After getting multiple quotes, Azteca offered the most competitive rate. Julio was responsive and easy to work with -- he stopped by several times to provide feedback, share color options, and was always accessible by phone and text. The crew worked efficiently, and we were pleased with the final result. Our project came with a 5-year warranty, and at the time of this review, I'm working with Azteca to address some minor brick warping. I'm hopeful this will be a straightforward fix under the warranty. Overall, we would recommend Azteca for your brick landscaping needs.

Julio and Caesar helped…read moreus develop a design for our driveway and front patio that allowed us to reuse our existing uneven pavers while incorporating new border pavers. Their creative approach saved us a significant amount of money without sacrificing the final look. They also designed two new flower beds that beautifully tie into the driveway and front patio, creating a cohesive and polished appearance for the front of our home. Throughout the entire project, Julio and Caesar were responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful, taking the time to answer questions and guide us through each step of the process. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to finding cost-effective solutions really set them apart. We highly recommend Azteca Brick Paving and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects. Couldn't recommend them more

From installing new hardwood flooring, painting, and custom built-ins, to our entire new kitchen and primary bath design! Vince truly helped my vision come to life. They listened to my goals, gave solid advice, and were great at answering any questions we had. We will be recommending them to all of our family and friends.

I wanted a new patio installed, the landing of my back porch replaced (which had broken off and left a hole) and extended to match the patio, the corner of the foundation patched, the front sidewalk slab replaced (that had broken away from the front porch and broken in half), and a hole in my front porch sealed so that the critters would stop using it as nest. My new patio is amazing - better than I could have imagined! The holes in my porch (front and back) are now sealed, I don't have to look at the missing foundation corner, and I don't have to worry about critters any more. :) I am VERY pleased with the work! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for future renovations and other concrete work.

Let's start with the facts - my roof was a hot mess! Armand to the rescue! From the first phone…read moreconversation it was obvious he takes great pride in delivering excellent customer service. He earned my trust and respect through his actions - timely, consistent, communications; acute attention to detail; thorough inspections and documentation (including more photos than I can count); educating me on the process, materials, etc., setting expectations regarding potential risks and mitigations; commitments made regarding scheduling, manpower, and completion, all delivered. By the numbers - team of 8, complete tear off of 3 layers (bottom of which was fused to the decking) , 8 sheets of decking replaced, then all of the "regular" stuff, completed in 2 days, in the bitter cold, and the area around the house is cleaner than it was before the work started. I sincerely appreciate the hard work, professionalism, quality standards and expertise. The new roof is nothing short of stunning - those pewter shingles are outright sexy :-) But knowing it was built with the best materials and craftsmanship assures me it is not "just a pretty face". I cannot be more pleased with my experience - going with Armand and Affinity Restorations was the right decision for such an investment.

Bill was very polite, called me over the weekend to set up the time and said he'd go to the jobsite to get his guys started and then come and meet with me. He just sent me a text message (not even dignified enough to call) at 8:30pm the night before saying "We are currently too busy to take on any new jobs until September. Call me early summer." Bill is what gives contractors a bad name. Sure he might do good work, but he does not respect people's time and schedules. A simple, "Sorry, would love to help you, but we are booked through September" would have done fine at the first call. Terrible customer service and I imagine this speaks to how you might be treated as a client if he did manage to get in your door.
