours of working on the car u say u ganna need a "lil bit of more money" like $150 is a piec of cake smh never coming back here read more

Found this excellent business in July, 2021 traveled from NJ to visit family in Spring Valley. They did a lot of work on my 37' RV. I'm back again and had speakers, and new back up cameras installed in the RV. I also had them replace the stereo in my Jeep Wrangler with an Alpine ilx 407 to match the Alpine ilx-F411 in the RV. Also replaced speakers, added a Viper alarm. I've never had any issues with anyone hear. After spending time here I do notice people that come in with an attitude and say everything is expensive, then they're back that same day or the next to purchase and have it installed. read more

Regret coming here to get work done on my car. I got led headlights installed they worked fine but really dim so I decided to change them myself using newer brighter lights. While changing the lights I noticed all the damage they did to my car. They cut out holes in the covers just to make the led lights fit. Do not come here. read more

I got my speakers and Bluetooth done by this business around January 2019 but had to come back recently December 2nd 2019 because the toggle button on my car to turn the Bluetooth off ended up breaking off. I came in to see if they can fix it and they did it very fast and easy. Was hoping they fixed it for a cheaper price. Ended up paying $35 just for them to fix and replace the small toggle switch. Kinda wished I shopped around to see if I could've gotten it cheaper elsewhere. Or if they had a different switch where it wasn't poking so far out in the first place considering it might break again. Other than that, that situation was handled fast and easy. I went to this shop based on the recommendation and absolutely regretted doing so. The system they pressured me into buying had to get adjusted twice but still has an irritating feedback noise from the speakers. They cut and spliced wires instead of using direct plug-n-play speaker connections. I had pieces of cut wires on my floor carpet. Should've paid the extra few $ to have another shop do the work.
