probably the worst set I've ever had I'm not sure who my lady was but I said I wanted dip and at the end she told me she did acrylic because " they will be better for you" the colors were NOT EVEN CLOSE to my inspo picture and on some of the nails you can see brush line, bubbles and where the shades are wayyyy off from the others because she was so impatient when i starred to notice she was missing a few things here and there. Conveniently located on Kingston Pike across from the mall, in between Firebirds and WalkOn's, is this fabulous little nail lounge. They have fabulous colors and brands for nail polish, gel, dips, etc. They are carrying the best of the best. This place just opened and when other people find out about this place, it's gonna be packed. I have followed my nail techs Anthony and Katie from another nail salon and I'm so glad they are at this place. They have great hours opening earlier than the neighboring nail salons. If you find yourself in the area go get a fabulous manicure or pedicure from Katie or Anthony they do amazing work. And if you want nail art, Katie is the best!! I have a bit of a mixed review. I'll start with the positives. 1. Very convenient location right off the interstate across from the mall. 2. Lots and lots of colors to chose from! 3. Beautifully decorated salon. 4. Taken right back at start of my appointment, no wait time. Now the cons: 1. $126 for dip nails and a pedicure is a little pricey. 2. My pedicure was $63 and did not even include a massage. 3. I had a nail crack and break within minutes of getting home. That's never happened to me before. The dip application was very thick and that's the only reason I can think of why that happened. Overall nice salon and I wish them the best but for the price and services they offer, I'll stick to my usual place. read more

YAY! Love this nail lounge! Everyone who works there seems happy to be there, are very friendly, and they all do an amazing job! They do amazing nail art--there are a lot of styles to choose from, but I'm willing to bet if you bring in a picture, they can do what you want. I made an appointment online to have gel x nails and eyebrows waxed. I showed up for my appointment and they would not honor the appointment because the tech I selected online could not do the services. She tried to sell me on a different type of nail or I'd just have to come back later. She said she didn't even know how I was able to select those services for the tech. Like it was my fault their system is not set up correctly. There was no way for me to know. Very unfriendly read more

Zero stars because this establishment is a terrible place. I was treated with no respect. I was serviced an hour after my appointment time. I was also forced to pay for my service before it was finished. The nail techs were rude and aggressive with me. Go anywhere else but here if you want to receive good service. I gave them a second chance! Went in for a Mani/pedi and requested someone with a strong hand. The woman they put me with spoke/ understood no English. I asked for Hot water in the tub. Had to drain and add water 3x. Everything felt so rushed. The cuticle and callus remover are immediately removed and not given anytime for them to do the job they are designed to do. She cut me removing the cuticles! Needless to say the massage portion was not what I requested and very lackluster. The hot towel application was 1 hand towel draped over the top of both legs. When I asked why not one towel around each leg. I was told that is not in the pedicure I selected. Overall not a good experience AGAIN! Time to find another place to go! read more

Followed my nail tech that I have had for years to her "new salon". The salon was clean, fresh with a friendly atmosphere. The massage chairs were very comfortable. My kids and I went to get pedicures. Ordered the Pomegranate which is the 2nd level of service. Very tepid effort by pedicurist. Nail surface not smooth. So not worth the money. This was the worst place I have gotten my nails done. I set an appointment at 5:30 pm. They told me they were a little behind but did not start me I till 6:40 (maybe later honestly). They did not offer me a drink while I watched others get offered. I went to sit and I was treated poorly. They were rude to me the entire time. I understand being tired but they were very aggressive with my nails and when I told them it hurt, they told me I was okay and continued to drill and file very harshly. I watched others get seated before me and leave before me even though I got there before all these people. I was forced to pay before I even got my polish but they had not asked anyone else to do so until I watched the lady. She watched over me until I finished and She snatched the receipt from me even though i still left a tip. The nail tech was hurting my hands and The nail tech told me he was not going to pick out my color when I wanted a brown ombré. I told him I did not like it nicely because two colors looked the exact same and I had rushed to pick them out bc the lady who helped me didn't really help. He told me "too late" because it was 7:20ish but they closed at 8 and they made me way this long to get my nails done. The lady at the front and nail tech continually were looking at me and saying things which made me uncomfortable. They quoted me 60 then told me it was a higher price also. I have never been treated so rudely before at a nail salon and I will not be returning. read more
